Step into the world of elephants in Thailand on this two-hour tour to an elephant sanctuary. You'll begin your day with a welcome drink and an introduction to the history of domestic elephants in Thai culture, Plus, you'll learn about the sanctuary's main principles – it's built on a foundation of respect for these gentle giants.At the sanctuary, the aim is to provide the elephants with a life as close to their natural habitats as possible. You'll catch a glimpse of their day-to-day lives, getting involved with their care by preparing some healthy snacks for them – this part of the tour is about connecting with the elephants in a respectful way.Then, you'll get to see the elephants in their element. Join them for a peaceful walk as they roam freely. Plus, watch them take a mud bath just like they would in the wild – it's a highlight of their day. They love rolling playfully in the mud, which helps regulate their body temperature and protects their skin from the sun and insects.

Ein rundum tolles Erlebnis! Alles war super organisiert, inklusive Transfer. Die deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hatte sichtbar ein großes Herz für die Tiere. Besonders schön war der Spaziergang mit dem Elefanten, das Füttern mit selbstgemachtem Futter und das anschließende Duschen nach dem Schlammbad. Es war beeindruckend, die Tiere so nah zu erleben. Zum Abschluss gab es noch eine kleine Stärkung und einen Souvenirshop. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort war super nett. Leider bekam ich allerdings keine deutschsprachige Tour. Das Erlebnis mit den Elefanten war ganz okay, aber nicht sehr spannend und bzgl. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Richtig ärgerlich war die abschließend superlange Wartezeit (> 1 h) bis zur Rückfahrt, weil die anderen Gäste, die mitfahren sollten, noch unterwegs waren. Echt schlechte Organisation. Ich habe daraufhin meine nächste geplante deutschsprachige TUI Tour storniert.

Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern (3 und 6 Jahre) und hatten hier ein absolut tolles Erlebnis. Das Personal war extrem kinderfreundlich, höflich und sehr zuvorkommend. Auf alle Wünsche der Gäste wurde eingegangen, und wir haben uns jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Getränke und Snacks. Kein Zeitdruck, Möglichkeit mit den Elefanten spazieren zu gehen, sie zu füttern und zu waschen. Mit etwa 4 Stunden war es ein toller Nachmittagsausflug für kleine Kinder.

An absolutely fantastic experience never to be forgotten. Our guide Soma was funny and looked after us well. The elephants were incredible - we loved walking with them, feeding them and scrubbing them in the shower!

Highly recommend this trip, it is obvious how passionate the staff are on Elephant conservation and the trust and care the Mahouts have for their Elephants. Elephants lead here, they are not made to do anything they dont want to do. The staff were lovely and the Elephants with their different personalities were just amazing, beautiful and intelligent animals. One of the best things I've done and will continue to support by donating.

All the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The introduction video was too long as a lot of the information was related by the guides as we walked around. The setting was clean and the groups were small to allow for cam interactions with the elephants.

Respektvoller Umgang mit den Tieren. Alle sehr freundlich. Reichhaltig essen und trinken. Tourguide ein thailändischer Schwabe, der super nett, lustig und freundlich ist. Nur zu empfehlen. Hat alles gestimmt

Driver wasn’t very welcoming and trip was expensive but the staff at the elephant conservation were great and very knowledgeable. I really enjoyed the day they are doing great work
