Hugh our guide was so knowledgeable and entertaining, frequent clean and free toilet stops, coffee and cake at the plantation were lovely before exploring the area. Lunch was delicious in a lovely restaurant up in the mountains. Bob Marley museum was fabulous and again a great guide, who had also been in the Bob Marley film, excellent day

Trotz entsprechenden Angebot war deutsche Reiseleitung nicht möglich, da kein Personal. Bob Marley Museum war o.K. Von Kingston City haben wir leider nichts gesehen. Auf der Fahrt durch die Blue Mountains zur Kaffeeplantage keine Informationen über Land und Leute durch Reiseleitung. Besuch der Kaffeeplantage war gut.

The excursion is great. The stops in Kingston were carefully selected but ambitious to cram it all in in the time available. Blue Mountain with spectacular with panoramic views of the mountain & Kingston. Lunch included was substantial and delicious. The final stop at Bob Marley Museum was great to round off the day. There were delays waiting for a guide at Blue Mountain that had a knock on effect of leaving Kingston in rush hour traffic. The tour guide was knowledgeable and really personable

enjoyed being about and seeing everything, did not like no adjustments were made for us to understand ( we are deaf) nor anything stated it wasn't suitable for people who struggle with mobility. when booked rep in hotel said well you can still see the views. - this doesn't correspond to the price if we are not going to get the full experience of the excursion.

There were only 7 in our tour group which made it more personalised. Onboard tour guide very knowledgeable and gave loads of information as we travelled about places and Jamaica itself. All tour guides at places visited extremely friendly and again gave loads of information. Definitely recommend this tour, not rushed visiting places and absolutely good value for money.

Going from negril makes it a very long day..tour guide and driver were excellent keeping us informed and entertained on the way....memorial park is 1st stop and not really much to see but stretch of legs..then up to blue mountains for hike through coffee plantation..guide there was engaging , enthusiastic and very informative so made it quite interesting..on to Bobs house which is a must.( disappointed no photos allowed inside which kind of detracts from it) guide was good tho...drive back

I think it worth pointing out that the trip is advertised at 8 hours and ours was 13 !!! Just a point worth raising. Ten out of ten for our experience. Keith the driver was awesome and Donna was very informative patient knowledgeable and generally LOVELY. Thanks. It’s a must if visiting this awesome island of JAMAICA

I thought the guide was very rude from the moment we met. We we're going on this trip with friends. Our pick up time was 7am our friends arrived at 6.57. Although I know this was cutting it fine there was no need for the guide to be so rude and sarcastic when I offered to go get them. The trip was very very rushed. Our dinner was forgotten about until another guide with another group realised we hadn't eaten. I really enjoyed the bob marley museum part but again we were rushed back to the coach.

The tour guide was very good and I learned so much about Jamaica on this tour. The sites visited were all so beautiful but the blue mountains were amazing, breathtaking views. I really recommend this tour, I would definitely do it again

Blue Mountain tour was very informative. Coffee and cake delicious. Views from the mountains were amazing. Lunch was very tasty. Bob Marley museum was smaller than we anticipated but good. If staying in Montego Bay be prepared for a long coach trip about 4 hours both ways.

This is particularly poor tour. The blue mountains and Bob marly have very little in common, and no particular links (other than tentative location) I specifically said to the TUI rep that I was a big Reggae and Bob Marly fan, and told this was the best trip. Whilst it was mentioned that the blue mountains were part of the tour, there was absolutely no mention of the very long drive and further trek in to the mountains, nor of a Coffee plantation tour and 45 minute sales pitch.

The coffee tour and presentation was good and the museum fascinating but the fact this long journey was in a rickety uncomfortable bus just ruined the day which was 13 hours in total !. The driver also was driving far to fast for weather conditions

Was told we would explore Kingston.we did not, just walked through park. We're told suitable for limited mobility, definitely not. The coffee plantation is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems or breathing problems. Bob marley museum excellent. Our tour guide and driver were very knowledgeable.

A good trip. The driver and guide were brilliant (Priest Jerome and Captain Kimbell). We would have liked to actually stop in Kingston (eg amancipation park) even if it was short. Think you shouldn’t be ‘selling’ it as Kingston. We could have got out at the wall of fame too rather thank take photos from the car. It’s a long day (shouldn’t put 8 hrs - if in the reggae it’s 12 - and that’s beating traffic)!

