Who would have realised the Albanian Riviera was within such easy reach from Corfu? Switch up your holiday with a full day in Saranda, a beachfront city with an enviable curve of Ionian coastline. You'll be picked up from your hotel and taken to Corfu Port, where you'll hop on a ferry and land in Albania by late morning. Then, Saranda is yours to explore for around seven hours, after which you'll catch the ferry back to Corfu in the early evening. As well as a buzzing beach and bar scene, there's the hilltop fortress of Lekuresi Castle you could visit for views across the Ionian Sea, all the way to Corfu.
