The guide was Francis, he was very approachable, gave us lots of interesting facts, the driver was very good, a smooth journey. Our only complaint was that it was not explained exactly where to meet, we assumed it was outside the hotel where we were dropped on arrival ,we asked a member of the hotel staff the day before and he confirmed that. On the day of the trip the guide had to come and get us ,we were in the wrong place, the car park for the pick up is about 500 yards from the hotel

Daniel, our local guide was really entertaining, funny and knowledgable. He explains s lot of the history from an ecological, political and historical point of view which was fascinating. On a cooler day it would be perfect but it was quite hot. The capital harbour was stunning, the catamaran trip really beautiful although they could do with cleaning the underwater viewing windows every now and then. The white houses stunning, cave bar beautiful.

The cave tour part is miss represented, its not a tour its a walk down 70 steps to a bar, its a nice bar but not a tour. The time in the 2nd stop needs reviewing as not long enough for a meal and too long if not eating as once you have looked at the view that's it. Also no public facilities unless you buy a meal / drink. The rest was lovely and the guide tried his best to make the history come alive.

Absolutely fantastic day trip worth every penny ! Daniel was our tour guide who was very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Picked up on time no issues , went to Mahón had either guided trip or go alone and it was great 2 hours on our own , then onto Binibeca beautiful little hobbit town with tiny buildings and then the cave bar which was incredible Worth every penny and would highly recommend

Excellent trip, would highly recommend! Only negative point was the excursion information had collection at 09:10 but we received a phone call at 08:00 to ask where we were! Our tour guide was excellent, very friendly and full of interesting information. The visit to Xoroi was a particular high point for my family!

The trip was booked via the app which was very easy to use. The pick up time stated 08.30 from the bus stop outside of the hotel on the app. We attended the welcome meeting to confirm the pick-up time and location was correct, which the rep confirmed it was. We then received an email the day before from the TUI office stating the pick up time had changed to 08.50hrs. On getting back to our room a note had been put under the door by the rep staying the pickup time had changed to 08.10.

very well organised trip , could have done with a bit longer in mahón but it was a fabulous day. The steps at the cave had me worried but once we were there we were relieved they weren't steep at all . We were picked up on time , bus to mahón for the boat trip which was 1 hour , then back on the bus to mahón town centre for around 2 hours .Then on to binibeca for an hour , then back on bus for the caves . The cave bar was amazing

Overall, we had a wonderful day. We cannot think of any issues that were detrimental or indeed any improvements unless we were really picky and we're not ! However, we never give a 10 score as there's always room for improvement hence all the 9's !!!

Really enjoyed this trip the harbour cruise was lovely, not many fish to be seen but the scenery was great. Mahon is a lovely town and so very clean, as is all of Menorca. Caves were fabulous. We were lucky enough to have Francis as our guide again an absolute mine of information on all aspects of Menorca. This trip wasn’t cheap but worth every penny in our opinion

Overall a good trip, but the Binebeca and Cova d'Xoroi elements were a bit rushed. The transfer from Cala'n Bosch to Mahon was a ridiculous 1hr 50mins, my 4yo doesn't get car sick but was beside herself at so long on the bus and not feeling well at all. We ended up booking a taxi back from the last stop to spare her the way back, adding to an already expensive day. Our guide Daniel was excellent as was the driver. Would recommend for adults but not children due to the transfer.

Could have done with more time in Mahon to get some lunch but itinerary for the day was packed with things to do and see and was varied and excellent. The pick up time was changed the afternoon before which caused havoc Sseveral customers hadn't seen the e-mail which meant tracking them down and going back to hotels to get people. We were picked up 40 minutes earlier than originally scheduled and lost most of that trying to find people. Changing the pick-up that late simply isn't viable.

Pickup time moved 1/2 hour earlier, which would have been fine if it was time well.spent. a walking your wasn't advertised, not my thing at all, so met up at coach, time in Mahon was too long, luckily we have done the boat tour before, so were able to grab some lunch or there would have been no time, Binibecca is a beautiful little village, but with only 45 mins it was not long enough to appreciate properly, Xoroi Vaves are just stunning, overall a bit disappointed.

