Esta é a tríplice coroa dos passeios de barco saindo de Cancún. Você visitará a exótica Isla Mujeres, mergulhará com snorkel no recife de Ixlaché e encerrará tudo com três horas maravilhosas na ilha deserta de Isla Contoy. E no meio tempo, você poderá deslizar pelo Caribe, absorvendo os raios de sol. Sua aventura começa na Marina Punta Norte, de onde você navegará em direção à Isla Mujeres enquanto desfruta de frutas frescas e pão a bordo. Enjoyed having time in Contoy. We initially were collected in a bus at the same time as many families going in a completely different excursion and then put on a nice luxury boat for the snorkeling and had about 15 minutes in Isla Mujeres (both a bit rushed). Then went on a different to Contoy which although had some hard seats and so more uncomfortable was worth it for Contoy. Went passed Isla blanca which wished we could stop at.

Staff are wonderful & fun! Safety is well followed. We love Julio, he is a great tour guide. The only thing was we were starving by the time lunch comes. We wished it was served a lil early than 3pm. But overall my husband & I had a great time.

Super wycieczka! Dzika wyspa Contoy z dziewicza przyroda. Plaza jest po prostu rajska, z palmami, pelikanami i bialym piaskiem. Na wyspie moze przebywac jednoczesnie nie wiecej niz 20-30 osób, wiec wrazenie dzikiej przyrody jest niesamowite. Pyszny lunch. Cieple, spokojne morze. Dluga podróz katamaranem z portu w Cancun, po drodze nurkowanie na cudownej rafie z mnóstwem kolorowych ryb. W drodze powrotnej, Isla Mujeres, bardzo kolorowe miejsce. Mozna wypozyczyc samochód.

Abholung am Hotel war pünktlich der Bus sehr eng bestuhlt und durch die Abholungen an den anderen Hotels waren wir gute 2 Stunden in dem Bus gesessen bevor wir in cancun am Hafen angekommen sind. Busfahrer beim aussteigen gleich darauf aufmerksam gemacht das wir das Trinkgeld nicht vergessen sollen. Im Hafen haben wir dann die Hafengebühr entrichtet und dann ging es los Ausflug war super nur zu empfehlen Rückfahrt auch 2 std Väter Busfahrer war super nett und hat nichts von uns erwartet bei auss

Eigenlijk niets wat we minder vonden. Er waren niet zoveel vissen te zien, maar daaar kan niemand wat aan doen. Bemanning heeft echt sfeer gemaakt. En wat was isla Coyton prachtig. Het is 2 uur varen heen en terug. Wij hadden mooi weer en de zee was rustig.

Too much time in boat. We were told it was about 1 1/2 hrs total boat trip to both islands. It was 2 1/2 hrs each way! Only 10-1 minutes snorkeling. I would recommend not going to Isla Mujeres and offer a day trip to Isla Contoy or a day trip to Isla Mujeres. Allow for more snorkeling time. Boat crew was good.

Overall an enjoyable trip. Didn't get the full alloted times in each destination as advertised so was a little rushed in isla mujeres. Booked the trip for myself and my husband, unfortunately my husband wasn't allowed to snorkel due to age restrictions. I think the age restrictions should be clearly stated so people know before booking. Upper age limit is 60. Disappointed with that. Couldn't fault crew on boat very attentive.

The snorkeling was very short 20 min. Only stopped one time. Way too many boats in the same area. Isla mujeres one hour time limit very short to even take in the sights or beach. Too long travelling. 14 hour day for 2 hours on eco beach that wasn’t outstanding as billed and 1 hour in very commercial beach. Snorkelling was overcrowded . Boat travelling too long between stops on an uncomfortable boozy boat. Don’t waste your money !

Amazing excursion - Markus was an amazing host, and knowledgeable tour of Contoy Island. The beach and wildlife is absolutely stunning on this excursion. Snorkeling was breathtaking (not being the strongest swimmer) I would have appreciated a little longer in the sea snorkeling and less time at the first stop (Isla Mujeres?) which was a little touristy. Boat crew were amazing hosts and extremely friendly and helpful.

