Step into the soul of Andalusia with a full-day tour of Seville. First up is a visit to Casa de Pilatos, a palace once home to the Dukes of Medinaceli. It's a real showcase of Andalusian style, with airy courtyards, intricate tiles and gardens that look like they've been plucked straight from a postcard. Then, wander through the winding lanes of Santa Cruz, Seville's old Jewish quarter. Think flower-filled balconies, tucked-away squares and endless photo ops here.Next, swing by the city's three UNESCO landmarks – the Cathedral, the Royal Alcazar, and the Archivo de Indias. Your guide will share stories of Seville's layered past, from Moorish roots to its role as one of Europe's busiest ports in the 16th and 17th centuries, as you get a good look at their exteriors. To round off the day, you'll head to the iconic Plaza de Espana. With its colourful tiles and sweeping arcades, you'll see why it's one of the city's most popular photo spots, and the perfect place to soak up Seville's warm, laidback vibe before heading back to your accommodation.

Uns hat der Ausflug nicht gefallen, da er nicht den Angaben entsprach. Wir waren insgesamt 11 Stunden unterwegs, davon entfielen 6 Stunden auf die Busfahrt, 2,5 Stunden Mittagspause und 1,5 Stunden Führung. Die angekündigten Sehenswürdigkeiten Kathedrale, Palast Alcazar und Archiv Indio wurden noch nicht mal von außen besichtigt. Das steht in keinem Verhältnis zu Preis-Leistung.

Leider haben wir einen sehr regnerischen Tag erwischt. Unser Guide war darauf überhaupt nicht eingestellt und entsprechend durchgeregnet. Der Plaza de España hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das kleine Schlösschen hingegen nicht. Das könnte man auch weg lassen und so mehr Freizeit für eigenen Erkundungen geben.

Man hätte die Reise komplett stornieren müssen, nach dieser Wetter Voraussage. Zu mal auch der Besuch der Kathedrale ersatzlos gestrichen wurde.