Overall the tour was great and our tour guide was very informative. The only downside was we didn’t have a lot of time at the cave and with 97 steps to climb back up a little more time would have been very welcome. The older people in our group did struggle as felt rushed, but other than that it was excellent

Really good tour. We very much enjoyed it and Francis the tour leader was excellent. The main criticism is that our pickup time was changed to an hour earlier, 8am, giving us very limited time for breakfast on our first morning in Menorca. This was due to long-winded pickups in San Tomas. We felt we were penalised for joining the tour from Cala Galdana. A dedicated pickup from that area would be desirable and not far less economic. So the 'tour' was elongated to 8am-6pm.

Our guide was great. He had good humour and interacted with warmth and fun amd great knowledge. The time visiting places felt nice and relaxed, not rushed at all. I felt pleased to have experienced some of the local culture, history and knowledge of the area we were visiting. The trip was suitable for adults and children. The boat tour was really lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting Xoroi Cave, the old town, and the pre-histpric town.

The gentleman who hosted the tour was absolutely amazing, very informative & kept the whole group engaged as we went around. Also loved his little jokes as we were on the coach driving around. Also big kudos to the driver of the coach!!!

The guide Daniel (?) brought the history of the island to life with his passion, knowledge and dry wit. The drive was smooth and the places visited eclectic and all the better for that. Been on a few tours but as this provided a real insight into the history and culture of the island in a short time was tops.

The trip to binibeca didn’t seem worth it as not much you can walk round round would have been a good place to stop for lunch though as restaurants seemed nice . Need to plan so have a proper lunch time

Our local guide was excellent. My son loved the archeological site and we all enjoyed exploring it. Our guide was very knowledgeable about Mahon and gave us a great tour of the town. Both children loved going on the boat tour. The only part we felt was slightly unnecessary was the final 30 min stop in Binibeca - it felt more like a ‘tourist trap’ as everything was very over-priced and didn’t seem as friendly as other places we’d visited.

Slight negatives - Had to walk to other hotel early morning to catch bus. Boat was sitting in the midday sun without shelter. Other than that, Daniel was an excellent guide, helped with any possible issues, very informative and a good egg. Pace of trip was spot on and the whole family enjoyed it immensely and would recommend to anyone who has the opportunity.

I booked this for the archeology visit which did not allow more than 40 minutes which was no where near long enough to explore the site. Was picked up by small bus and joined at archeology site. Then to mahon. Hour wait for boat trip and then more free time. 2 hours spare time in total . Disappointed because my hotel is in Mahon. People also late back ti bus because they were waiting for food Short time in Binibeca. No time to buy souvenirs. Caves brilliant but yet again not enough time.

We enjoyed the variety, particularly Mahon and could have spent longer there, although time spent at the other places was spot on and all very interesting. Due to number of pickups, time spent on coach to first port of call was 2 hours 20 mins which seemed excessive at the time.

Unfortunatly due to the excessive amount of pick ups the visit to Torralba d'en Salford was reduced to a rushed 10 minutes. However, this was the only negative of the tour. The visit to Binibeka was a bonus, as this wasn't included in the itinerary when we booked. Daniel was an informative and amusing tour guide, if a little hard to understand at times, due to his accent. Overall an enjoyable day out.

Daniel our tour guide was amazing and super knowledgeable/funny. Bus driver Tony was great too. Would love more time at the Cova D’en Xoroi maybe even just do a sunset tour there

Binibeca was swapped for visit to Torralba d'en Salort instead. We would have liked to see Binibeca, but we did enjoy seeing the monument. Our host Francis was great, really knowledgable and friendly, as well as being a funny guy! The driver was great too, drove us around safely and promptly. Mahon tour was great and we especially loved the Xoroi Cave visit and free drink. Fantastic excursion, thank you.

This was the best day tour we have had with TUI. Francis, the guide, was really informative and interesting and very personable. The amount of really interesting and diverse places that this tour included was exceptional value for money. Thank you again to Francis, who we told at the time how much we had enjoyed the day.

Debbie was amazing, so knowledgeable about the whole Island. It was a packed day, which went really quickly. Big lights for me were visiting Binibeca which was absolutely beautiful, and I loved Mahon with the boat trip around the harbour. Well worth it!

Great guide very knowledgable and great he was English, A lot to fit into 1 day we would have liked not to visit the ruins and have more time in Binibeca as only got 20 mins free time so not even time to get a sit down drink. Cave visit was excellent and felt we got enough time there Mahon was also fine time wise. Very good value and day out

We really enjoyed the in detailed tour/talks by our tour guide Debbie who was extremely knowledgeable, polite and happy and caring throughout the trip. We especially boat tour and the caves although the whole day was an amazing experience which we will never forget and was the perfect start to our holiday.