Too little on Isla Mujeres and Isla Contoy and much time travelling. The islands and the boat trips were great but the transfer time were very long. My transfer from hotel to the port was 1 hour and 40 mins then there was a wait until we boarded the boat. The return foe me was 2 hours and 30 mins!

Venderam-nos a viagem como fazendo snorkeling e permanecendo 4 horas na Ilha Contoy. Nada disto aconteceu. O snorkeling foi simplesmente nadar em alto mar com uma corrente fortissima sem ver qualquer peixe. Apenas ficámos 2 horas na ilha contoy, com um almoço muito fraco sem qualquer higiene. Viajámos uma familia de 4 pessoas, e ficámos 3 com diarreia.

We did not enjoy the type off transport from our hotel to the marina. These buses are so cramped it is almost impossible for you to fit in a seat, especially when we are both over 6ft in height. Everything else was great, Cancun sailing crew were exceptional and our very knowledgeable guide Marco was very informative.

Isla contoy is absolutely stunning, we loved every minute there. Boat crew and guides absolutely first class, safety is paramount as you would expect, very knowledgeable guides. Only draw back was being dropped off and having to wait for 90 mins before boarding. Isla Mujeres was nice on the beach, town too busy so didn’t enjoy that much.

Also Isla Contoy war sehr schön. Das Essen hätte besser sein können. Die Zeit, die man dort verbringen konnte war ok. Die Anreise mit dem Boot ist allerdings sehr lang und wenn man seekrank ist, sollte man eine Tablette nehmen. Was ich nicht empfehlen kann ist Isla Mujeres! Ganz ganz schrecklich, volle Touristeninsel! Die Anreise m.d. Bus 2 Std, dann 40 min Wartezeit, keine Getränke inkl auf d. Insel knapp1 Std Freizeit. Echt eine Katastrophe! Nicht für das Geld!

Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen Tag und vor allem die Zeit auf Isla Contoy und das entspannte Beisammensein auf dem Boot haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Tour dauerte deutlich länger als erwartet, und wir waren erst gegen 20:30 Uhr im Hotel zurück. Uns war bewusst, dass es ein langer Tag wird, allerdings gingen wir, wie besprochen, davon aus, gegen 17 oder 18 Uhr wieder im Hotel zu sein. Diese deutlich längere Rückkehrzeit hat uns überrascht und den Tag etwas anstrengender gemacht als gedacht

Der Ausflug hat uns sehr gut gefallen und die Betreuung war super. Unser Guide war toll und hat uns alles gut erklärt. Die Tour wurde in englisch und spanisch geführt. Haben trotz eingeschränkter englisch Kenntnisse alles verstanden da unser Guide auch etwas deutsch konnte.

We didn't get to go snorkeling. I don't like swimming fishes, they creep me out. But still it would have been nice to have the opportunity. Blub blub. Driver dropped us at port and gave no instructions on what to do to get on boat or return transport back to hotel Snorkel we got in water for five minutes then had to return to boat When we got to island got dropped on beach and left to our own devices told there was a walking tour but crew did not recommend doing it because lots of mosquitoes . Der Ausflug ist für die erbrachten Leistungen, viel zu teuer! Der Transfer war unpünktlich und auf der Hinfahrt nicht klimatisiert! Wir haben im Hafen von Cancun eine knappe Stunde, sinnlos abgehangen, weil das Schiff (Asterix 2) zu spät kam. Wir waren erst gegen 20:30 Uhr zurück im Hotel! Den Abstecher auf die Isla Mujeres (stinkig und dreckig) hätte man sich schenken können!

Isla contoy was absolutely incredible. The guides were amazing and our boat had English, French Spanish and Portuguese speakers, all were catered for. The service was brilliant. The only slight downer was the reef snorkelling was over in 10 mins. We also had our time on Isla Mujeres cut a little short because we stopped to tow a small fishing vessel that was stranded. That can’t be helped I understand, maritime law. The atmosphere on the boat was great and all the staff were amazing.

One of my favourite trips in Mexico….we had to wait an hour at the harbour for our boat so make sure you have money just incase you want to buy drinks while waiting. You would definitely need to be a strong swimmer for the reef snorkelling… Isla Contoy was amazing from the beach to the restaurant and the amazing wildlife the best island in Mexico.

