Wir hatten Glück und dürften diese Tour am Tag des Galungan-Festes machen. Der Guide und auch der Fahrer waren super! Beide haben viel erklärt und ganz viele Nebeninformationen gegeben. Wir haben uns super verstanden. Diese Tour würden wir immer wieder buchen. Danke dafür!

De moedertempel was in orde alsook het Balinese dorp. Maar er zat ook een lokale Markt bij. We zijn die pasin de namiddag gaan bezoeken en er was meer dan de helft gesloten. Dus geen vlees gezien en maar 1 kraampje met vis. En we hebben geen souveniertjes kunnen kopen omdat er geen waren (en stond wel in de mail) enkel eten en kleren. Was echt heel erg triestig.

Our guide was the wonderful Wayan (this was our third excursion with him and the same driver). We felt that Wayan was now our friend. The mother temple was an interesting place to visit. Great views except the volcano was shrouded in mist this time. Lots of shops for souvenirs and clothes. The village was a lovely place to visit and see how the special community live. Our lunch in the hotel was not as good as it could have been ( choices not good). It was a lovely hotel to visit though.

We eten elke avond al in het hotel. Het is veel leuker om tijdens een excursie niet in een hotel te eten maar in één van de vele restaurants met mooi uitzicht.

Schitterende tempel welke je gezien moet hebben. De lunch had een heel mooi uitzicht over de rijstvelden. Helaas was het buffet eten het slechtste van Bali. Tui zou een ander restaurant moeten kiezen tenzij de kwaliteit van eten beter word.

Die Markthalle in Gianyar haben wir uns anders vorgestellt. Die paar Stände in einem sterilen Betonbau kann man sich sparen. Da wäre ein (Straßen-)Markt sicherlich authentischer.

The tour was very good. It was a pity the historical village was so commercialised with every house being in effect a souvenir shop. I think I was expecting as, in other countries, traditional dress and craft work demonstrations however we saw those on this tour. Guide was very good with lots of information. The restaurant where we had lunch provided one of the best meals we have had in Bali, excellent.

Sehr gute Organisation von TUI und dem Guide. Tourguide sprach gutes deutsch und konnte alles gut und ausführlich erklären. Mittagsbuffet in einem sehr schönen Restaurant mit reservierten Tisch und einmaliger Aussicht. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das als Privattour. Klasse!
