Everything was excellent except for transportation. Picked up at hotel and not enough seats on van and driver didn’t make an effort to address issue. My daughter had to sit on my wife’s lap which was uncomfortable. Ydalia and Hugo were great!!!

The crew were great and very friendly. The Isle was beautiful. However, the cost of the trip was excess. We paid £101.00 per adult for this trip, the trip advised lunch would be provided at 9.30am we were handed a brown paper bag with a ham/cheese roll and apple - the crew advised it was a snack. Not further food was provided on the trip. I think you need to review the cost of the trip and/or your advertised itinerary as the cost of this is rather excessive.

I have felt that £101 for each person was completely and utterly disgusting.. yes the boat trip was lovely, the staff was lovely.. but £101 basically for a trip over the water was disappointing. It says lunch would be provided. We was offered a brown bag at approx 9.30 which contained a roll and an apple. We asked what it was for and told a snack. We said of lunch we didn’t want to eat now. Yet that was all the food we got. You basically paying for an expensive ferry trip.

Boat was lovely and not over crowded, thing that annoyed us was the photographer attempting to charge us $2000 peso for a few photos. Which is outrageous, then the lady doing the tour was lovely except from the end when she was constantly going on about tipping all the staff once we were nearly back. Saying she “wants to see some $20 bills”

Staff was amazing, very helpful! I loved the photo opportunity on the boat ride over. This is an additional charge which was fine. the island itself was kind of overwhelming everyone is trying to sell something. we went to the beach that was away from the docks this was more relaxing.

The people were great. They gave explicit instructions and were very safety conscious. We had 3 hours of swim/water time on north beach plus an exciting time snorkeling the coral reef. I recommend this tour to anyone seeking a little excitement and adventure.

Yvette and team were five star. Great service and attitude the entire trip. Appreciated her insight on what we might see during the snorkeling. The guys were on top of it with cocktails / beer. And our captain did a great job getting us to and from Isla Mujeres with a beautiful sunset.

Personal und Boot waren gut, aber der Ausflug enttäuschend. Statt 8 Stunden dauerte er nur ca. 5,5. Ständiger Druck, Trinkgeld zu geben (mehrfach vorgeschlagen 15 %+). Auf der Insel wurden wir in einen Shop geführt und zum Kauf gedrängt. Führerschein wurde unnötig einbehalten. Auch am Ende wieder aufdringliches Fordern von Trinkgeld. Insgesamt eher negative Erfahrung.

Es wurde uns bei Buchung nicht gesagt dass es sich hier eher um eine Party- Fahrt handelt. Sehr viele alkoholisierte Mitreisende - Mittagessen war qualitativ und geschmacklich eher minderwertig. Hier sollte nachgebessert werden.

Seul point positif : le snorkelling Prise en charge avec ********** à l’hôtel Entassés comme du bétail que ce soit dans le transport, à cancun, le catamaran : arrivé à l’île pour manger : rangés en rang comme à l école pour aller manger dans un buffet dégoûtant puis laissés sans infos. Plusieurs à se demander comment faire. Puis repartir pour la plage la plus belle en fait entassés avec une ligne de baignade tellement proche de la plage au milieu des bateaux. Retour entassé et danger sur route

Enjoyed the open bar! However, holding onto the rope when we entered the water wasn’t realistic for as many people we had. Lunch was good. Staff was better! We may some great people and partied all afternoon with them!

We snitched for 5 minutes passed a sandwich in a bag and then told to leave the boat for 3 hours on an island were we had to spend more money we had two drinks on the boat one on the way to the island and one on the way back it wasn’t. A boat trip it was simply dropping u off at the island and coming back for you 3 hours later I was not impressed at all for the amount we paid to be on a boat trip

Sales person sold us a false package. Transport was 1/2 hour late (and they were confused). We did NOT go to the underwater museum. (Only the lame knock off). Snorkel equipment was cheap garbage. We were not delivered to the North Beach. It was mid beach in a shitshow of people. We had to walk to the lame “Beach Club” that we were all but pushed out of (food was VERY good though). Time on the island was way too long (and not disclosed). Organization coming back was terrible.

Pickup was late and the AC was blasting like a fridge, we were freezing and felt unwell. The catamaran was old and rundown. The “snorkelling” was a 5-minute dip, life jackets mandatory, which isn’t snorkelling at all. When I asked to go without one, the staff member snapped at me rudely. You’re basically paying for a ferry, nothing more. To top it off, he shoved a tip jar in my face in front of everyone and demanded a tip. Awful experience, avoid at all costs.

Rep told us 45 min transfer but took 2hr15min to get to the port , lunch was a cheese roll & an apple , was only on catamaran for less than an hour , left at the island ,more like a busy beach for 3 hours , had to buy drinks & food once there , wasn't very impressed , catamaran returned around 3hrs later , return time on catamaran even shorter , then a 2hr 30 min return back to hotel , not worth £100 each .

The process was so simple when I booked with Tui. They picked me up from the resort and brought me to the pier. The crew on the boat made it a memorable experience. I got to see the lovely island.i definitely recommend them again

Total schlechte Organisation und totales Chaos bei Ankunft am Hafen in Cancun. Fahrer schmeißt einen raus ohne eine weitere Info. Service und Betreuung an Bord soweit ok. Schnorchelspot totaler Massentourismus, ebenso wie die Insel. Sehr teuer alles und überfüllt. Man hat circa 2 Stunden auf der Insel. Würde es nicht weiterempfehlen!