A lot of travelling, didn't like Isla Mujeres as it's like Cancun and very commercialised,felt the locals were only after our money! Island contoy was stunning but very little shade and as the sun cream was confiscated I was burning very quickly. The staff on the Asterix boat were amazing and had a lot of fun on the boat

Excellent trip - the one big downer was that the TUI Rep at our hotel (Remi?) sold us this trip and promised that everything was included in the fee and there were no extras to pay. Imagine our shock when we got to the port on the day after the transfer and were then told there was an additional $US20 per person to pay - $80 overall. A big shock and not what I would expect from TUI. It gave a very bad start to the day and the trip.

Mooie boottocht. Het snorkelen was wel jammer als je rustig wilt snorkelen. Je gaat de open zee in, tijdens onze trip was de zee vrij ruig en moet je achter je guide aan zwemmen. Je bent dus meer bezig met zwemmen dan met naar het koraal/ vissen te kunnen kijken. Voor de rest cantoy mooi rustig eiland, uurtje op Mujeres was voor ons prima, houden minder van over toeristisch en mujers is dat zeker.

Asterix boat staff did best to provide a good service, clearly explaining things through the day. Did not enjoy first stop at Isla Mujeres, where it felt like we were being aggressively sold to as soon as we stepped off the boat which took the edge off the experience. Isla Contoy was beautiful and snorkelling was also enjoyable if a little short as I had expected slightly longer in the water. Overall the staff on the boat made the trip safe and enjoyable and I would recommend it

The overall experience was fantastic, the Island alone would be enough to make me say book this trip. The food was a little scarce, offered only a few miniature donuts and an apple on the way out. There was nothing of any substance until 3pm, which is very late for lunch. Given also that the staff were very good and coming around topping up our beer this was concerning for snorkelling. Snorkelling was a mess, too many people and no guidance on ‘how to snorkel’ it you’ve never done it before.

In my opinion this trip was slightly overpriced. Waiting to get onto the boat was very long and unorganised. The trip to Isla Mujeres wasn't necessary at all, as it basically is just a chance for the locals to rob you blind. The boat ride to the snorkel point was lovely however the snorkeling was terrifying. I'm a qualified padi diver and the lack of safety was frightening they shouldnt be allowed to just let anybody attempt to follow currents kicking each other too ! Isla Contoy was amazing

Lved the excursion however I do think it shouldn't be sold as a snorkeling trip. Whilst you do get to snorkel, it's only with the tour as a group (which is really hard and crowded) and only briefly around the reef. The boat crew were very facilitating and knowledgeable and the trip was a lovely day out. Didn't like Isla Mujeres, the minute you step off the boat you are constantly hounded by all the local shops and pulled in every direction. Isla Kontoy was beautiful, cannot fault that.

Vraiment déçu par cette excursion. Arrêt sur Isla Mujer juste commercial. Plongée libre pas grand chose à voir. Isla Contoy beau paysage et belle plage mais cela se limite à cela. Repas de midi j’ai connu mieux dans d’autres excursions

Great day out, staff were helpful and informative, complementary drinks offered throughout the boat journey. This was our third time visiting Contoy and it hasn’t changed in 15 years beautiful paradise island would highly recommend. We stopped for snorkelling on the way and spotted Rays, numerous Turtles and barracuda. Isla Mujeres is a very busy and complete contrast to Isla Contoy and I wouldn’t revisit constant hassling to get you into the shops.

Contoy island itself was excellent albeit very short on facilities. Journey to and from the island was 90 mins plus in open sea, not a lazy caramaran cruise. Snorkelling only for very strong swimmmers. First island stop a forgettable and unnecessary waste of an hour getting hassled to buy a keyring or have a massage. Crew were awesome throughout

There was a lot of travel time by both coach and boat. Contoy was beautiful but there were no guides to explain the nature etc. (in contrast to the Sian Ka’an experience). Lunch was good. The stop over at another island was not great. Crowded and lots of pushy shop keepers. Also, no real purpose yo the stop.

