Totally loved the whole experience with the dolphins and guide. Then we came to the photo part, I totally understand the reason for not taking phones and cameras into the dolphin area to stop you getting your own memories. However I found it an absolute disgrace being charged £120.00 for 12 photos to be downloaded to my phone so myself and other half could keep the memories.

Enjoyed whole experience with dolphins and guide. However the cost of photo packages were very expensive when lots of prints are quads and double shots. Even more expensive when buying individual prints. Not impressed and was not made aware of high cost prior to arrival.

The over all experience was fantastic, however we did this on a 2:1 deal, and took our 3month old baby. They told us he would be free. When we arrived they charged us 57dollors to add him to the experiences. They do not let you take your own cameras, then they take photos of you and ask you to buy for £225 dolloars minim, this is extortion. Seeing the dolfins was great just a shame the pricing and organising was so poor.

Price for the dolphin experience was good even though we upgraded when we got there. Can’t fault the experience as it was brilliant. Only down side was the price of the pictures even with the 20% TUI discount applied.

Tui heeft voor 2 personen 80 euro gevraagd voor 20 minuten activiteiten, we meten dan nog extra 20 euro betalen voor de transfer. Ik vind het een beetje te duur, vooral als je weet dat ter plaatse ze vroegen nog extra 40 dollars ( naar keuze) voor extra 10 minuten met dolfijnen, plus nog 5 $ taxes. De activiteit is top, kinderen waren heel bli,j maar de foto’s voor 50 $ per stuk vond ik enorm veel geld. Ik raad je aan, maar de tickets ter plaatse kopen (20 € p.p + taxen)

This was such a good experience my kids loved it i would definitely recommend this the only issue we had when purchasing this we purchased the 45 minute swim via Tui and we arrived they told us it was only 30 minute swim so we ended up paying more to upgrade. We did speak to Tui regarding this who confirmed we had purchased the 45 minute swim to begin with but then wasn't willing to help regarding the incorrect information we had been given or overcharged. Also the photos are really over priced

Amazing location – from the driver who picked us up in a fully air-conditioned van, to the staff who greeted us at the park. Interacting with the dolphin was fantastic and everything we had hoped for. My only issue was the price of the photos; we received 3 pictures for $130. But still worth it

I’ve swam with Dolphins twice previously and this was nowhere near what I expected. I was told afterwards the laws in Me ico have changed and you can no longer be pulled along or thrown by the dolphins ( in my view the best part on my previous experiences). This was not made clear and I chose the more expensive package assuming “ the swim” meant this it didn’t! It involved putting on a poor quality snorkel mask and treading water whilst dolphins swam past us. EXTREMELY disappointing !!

I found the experience very disappointing and not what was shown to us for the package. It stated that we would have 30 minutes in the water to which we only had approximately 20 minutes if that. It stated that we had 12 activities and we only did 6 including the 2 photo opportunities. We never actually got to swim with the dolphins as advertised and my family was very disappointed with that. As a whole we did not expect to just stand on a platform for two photos and to touch the dolphins tummy

The experience itself was awesome. Picked up at the lobby 15 mins earlier than scheduled. Nice air-conditioned van. We were talked through every aspect of the experience. Lots and lots of dolphin interaction - up close and personal with a few. The trainers were great. Overall the price was a bit much but we had thr most amazing time. $5usd tax at the venue which we didn't know about

The experience in itself was amazing and I totally recommend it. The dolphins are well looked after in the habitat, and everything is done with great care for the environment. Fair enough customers aren't allowed any devices in the water, but I just thought that the photo service was way too overpriced.

The experience was fantastic I was nervous getting the water. But when a dolphin popped up in front of me it melted my heart ??. The whole time the trainer was fantastic with us and the dolphins are amazing to be with. I would recommend this experience whilst you are in Mexico I could have stayed for hours once I was in the water.

The cost of the photos needs to be the same for everyone and not turned into a bartering exercise as we spoke to other people on the trip who were offered different prices for the same products and we paid £70 more for the same package as other people! Which kind of spoilt the day as we thought the photos were too expensive but were an integral part of the day

Good service and a great 1st experience with dolphins. Advised it was a giod company that also really cared for animal wellfare which was very important to us. Tui had a 2 for 1 offer which was great :-) Dont bother with pictures as very expensive but memories will last.

Prise en charge, rien à redire. On est bien guidés et les règles sont bien expliquées. On avait demandé un guide francophone mais il n'y en a que 2 donc c'était en anglais. The entire experience was amazing from the moment we were picked up at the resort, to the moment we were dropped off again. My daughter especially enjoyed the fin hold and foot push with the dolphins. The were well cared for and we even got to see the 'maternity ward' and a few baby dolphins. The instructor was knowledgeable and a photographer took lots of photos which we bought at the end. Although the photo packages were expensive, we bought it anyway, but there was no pressure to buy. 10/10

Great interactive experience. Knowledgeable caring staff. Amazing day . Advice for others is to leave any jewellery at the hotel it can't be worn in the pool. They do provide lockers, towels and life jackets. Only disappointing part was the photos are expensive, However you can haggle a slightly better deal.

The experience with the dolphins was excellent and their interaction with the staff was amazing. The one detractor was the photo package price. We would have liked a few photos, electronically, that would remind us of the experience. The offer was far too expensive. Immediately we said no the price dropped a lot but still was too much, only offering the full package at nearly half price. Would have been happy to pay a bit less for a few but no deal so left with only memories that will fade.

Fabulous experience and interaction with the dolphin. However price of photos was too expensive for the packages, we decided not to have them and a member of staff followed us and reduced the price, which we accepted, however once we got the photos (51) in total, we would have only chosen a max of 10, which should be an option, as the rest were either unflattering or we had our back to the camera! But all in all an amazing memory we won't forget.

A great experience for me and my son. The enclosure is large and the animals seemed well cared for (unlike some dolphin experiences). The only negative is the cost of the photos. We managed to get a significant discount by haggling. They should have cheaper prices for the photos and more people would pay for them. Overall, great memories for my and my seven year old.

Great experience overall . Really pleased we took the trip . All the staff were excellent and friendly . We were given a time slot and everything went to schedule. The actual attraction was a very nice place . It had a more relaxed atmosphere than some water parks . The dolphin trainers were very friendly and relaxed . Overall, we had a great time . On a slight negative it wasn’t cheap and the photographs were very expensive . This is just our opinion and why it’s an 8 out of 10.

What an experience! I looked into it a bit before we went to Mexico and a lot of companies came out about the same price, but due to going with my little autistic brother, I booked with tui for security. Paulina, was amazing, she was our guide. My little brother had a meltdown and she took us to a separate area to watch the videos and offered to sit with him while we experienced the dolphins together. Only down side we were not offered a refund for my brother who did nothing due to his meltdown.