No English speaking tour guide. Lunch was inedible due to lack of hygiene and flies all over the food and rusty trays. The tour was not as described. We weren’t allowed to wear suncream even when we bought reef friendly suncream specifically! This meant we could not snorkel. Not a relaxing experience as you described- drinks being poured into people’s mouths and music being blasted the whole trip. No communication at all! Terrible experience.

More time snorkeling, with better instruction of what is happening. The guide was having us follow him and I didn't realize we were supposed to snorkel and follow. Plus the underwater museum could have been pointed out or we could have been informed of it better beforehand. Staff speaking english was not very clear and was a secondary thing with things skipped. I understand some Spanish and there were several things included in Spanish that was skipped over in the English translation.

Staff on the catamaran on the way there and back were very attentive. Lots of drinks flowing and very friendly. We got a burrito lunch and 3 hours on the island. The transport on the way back was dodgy. We had a trainee driver who almost collided with a car on the way back. Feared for life.

After dropped off by bus no one knew were to go or what to do was told tui had a fast track through but I complained to your rep who sold it at hotel he ssaid they did not have that like i said nobody knew what to do other boat company's knew this and were trying to sell there boat as an upgrade nothing wrong with the actual trip on the boat except the meal was disgusting could not eat any of it and it definitely not worth a £100 per person at that price its a rip off

Transfer home was very long, an hour on the way there was fine but 1hr 40 mins on the way home. First stop was 40 mins from our hotel. I think the logistics of the drops could have been better or more transfers so drops were split up. Other than that it was an excellent trip.

Slightly apprehensive after seeing some poor reviews however we couldn’t disagree more. Staff were fantastic, really clean, the lunch was a wrap, not huge but still lovely. The atmosphere on the way home was fantastic with everyone dancing and having fun. Couldn’t recommend it enough to anyone. The island is also absolutely beautiful, we will definitely be returning

The boat was overcrowded with not enough space for everyone to sit undercover, the music on the way back to the port was unsuitable for children on a family trip with a lot of swearing. The snorkelling didn’t allow us to swap to look after our child on board which we were told we would be able to. Organisation on boarding and departing was well organised. The island was beautiful and we loved our time there.

The beach club we went to was not as advertised and the food was actually terrible. We wished it would have been a more all inclusive experience. Also, the boat left 1.5 hours late and what we thought was going to be a 6 hour day turned into 9.5 hours.

Es hat alles super geklappt. Der Schnorchelstop hat sich echt gelohnt. Das Mittagessen war auch sehr gut und anschließend noch freie Zeit auf der Insel. Der Guide Juan und die gesamte Crew waren sehr freundlich, es hat echt Spaß gemacht.

We were told there would be 25 people max on the boat. There were more than that and there were not enough seats for people. It was all a bit chaotic. We forgot to request vegetarian lunches, which was our fault, but then there was an extra vegetarian lunch and they would not let us have it.

The ladies toilet on the boat did not have any toilet paper. The door was also broken and coning off it's hinges so it made using it uncomfortable. The service was excellent. The staff were helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for you.

Leuk om het eiland te bezoeken. De minpunten zijn dat het snorkelen te kort duurt en niet over echt koraal gaat en hoewel de wind op de terugweg goed was werd er niet gezeild. Je gaat ervan uit dat met een catamaran gezeild wordt. Verder wordt het snorkelen voor 65+ afgeraden.

Ruoka ja juomatarjoilu oli ok. Menomatka meni hyvin. Paluumatka kesti yli 2h kahden muun hotellipysähdyksen kanssa. Vessahätä oli jo. Odotusajat ärsyttäviä. Katamaraani seisoi pimeässä paluulaiturin lähettyvillä ennen rantautumista n. 15-20min, aivan turhaa! Snorklatessa ei näkynyt juuri mitään mielenkiintoista, kokemusta paljon paremmasta. Saari oli kiva! Jonkun matkustajan syntymäpäivä oli, mitä jankutettiin monta kertaa - asiatonta muita matkasta maksaneita ajatellen. Musiikki oli suht tylsää

We were told we would get an umbrella spot on private beach. The only umbrella chairs were 400 pesos for 2 hours. There was no where to get out of the sun. The food was not very good. The boat trip was nice. We were not told to bring our own towels. It was a long hot day.

la verdad que mis expectativas fueron mas grandes de lo que realmente fue el tour ofrecieron fiesta, bebidas y comidas ilimitadas y la verdad no fue así, lo encontré Fome y sin vida el tour, el tiempo de snorkel fue muy poco tiempo y fome, muy mal guiado. el tiempo en la isla no te alcanza para nada y los guias ni siquiera te dan buenos datos de lugar por visitar o donde ir a caminar .....para el valor que pague pense que seria mejor ....no volveria hacerlo ni recomendarlo a nadie

Small group. Lots of fish to see when snorkelling. Beautiful island. Got taxi tour round which was great. Sons and daughter in law went round on golf buggy. Really enjoyed it.

Snorkelling poor, sorry but being dropped I. The middle of the ocean and see sea weeed. Also more expensive booking with rep would have been cheaper on app. Not worth £107!

Seglingen var bra med fantastisk besättning. För mycket väntetid innan vi fick gå ombord. Fanns inga sittplatser eller skugga. Ingen bra snorkling. På Isla Mujeres gick vi iland och åt lunch. Sen gick vi ombord igen för att byta till en annan brygga. Det stoppet var onödigt. Enbart komersiellt.

The catamarran staff were very professional and safety conscious, 3 hours on the island was too much for us but only because of personal mobility issues. The island was very crowded.