Overall this outing was ok not because of fault of the crew or ship. The problem was due to bad weather, we were not able to snorkel due to high winds and the water was very choppy. We were able to make it to the island and enjoy the beauty of the island, the lunch and short tour.

Toelichting op voucher is niet duidelijk inzake havenbelasting. Er staat niet in PAX. Bovendien is het nieuwe tarief US $ 20 ipv de aangegeven US $ 15. Dat gaf gedoe bij de check-in. Graag aanpassen om vergissingen te voorkomen.

I really enjoyed Isla contoy, I would prefer to leave one hour or even two (9am collection from hotel) earlier to have extra time on Isla mujeres or contoy .

The isla of contoy is absolutely stunning the snorkeling on the reef beautiful very well seeing done this now six times and have enjoyed every trip, what we didn't like is the visit to Mujeres you can easily get ripped off the are heckled none stop, my wife this Tim got totally ripped off, two bottles of spirits £320, she didn't realise the exchange rate. I will make sure next time Mujeres is missed out, it is a shame a lovely island, but hecklers are a misery

Isla contoy is een prachtig onbewoond eiland en waard om te zien! Verder staat er ontbijt bij maar dat krijg je helemaal niet. Ook duurt de dag met het vele reizen langer dan er staat. Personeel doet wel zijn best om het gezellig te maken aan boord, maar vertellen bv niks interessants over het zee leven en de natuur. Ook staat er een wandeling op het eiland dat werd bij ons ook niet gedaan.

Isla Contoy is beautiful, highly recommend a visit there, only 200 people daily allowed on the island, such a contrast to Isla Mujeres which was very busy Wasn't told at booking about the extra cost of $15USD per person when you get to the marina as a docking fee, it's worth it but would be handy if that was just included in the ticket price. Would have also been helpful to be told by TUI - you're not allowed to wear sunscreen on either island as we were told this on the boat by our guide.

Overall really lovely day out. Enjoyed visiting both islands and the snorkelling, even though the water was a bit rough. Staff were amazing and were consistently topping up our drinks on the boat. Only thing to Note is that they do not allow you to put sun cream on once you board the boat, due to you visiting a nature reserve. We did find this quite hard as we were out all day, so make sure you have enough cloths to cover up if need be.

Isla Contoy is een prachtig eiland. Ik had daar gerust de gehele dag kunnen doorbrengen ipv 2uurtjes waarin ook nog de lunch plaatsvindt. Helaas konden wij niet gaan snorkelen vanwege weersomstandigheden. Het was fijn geweest als dat van tevoren was gezegd ipv pas als je op de boot bent. Wij zijn om te compenseren nog naar Isla Mujeres geweest. Heel toeristisch en druk had liever de dag doorgebracht op het prachtig eiland Isla Contoy. Boottocht is best heftig als je met kinderen bent

Isla Contoy is beautiful but everything else was shambles. Pickup time ok, it took 1.5h to get to the boat in Cancun from Playacar. Check in for boat and told that you need to pay usd15 per person for transfer! Told boat not ready, waited 1h standing around. Stop at Mujeres is like being in Benidorm, pulled to shops, no beach space. Snorkel a chaos holding to a rope, hundreds of people. Boat Asterix super uncomfortable, wooden bench to sit for 4h. Food sub standard. No guidance. 13h day not 8h

Det var en super sød guide som talte udemærket Engelsk og som var vidende om turens indhold. Det var fantastisk at få lov til at se skildpadderne i deres naturlige habitat. Man kunne måske, i mine øjne, have lidt mere “frie hænder” under svømningen med skildpadderne, men det er måske ikke muligt pga sikkerhed og skildpaddernes ve og vel. VI syntes man skulle have udleveret svømmefødder. Dog syntes vi at svømningen var en smule komprimeret i tid

Vooraf aan de excursie hebben we de recensies gelezen. Deze waren mwah. Maar de excursie bleek uiteindelijk super te zijn! Prachtige eilanden!! Mega goede service aan boord. Ontzettend aardige mensen! Ze kunnen goed Engels. De transfers naar en van de excursie zijn top geregeld. Het enige mindere is dat je wat langer in de bus zit, omdat je iedereen moet ophalen. Isla Mujeres is een eiland met veel winkeltjes. Contoy is echt onbewoond. Op dit eiland krijg je wel een heerlijke lunch!