Guide was disinterested and rushed the guests through every aspect of the tour. She walked ahead talking without turning around meaning no one could hear a word she said. Whilst the places visited were all interesting and good to see, not enough time was spent at any of them. All very rushed and feel too much was trying to be cramped into the day meaning that for cost I do not feel this experience was value for money.

The bus returned to Palace Aquarelle in Trelawny at 21:40 instead of 18:00. No wi-fi facilities on the bus. No water given on the bus, very POOR sevice in the bus. The driver drove to FAST..

I think you need to be clearer about the steps up the blue mountain. We were Tod they were quite shallow and shown a picture of some flat steps but several people found them difficult in several parts they were steep. The chain that was a handrail was broken in several places.

Over 15 hours long.....about 11 hours on a minibus. Kingston was mainly viewed from the bus in a traffic jam. Emancipation Park was a 10-minite leg stretch. The coffee farmer was fascinating but we didn't get to look round the house as we were rushed off. Lunch in a roadside restaurant was good. Bob Marley museum was a sprint around the museum; nothing like the 75-minute tour advertised. The lasting memory will be hours spent in the spine-jarring, bone-rattling minibus. This tour is too long!

The tour guide at Blue Mountain was great very informative but the one on the bus was more busy on her phone and talking to the driver she didn't even start any conversation until we picked up guests from the next hotel missing out lots of information on the first 2 hours of travel with a better guide on the bus and a more friendly driver the experience would have started off so much better

Tour was a long day but still amazing. We have done this again as it was so good the first time we did it, subtle differences were positive eg singing in Bob Marleys studio, walking with guide through emancipation park, going to another Riu for pickups and a quick comfort break, lovely to see renovated Riu ocho rios again.

The excursion was good!. Drive up mountain not for the faint hearted. Brilliant tour around Bob Marley Museum!. Guides at the museum are brilliant. Driving in Jamaica is generally FAST! Be prepared for this!

We were the first pick up and last drop off which meant 2 additional hours either way and a 12 hour trip. The driver helped playing music on the way back but still a long day. The loo stop on return wasn’t great it was at a high pressure sales shop a couple of the group were pushed into purchases and given incorrect info on paying duty on them

Great guide - Andrea and fabulous driver - Leon. Informative, fun, and didn't feel rushed. The blue mountains are beautiful, the guided tour and talk at the coffee plantation were great. Thoroughly enjoyed. Bob marley museum - our guide was fun and informative. Drive through the areas of jamaica, Kingston and emancipation park, great info from our guide. The only negative was the travelling. Trip was 13hrs in total pick up to drop off which we didn't realise on booking as web site says 8 hrs.

Everything was rushed from start to finish. Less than 5 minutes in Emancipation Park and herded back to the bus. Lunch was hurried. We had only just finished our lunch when told we had to go. There was no time to finish our drinks. The same at the Coffee Plantation. The tour led by Jerome was excellent When it was finished we were told to go to the bus. I said NO as I wanted to buy Blue Mountain coffee at their shop. We were left in the rain whilst the Guide bought the tickets for Marley Museum.

The guide and driver were excellent. The drive there was long but once we arrived we enjoyed emancipation park. Blue mountain was beautiful. Scary road but once there was fine. We were unable to go to the top as we have mobility issues but we still enjoyed the day. The lunch was outstanding. And Bob's museum was brilliant. The drive home was incredibly long and got uncomfortable in the end but overall it was a great trip.

This was an outstanding tour in my opinion. I learned so much about coffee at the Craighton Estate that now I can recognise a quality cup of coffee! I enjoyed my pepper steak lunch at the café we went to and the refreshing sorrel. Driving around a curvy mountain is scary, but our driver, Keith, was skilled. Loved the humour of the guide at Bob Marley's house and from our lovely tour guide throughout our journey who happily answered our questions. If you get motion sick make sure you prepare!

The whole trip is great, but not long enough in each place it just felt rushed. The stop at emancipation park was 15 minutes and more of a comfort break, this should be explained in the description An hour in the museum is not enough time to read and study all the information at the museum I would recommend a longer time there, as well as longer at the coffee plant, a quick chat about beans then rushed up and down a mountain, when the views are stunning it’s a shame to rush.

Thoroughly enjoyed our trip. If I had to give any areas of improvement would be to lower the amount of passengers per vehicle. I understand the need for the small vehicle to get up and down the mountains however this made the journey very cramped and uncomfortable. It maybe an idea to travel to Kingston in a larger vehicle and then transfer passengers onto the smaller vehicle to travel up and down the mountains only.

