Excellent trip, long journey as first pick up, however on the way back first drop off so it equals out. Excellent place you have roughly 4 hours there which to be fair is enough, the shows are excellent and staff are friendly. Quite remote but we'll organised. You should stick to the pick up times and be prompt or the coach will leave you , which is made clear. Although should that happen taxi are on site. Again worth a visit we stayed at mogan playa, which is excellent.

The bus there was a quick journey of around 20 mins. However the bus back was an hour and a half journey, with several young children on board in the heat. The bus driver drove quite quickly and dangerously in my opinion. However, bus was comfortable and adequately air conditionedx

we went to the sunbeds in the baby/toddler section. My partner took my daughter to the baby splash pool and took her on a baby slide, and was told he couldnt do that, and was then shouted at by a lifeguard because adults aren’t even allowed in the pool with their baby according to the lifeguard on duty. Complained to TUI regarding this and am being refused a refund for the trip due to us ‘not following safety guidelines’. How is a baby alone in a pool safer than with a parent? Do not book! Scam!

the park is 15 min drive from our hotel in Bahia Feliz. On the way back the bus took over 1hr 30 mins! 6 times as long as if we’d have got a bus or taxi. What made it worse was the guide didn’t inform us it would be 1 hr 30 mins so everyone expecting 15 mins. He just was silent. We had a 11 month old baby who got dangerously overheated on bus as it was boiling hot. We got a €40 refund which helped but it was quite dangerous. Other families also were in same boat and were very unhappy

Wir haben den Bus für den Transfer verpasst. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin im Hotel hat uns noch vor Dienstbeginn weitergeholfen. Sie hat uns ein Taxi organisiert, damit wir an einer anderen Haltestelle einsteigen können und den Tourguide informiert. Super Service und mega liebe Mitarbeiter!!! Der Park war wirklich schön. Viele exotische Pflanzen und Vögel. Alles zum greifen nah. Besonders die Delfinshow hat uns gut gefallen. Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis.

The bus was sold to us as a 1 hour at maximum bus journey, it took over 105 minutes to get to the park, when we got to the park, not one member of staff was polite or helpful I was injured twice and the saftey was non existent, when going to speak to a member of staff at 1pm to ask to leave and for a refund we were told ‘not going to happen lady’ and ‘there’s only one hour left in the park.’ We chose to save our safety and sanity and paid 30 euros to get home Absolutely do not recommend

The zoo was very well run and kept beautifully. The shows were interesting and very entertaining with the Dolphins topping the bill. Next was the birds of prey display and then the exotic birds display. Only shame is that the clotted times of arrival and departure did not allow for ALL the shows to be taken in as we had to miss out on the interactive show.

Beautiful setting. Really enjoyed birds of prey show, & butterfly house. Loved seeing lots of cacti plus lizards out & about. Bilingual signs were great. However, majority of animals had inadequate space & most appeared to have no enrichment in their spaces nor places to hide which was v. sad to see. 1st parrot photo opportunity caused a huge backlog of people queuing - frustrating, esp as most were trying to make way up to bird show. Don't agree with dolphins in captivity so didn't go to show.

The TUI transfer and staff were good, but the the actual park and value is very poor. First thing you'll be greeted by will be a charge of 5 euros per lounger, as your entry fee clearly doesn't cover anything else but entry ?? Poorly organised, so queues are very slow and this is made worse by fast pass going to the front, it feels deliberate to sell fast passes. Overall some good slides but good luck doing more than 4 rides in 6 hours due to the slow queues unless you shell out for fast pass.

The park was lovely and the interactive shows very well done. Please warn people not feed the Emu's. My grandaughter did exactly as shown in the diagrams and the emu bit her. Her hand swelled up and it was painful. Tui staff and information given was excellent. The prices in the park for food and drink are horrendous. Luckily we had been warned and took the free picnic supplied by the hotel. It is very hilly and people were struggling in certain areas with buggies.

Man tror man betaler for en tur i Aqualand, hvor alle er lige berettiget til at komme til rutsjebanerne. Man glemmer bare lige at informere om, at det koster 35euro mere pr mand for fast-pas, og har man ikke det, kan man bruge timer på at stå i kø og stege. Det burde indgå i turens pris. Oven i det glemmer man at fortælle at det koster penge at få et skab til sine ting eller bruge en solseng. Men ud over det, er det nogle mega fede vandrutsjebaner og godt sted, men noget til en hver smag.

Aqua land we found very expensive food and did not taste very nice. The ques in the heat were too long and the crowd in the pool during wave machine was way too big bordering on dangerous. The transfer however was very good and we cannot fault Tui for it's service.

Very expensive trip for 3 of us as 11 year+ being classed as adult. Photos at park with dolphins and parrots were wonderful and a great momento but added to the price. Throw in drinks and an ice cream as it was 35 degrees plus and our water had gone warm during the day and we ended up spending a total of over €250 including entry. Dolphin show was superb but some parts of park seemed tired and in need of sprucing up and expanding the area available to the animals.

