You'll explore the Algarve high and low on this scenery and history-rich tour. First up is hilltop Silves, famed for its red castle and white churches. Then, it's on to Fóia in the Monchique Mountains. We'll then visit Lagos on the coast, seeing its former slave market, fortress and more. Rounding off the tour are stops at Sagres and Cape St Vincent.

Poor
Teveel mensen, 62. Ook nog overstappen. Van 7.20 tot 20.00 uur in de bus te lang. Te weinig gezien, ook door het weer. Geen interessante plaatsen, steeds een uurtje eruit.

Aanrader! De gids vertelde heel veel over de historie en wat er nu speelt tijdens de bustocht en bij de bezienswaardigheden zelf. Zeer interessant. Ik ben blij dat ik het kasteel in Silves, Foia (top vd Algarve) Monchique, Sao Vicente (meest zuid-westelijk deel vt europese continent) heb gezien. Lagos vond ik minder, maar dat kan zijn omdat het de laatste stop was en de moeheid had toegeslagen. Je krijgt veel voor het geld, dit is echt een absolute aanrader.

Leuk: Goede gids, duidelijke uitleg en informatie. Mooie bezienswaardigheden bezocht. Minder leuk; De excursie heeft totaal 11 uur gesuurd. Wellicht een idee om 1 van de stops eruit te halen. Waardoor de tour korter en aangenamer is denken wij.

De excursie duurde erg lang. Er werd veel te veel gesproken. In 3 talen meer dan 6 uur. We werden horenddol.