Isla Contoy är en paradisö som jag aldrig sett maken till, MEN gör det till en heldagsutflykt istället. Snorkling rätt trist o stressig. På tok för lite tid på Ön. Buffé var toppen Kul personal på båten, som balanserade drinkar i den gropiga sjön. Liiite mastigt dunk i högtalarna på däck hem, man ville också smälta upplevelsen till kanske mer mjuka toner. The whole trip was excellent. Isla Mujures probably needed half hour longer. Reef snorkelling we couldn't unfortunately see anything as sea was a bit rough but this is nature and no ones fault. Isla Contoy was stunning with paradise beaches and lots of wildlife and the 3 hours there was just about right. Lunch was good and all staff were excellent all day. Only negative was we had to wait over an hour at the marina to board our boat.

Didn't know we were going to Isla Mujeres but wish we could have spent more time there absolutely loved it there. Was not impressed with the snorkeling was expecting to do a little longer than we did thought we would have found more spots more, the isla Contoy was absolutely beautiful worth it just for the tranquility of the place.

Matige excursie, halve dag in de bus en op een boot, isla Mujeres is niks meer dan een veredelde souvenirshop en een straat met nog meer souvenirs. Als je er al iets kan doen dan heb je daar te weinig tijd voor. Isla Contoy is prachtig maar door de vele muggen kan je niet verder komen dan het strand. Leuke ervaring maar niet voor dit geld.

The trips and snorkelling where fab, but the transfer on the minimus was about 2 and a half hours with all the pickups and the same on the return. Also take lots of insect repellent as the Isla Contoy has its fair share of mosquitoes in the jungle and mangroves my wife had some 30 odd bites and was scratching for days. That said the snorkelling on the reef was amazing, you had the beach on the Isla Contoy mostly to ourselves and the staff and crew on the boat were funny and knowledgeable.

Isla Contoy is amazing. A genuine paradise island- uninhabited and just beautiful. The stop off at Isla Mujures is in truth pointless. An hour isn’t enough to do anything. The snorkelling was ok but the weather wasn’t great in fairness. The main gripe is that TUI said this was a 4-8 hour trip. We stayed at Grand Sirenis and the trip was approaching 14 hours for us! 6 hour’s travelling! If staying in or near Cancun would do this but not if further afield. It’s way too long to spend on a coach

Erg leuke excursie, Isla Mujeres wel net iets drukker maar daarom niet minder leuk. Leuke sfeer op de boot met muziek en bar, leuke reisleiding die duidelijke uitleg gaven. Ook snorkelmoment goed begeleid geweest. Isla Contoy ronduit fantastisch! Robinson in het echt! Ook heerlijk lunchbuffet op het eiland en ruim voldoende voor iedereen. Drankjes op de boot ook super, er was voor ieders wat wils. Aanrader als je houdt van een boottrip met bijbehorende caribische vibes!

The trip was amazing and the island absolutely beautiful although I’m not sure I would have booked it if I would have known how long the journey was, I think we spent 3 hours on a coach having had no breakfast and then when we eventually got on the boat we got a stale small cake as breakfast. The snorkelling was quite underwhelming aswell, hardly saw anything, was expecting abit more.

Excellent tour overall. The service staff work hard to keep everyone entertained but some people are clearly favoured e.g. letting them permanently keep their snorkel equipment and making sure they are much better taken care of then others. It says on the description that time spent on Isla contoy is 3 hours this was more like 2 hours so I found this misleading. Otherwise this was an excellent experience that I would have rated 10/10 if it wasn’t for the points raised above.

A visit to two nice islands. A great tour guide. A nice and tasty meal. A quick but interesting tour on the Contoy Island after lunch - worth it, go for it; great views from the local hill top that felt like a paradise footage in the movies. The reef snorkelling was interesting - take a action camera to shoot underwater. On the Isla Mujeres it's worth to visit the Punta Sur.
