Horrible, entassé comme du bétail ! Piège à touristes. Tout était bondé, chronomètre. Snorkeling inexistant, embarqué au milieu de la mer, agglutine comme des bêtes pour ne ruen voir,Magasin obligatoire souvenirs! Ça gueule tout le temps, ça veut faire des photos de vous! Seul le personnel était attentionné d ou des notes correctes. Journée beaucoup trop longue au pas de courses. Une horreur en fait. J ai vraiment regretté ma journée et jetter mes sous.Arnaques touristiques!!

The trip was nothing like advertised. The catamaran was overcrowded and unsafe, with no proper seating or safety measures. The food stop was unsanitary, and there was no water to flush toilets or wash hands. Snorkeling wasn’t even mentioned. Overall, the experience felt poorly managed and below basic standards. TUI should reconsider partnering with such providers—this tour was a disappointing reflection on their brand.

Gerne hätte ich die Zeit an Bord genossen, jedoch war dies bei der ohrenbetäubend lauten Musik nicht möglich. Sehr schade! Die Organisation vor und nach dem Ausflug ist definitiv verbesserungswürdig. Wir hatten lange Wartezeiten bis die Tour losging und danach, bis wir wieder abgeholt wurden. Die Insel selbst war traumhaft schön!

Allt var fantastiskt ordnat med själva båtutflykten, god mat, personalen kom konstant med ny dricka på båten så fort man fick slut. Det enda negativa var transporten till och från, obekväma skrothögar till bilar, bilen gick sönder på vägen hem så att vi blev stående vid motorvägen i väntan på en annan bil. Det kändes som ett mirakel att bilen höll på resan till båten också. Missade middag på hotellet då vi blev så sena tillbaka.

I det stora hela var vi nöjda. Nervösa för att vi inte är så bra på engelska och kan inte spanska. Boka engelsk guide men de var bara jag och min man som behövde ha guiden å på engelska, alla andra prata spanska så vi blev utanför och förstod inte allt. Nervösa att vi skulle bli bortglömda vilket vi blev vid lunchen. Annars var guiden snäll och försökte ta sig tiden för oss.

Toller Ausflug der sein Geld wirklich wert war! Besonders die freie Zeit auf der Insel hat uns gut gefallen! Die Guides sind sehr fürsorglich und lesen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab! Alles wird gut erklärt, man bekommt Hilfe beim ein und aussteigen. Wir waren etwas länger unterwegs als angegeben, was uns aber nicht störte.

Moesten een uur wachten voordat we aan boord konden. Eerste snorkelstop was leuk, maar de stop erna op isla mujeres sloeg nergens op. Eten in een beachclub, en verder was er niets te doen. Verre van het bounty eiland waarmee geadverteerd word. 2e stop word je gedropt op el norte, met z’n alle naar een tequila proeverij en daarna zoek je het maar uit. Bedjes op het strand waren 26dollar, en verder alleen toeristen shops. Ik vond deze trip geen aanrader.

We just finish the trip today and I can just not understand some of the bad comments. It was absolutely amazing and worth. The pick up is from the hotel lobby and the staff was super helpful Roger and the staff team 10/10. Would highly recommend you to take the golf cart activity extra, another great experience. And yes, you would go with them to a suvenir shop, however you can try tequila for free but no pressure to buy anything there.

Partyboot ist hier das einzig richtige Wort. Wir sind von Hotel abgeholt worden und gute zwei Stunden durch die Gegend gefahren. Nach einem Check in gab es einen Snack. Auf dem Boot wurde maximal laute Musik gespielt und der Guide schreit in das Mikro mit so schlechten Englisch das man überhaupt nichts versteht. Erster Stop war ok. Schnorcheln: die 30 Minuten hätte ich mir sparen können. Zweiter Stop: naja eher nur Souvenirläden besuchen. Rückfahrt: Party mit Striptease der Guides und viel Alkoh

Très chouette activité, prise en charge au top. Nombre raisonnable de personne sur le catamaran. Boissons à volonté à bord, service vraiment top. Explications en espagnole et anglais, le personnel est au petit soin. Ambiance chaleureuse et sympathique.

Wir bekommen zwei verschiedene Abholzeiten , insgesamt haben wir dann 1h bis zur Abholung gewartet, dann mussten wir 1h am Hafen warten bis es losging. Die Crew an Bord war sehr sehr gut , alles Top organisiert und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Insel war jetzt leider nicht unser Highlight, alles auf Touris getrimmt, aber alles in allem Ok . Rücktransport, wieder 1H gewartet. Die Organisation vom Reiseveranstalter war insgesamt leider katastrophal, schade eigentlich.

Such a great time! Miquel our captain was awesome and crew made sure everyone was having a good time! Our cups were never empty, and one the way back the dancing was so fun!! The crew really knew how to have a good time. The buffet was awesome. Wish we would have had more time on the island!

Insufficient info about trip when booking, no indication of travel arrangements. The private beach was tiny and dirty. Eating arrangement had no organisation, seemed like an open cafe. On arrival at port we were led to a shop that was obvious it was just a deal between the owner and the boat crew. I contacted the on site TUI rep with a query and was told that because I had booked the trip through a 3rd party I had to contact them myself. I was unaware of this as I'd booked through the TUI app.

Wonderful day on the water. Nice lunch set up ,nothing fancy bit food was ok. Beach stop was very crowed and going into shopping area which is right across from beach also very congested. But on the boat was great and the water was just beautiful aqua.

