Enjoy this introductory Muay Thai session in Pattaya and don't worry it is your first attempt. This experience is a perfect choice for beginners, and both men and women are welcome.Many call it The Art of Eight Limbs, which commonly combines elbows, fists, knees, and shins. There are various clinching techniques that you can practice with a personal instructor for every 2 participants.Get handy tips and tricks from your professional instructors who will guide you through the entire duration of the class. Once you understand basic Muay Thai, your trainer will become your boxing partner to help you improve your technique.