Misschien wat langer verblijven in Kingston bv 1uurtje vrij om te shoppen. Heel jammer van het verkeer. Wij hebben meer dan 2u in de file gestaan en pas om 21.30 terug in ons hotel. Ook een hapje en koffie morgens we starten al om 7u. De trip zelf was heel tof en een aanrader. Dus best wel positief. Het zijn slechts kleine dingen die de trip perfect zouden maken. Aan het verkeer valt niet veel te doen maar een ontbijt en water tijdens het rijden dat moet kunnen.

We were not told about the heights involved travelling to the coffee plantation, it was very unpleasant. We spent a while there and whilst my lunch afterwards was ok there were a few of the party that had uncooked chicken. We got to Bob Marleys house and was only able to spend 1 hr there. We didn’t have time to browse the gift shop and got stuck in terrible traffic returning. Suggestion would be to have the option to visit the Bob Marleys house only and make it a half day trip.

The experience was fantastic, but I found myself unprepared for the length of time on the bus ' To & From', The guide made it as pleasant as possible. But 6am till 8:30pm equates to 2 separate destinations with approx 2 hours at each & 9 hours on the bus.

Alter nicht annehmbarer Bus. Für ältere Menschen eine Frechheit. Fahrer rast wie von Sinnen. Reiseleiterin hat von dem was an den Zielorten gemacht wird keine Ahnung. Auf Nachfrage von mir wie lange zu gehen ist sagte Sie 2 Minute. Meine Frau ging mit es waren 1 Stunde 15 Minuten

Visit to Kingston only seemed to centre on a park. Didn’t seem to see much of Kingston. Visit to coffee plantation was good. Lunch was good and Marley museum very good as guide there was excellent. Tui tour guide was good but big letdown on the bus she had no mike, and it was very difficult if not impossible to hear her especially over the noise of the engine. Big letdown!

Our guide Jerome was a beautiful soul, he told a lot about Jamaican culture, the people and their philosophy on life and your surroundings. We had a great group and we sang a lot of songs together. It is a long day out and it takes 3 to 3.5 hours to get to Kingston but once there it’s a fantastic experience. Loved the Blue Mountains, the coffee plantation and visiting Bob Marleys house. Thank you again Jerome for making this day so special

Leon the bus driver was fab. Our guide who I remember as Bestie was the font of all knowledge. Without them it would not have been the same. It's a long ********** day, apart from a walk through a park we didn't see a lot of Kingston other than cars being bumper to bumper. Bob Marley museum was amazing. Coffee plantation on the ????? was great but felt it was a long time on the bus and not long enough at the destinations. Felt rushed but understand there's a schedule to follow.

Het museum was erg mooi. Ook het emancipatie park was een leuke stop. Koffieplantage was iets minder. Je bent lang onderweg en verder heb je niet echt stops om te genieten van het uitzicht in de Blue Mountains

Tour is fantastisch. Alleen de reisdagen wou ons 10 minuten voor einde van de Bob marley Tour uit de Tour halen. Had volgens haar lang genoeg geduurd. Gelukkig nam de man van de Tour er geen genoegen mee waardoor we de Tour af konden maken. Gevolg. Chagrijnige dame. Tot 10 minuten voor terugkomst. Toen werd ze vriendelijk. Ging waarschijnlijk over de fooi. Chauffeur zreed onbesuisd hard, sommige werden misselijk. Rest van de Tour was fantastisch.

Das Bob Marley Museum kann man sich sparen dort darf man nur von außen Fotos machen die Führung dort ist auch recht kurz. Und einen Ausflug in die City das man Zeit bisschen hat ca 1 Stunde hat es nicht gegeben wäre toll wenn das dabei wäre anstatt das Museum. Ansonsten die blue mountain und die Kaffee Plantage ist zu 100 Prozent zufriedenstellend. Von der Autofahrt kann man das nicht sagen im Deutschland hätte keiner den Führerschein bestanden.

D'une manière générale, je suis satisfait toutefois: 1/ la visite des bleue Maountain aurai pu être plus courte et ça aurai pu nous permettre de visiter d'autres lieu 2/ vous auriez du programmer une visite du stade de Kingston ou Ousaien Bolt a commencé sa carrière d'athlète 3/ le déjeuner aurai pu être mieux Merci