Nouto ei ollut hotellilta, vaikka niin annettiin ymmärtää retkeä varatessa. Paluumatkalla saimme kuskin kanssa sovittua, että hän tuo meidät hotellin eteen. Isla Mujeresilta lähtiessä oli pientä hässäkkää oikean laiturin/oman katamaraanin löytämisessä. Muuten retki oli oikein mukava ja palvelu oli hyvää. Todella positiivista oli, että katamaraanilla oli sopivan väljää, ei ollut liikaa ihmisiä.

Trip was good although they made us pay an additional $5 dollars for going on an all adults catamaran. Buffet at Isla Mujeres was very basic. Not what we expected. Beer and cheap tequila. Only got 2 drinks because of time given at buffet. Poor service

We loved everything about our Isla Mujeres tour. The crew was fun and toook good care of me and my friend. They served us drinks throughout the boat ride and the buffet lunch was delicious. I highly recommend this tour. I will be back with my family.

Der Aufenthalt auf Isla Mujeres war viel zu lang! Danach schlug pünktlich zum schnorcheln das Wetter um. Auch weil es so spät war am Tag. Beim Schnorcheln gab es auch nicht viel zu sehen.

Lisämaksuja oli kerrottu 20 usd, mutta 40 usd per henkilö meni heti cancun satamassa. Lisäksi "bilelaivalle" olisi tullut maksaa lisää 40 usd henkilö. Emme maksaneet ja lopussa näytti että eri lisähinnan maksaneet oli samassa ryhmässä . Laiva hyvä ja henkilökunta kiva. Lounaalla Mujeresissa sai limonadia juomaksi.

Overall it was an amazing trip, a fun boat ride w/ snorkeling and an awesome, attentive crew. The food provided on the island was fantastic and better quality than expected. Only downfall was the short amount of time to get to the southern end of island via golf carts, no time to see all sites.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Picked up on time by a lovely man just a bit of hanging around at the port waiting for rest of the passengers. Crew on board where polite and looked after us so well. Snorkeling was OK just a bit rushed with loads of other boats in the same area which was a shame. Lunch wasn't great but we didn't expect to much anyway. Drinks onboard were free flowing and very nice. Altogether a very enjoyable day out.

My friends and I had a lot of fun! We really liked that this tour picked us up/ dropped us off at the hotel. The crew was great and was very attentive, serving drinks and guiding us during snorkeling. It was a great day to be on a boat/ have fun at Isla Mujeres beach.

The driver picked us up at 8.15 and to get to the next pick up was 20mins away but the driver didn’t have the next hotel pick up till 09.40. So waiting around on the bus for a long time didn’t need to get up so early. The driver also said we had to pay 80$ When got on the coach. We told the driver it included transfers argued it didn’t and wanted to know how much we paid for the trip. After arguing with us he agreed to call his office. Which he then found out we had already paid in full

There was some confusion over meeting times which meant we arrived at the pick up location over an hour too early. The transfer was ok but not the standard I’d expect from Tui. The boat was fantastic and the boat staff really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was very little information given throughout the day meaning we were often confused at meeting times and what there was too do when dropped off. The drop off location was a real tourist trap, incredibly crowded with little shade.

Overall the catamaran was great. Beautiful crystal clear seas and a beautiful white beach to spend the last few hours of the afternoon. Downside were the process to queue at the port, pay extra $15 p.p. Which was chaos. The boat crew and experience on board was great, snorkelling was great, the ice bar restaurant on the island was not great, very poor in terms of hygiene and food quality. A few of the party had upset stomachs the following day. The beach, whilst v busy was stunning.

The easy tours driver was very erratic, accelerating rapidly, breaking hard, this may be normal for locals but as visitors it was a scary and uncomfortable. Once we reached the marina we were left waiting around 30 minutes and parties were split up before regrouping to board. The trip itself was great, the leader was really clear with instructions and very enthusiastic. It would be good if you made clear that snorkeling is only for the fit, I'm a strong swimmer and it was very tiring.

The crew were amazing. Friendly, fun and safety conscious. The catamaran was one of the larger ones so was able to accommodate everyone comfortably and gave good shelter when the heavens opened during the cruise. The open bar was good, the crew were constantly offering drinks. The buffet at Ice Bar could have a bit more of a selection, but again the drinks were free and the amenities satisfactory. Maybe a tad more free time on the island would have been good, but overall we had a great time.

Arriving at marina was total chaos, no one knew where they had to be , totally unorganised. Finally once boarded after standing in the heat , the actual catermeran was brilliant and snorkelling. Staff on boat was well trained and very entertaining. Shopping was ok , but the buffet was terrible , drinks were very very basic as well . But for the price the boat was the best bit , . It’s ok if you like being unorganised and very hot .

The hole trip was nice however there were too many people so very overcrowded especially when getting on and off the boat and whole snorkelling, as you have to stay in a group you are all squashed and trying to swim in one spot so less people would be a lot safer . The beach was lovely but they take you to a very busy part of the island where there are lots of people trying to sell you things, not much space to relax and enjoy the beach. The boat was good for partying mostly on the way back.

Staff on the katamaran were excellent. They did a great job looking after us. Pickup was the problem. We had to wait over one hour . Did not know when driver would come. Then he drove like a lunatic through the traffic. It was a very frightening experience that we did not enjoy at all. Very disappointed. The lunch was ok. Very very crowded.

A true tale of two halves. The boat trip was fantastic, excellent crew, couldn't do enough for all on board. free bar all the way. The meal is a proper eye opener. The pick up and transport is horrendous. Overall we went on 5 different buses and at one point got left on a shady Mexican street corner. Just be aware whichever trip you book to this island it is like benidorm on speed, definitely not paradise
