Didn't get ask if had any problems on E Bike. I had a knee replacement so I needed a bigger bike I had a small one very uncomfortable for me I needed mountain bike style which you did have .it spoilt ride for me. I think guides should always ask if anyone has any problems.

My girlfriend and I did the bamboo rafting and the water tubing and they were both great experiences. For the bamboo rafting we had Daniel and for tubing our guide was Romaine and they were both amazing. Super funny and insightful, we had a great time with them as our guides. It was super worth it and we would definitely come back to do more!

Tubing a bit ‘tame’ - expected more fun with some wild rapids; didn’t like all individual tubes being tied together to make one big flotilla

Not very helpful or guidance were more interested in getting everyone's 10 dollars for lockers which is non refundable least the other place gave you a keyring as as a souvenir so you didn't feel as robbed, guides onto the actually tour fun and enjoyable but after that not much help or communication.

I regret getting this tour. It was just about 200 feet tour. I requested the lady there to give me coke instead of the bottle of hard drink. She just nodded no and didn’t even hand over the bottle of liquor. Extremely disappointed. Bathrooms at the end were terrible

The bamboo rafting was really good, however we got there at 9:30 and had finished rafting by 10:45. We was told we would be home by 13:15, we did not get picked up till 14:00. We had to sit and wait for over 3 hours to be picked up. The pool area and lobby where we could wait was filthy, there was ants and bugs everywhere and pool was filthy. We did not get home till 3:10 which meant we missed lunch at our hotel and had to wait till dinner to eat we were starving. We were really disappointed.

The 2 guide on the Tubing were great so funny and very interactive with us all, it was Palmer (donkey) and president they were amazing 10 out of 10 for them

A few staff lack of basic customer service has spoilt The holiday. The long delays in following up on issues extending to over 2 hours each time. TUI Adrian also rude and indignant during my conversation to his colleague. Act as though he knows everything and is above the customer which he fails to acknowledge is all Ways right!

Enjoyed the zip lines and buggies The rafting was too noisy for a quiet couples time down the river. Staff busy talking to each other and crashing rafts together. Staff arranged our day, but did not get to the rum tasting, as this finished at 3.30 and was not factored into the time slots for the day. Was a tight schedule and no time to relax.

This tour is very peaceful as you glide along the river. The experience of getting a half leg mud massage was also amazing - thanks TJ!! It was a very peaceful, enjoyable experience!

River tubing was good fun. Our guide Ocean was absolutely hilarious. He made our trip. Was a little too calm water for me so if you want more white water go to the ocean outpost

The rafting was so peaceful and enjoyable the guide was so nice, played music and gave us information about Jamaica which was really interesting, he as friendly and polite. We had a lime stone massage on our feet which was amazing. Would recommend this trip

Our driver was great as well as our bamboo raft guide. The checkin was quite hectic and the staff at times were a little bit rude if you weren’t where you were supposed to be.

The workers there were so nice, informative, and friendly. They definitely made sure you had the most fun possible, I loved the entire experience. Only thing is, the food there is pretty expensive and me personally, it wasn’t that good. Idk, it didn’t taste real Jamaican authentic like I expected it to but other than that, would definitely recommend booking through Chukka Tours! Btw… purchasing food and drinks are optional

Some of the other tour guide company's do the tours in the hotel for a little bit cheaper and found that people who booked through Tui was using them instead.

Our tui rep was extremely unhelpful , cancelled our trip and was unwilling to work around things . I contacted chukka directly and they offered an alternative activities and arrange collection and drop off . Thanks to our rep we wasted most part of our day because she could not be bothered to rearrange anything or make a few phone calls a common theme and ranted on about if we had booked it with her or on about some other trip .

Thoroughly enjoyed this experience but was not told when booking that you must have closed toe shoes to do the zip line which we had to purchase on site at an inflated price.

Had a fab day out. Only question mark was on the value for money front. The dunns river falls and blue hole combo we did earlier in the week was a similar price and better value for money.