A lovely family day out whilst on holiday. Lots of animals to see. A very hot day but we had lots of fun regardless, finding shade a different times of the day. We watched the birds of prey show and the dolphin show. We also got our photos taken with a variety of parrots which were very friendly and tame.

Veldig enkelt å bli med på denne turen, godt forklart med oppmøte tid og sted, samt retur. Kunne godt hatt mer tid i parken, altså seinere tidspunkt for retur. Palmitos Park var helt topp, spesielt bra var Birds of Pray showet.

He cost of the entry ticket price for family of X4 was already expensive in my opinion. To then get in and have to pay for your locker and sun loungers is ridiculous and then the food was expensive also for your standard basic 'junk food'..the bus transfer was fab, very friendly and on time. However to be collected at 4pm is a huge shame. I think the time could be extended to at least 5pm to get out before the crowds. We queued on average 50-60mins per slide. Managed to get on 5 slides in total.

It took one hour 50 mins for a 30 min trip. Arrived 40 mins late, missing the 1st show. Advised bus would be departing 15mins earlier than ticket stated, meaning we would also miss a later show. If we had relied on TUI bus, we would have missed out on most of the park. Instead we paid 50euros for a taxi back to our hotel

Der Palmitos Park ist echt super und ein Besuch wert. Der Bustransfer vo Tui ist eine echte Katastrophe. Erst kam der Bus 25 Minuten zu spät und wir hatten 30 Minuten weniger Aufenthalt im Park und konnten die erste Show gar nicht sehen. Auf der Rückfahrt sind wir erst Richtung Las Palmas gefahren und dann über Taurito zurück nach Puerto Rico. 1,5 Stunden Fahrzeit. Das geht gar nicht

Palmitospark was mooi, tegen de berg aan, je moet dus goed kunnen lopen, naar de vogelshow is nog best pittig om naar boven te lopen. Heenreis prima met wat verhalen en uitleg van Olivier, dat deed hij erg leuk. Dolfijnenshow was erg mooi met mooie muziek en je kon op de tribune voor een groot gedeelte in de schaduw zitten. Vogelshow ook prachtig, daar zat je wel in de volle zon, als het kan, zet wat op je hoofd tegen de felle zon. Leuke winkel erbij ook op het park. Was een heerlijke dag.

I wouldn’t recommend this experience with transport, missed the first show due to bad coach timing and we had to leave before the last show as the coach picked us up early. Suggest TUI time their transport with the venue, a complete waste of money.

Aqualand ticket price was a good offer for transfers and entry. The park itself was good and we all enjoyed the family friendly rides. However, return bus never came back for us at the pick up point at the time it was supposed to. Waited with a 4 year old in the sun with no seating for over 20 minutes before deciding to pay out of pocket for a taxi back to hotel. TUI did not contact us after not using the bus to make sure we got home okay. Makes me think the bus never showed at all.

Voor het hotel zowat met transfer opgehaald aardige dame die alles goed uitlegde . Het park palmitos was voor een klein park bovenverwachting en zeker de shows waren geweldig. De toeristen goodies zoals foto's maken en souvenirs waren dan wel prijzig maar ja dat is in de efteling niet anders

The pride of the park was value for money but if you want to get in the pool with ghe dolphins it's expensive 150 euros pp.. that was for half hour with dolphins and you got 2 photos free.. they took 5 photos so for the price you would think they would let you have all 5 free

Palmitos Park is superb. Loved the place. However, the transport to and from was not so good. Bus there was 20 minutes late, with no updates from a rep or by an app message. When it eventually arrived the rep on the bus gave no explanation or apology. She then told us the return pickup would be at 15:45, despite the ticket saying 16:00, and confirmed 15:45 when the discrepancy was asked about. We then had to wait 15 minutes in the sun until the bus came at 16:00. Really poor.

It was great day out for my 4 year old a lot of slides was available but she fell in love with the first ones for her age group and we stayed their all day :) Security was great they kept an eye on older kids making sure they don’t cause accidents to younger kids and direct them to appropriate rides for their age group , took some photos which was great food available and drinks affordable prices , overall my daughter didn’t want to leave:)

Lockertje huren: €7 en je krijgt een 6-cijferige code die je maar moet zien te onthouden. Huren van een ligzetel: €5 / st. Wil je geen 50 minuten aanschuiven, koop je best een fastpas. Dat is nog eens €25 extra per persoon. Het personeel daar leek mij niet echt gemotiveerd. Stonden maar maar een beetje te lummelen. Zou sneller kunnen gaan moesten ze iets vlotter opvolgen. Best dus geen locker huren, maar een ligzetel nemen en je tassen onder de handdoek leggen.

The overall package price was a little on the pricey side but for the ease of essentially a chartered shuttle too and from the park and no need to walk from bus stops etc. this was a good overall experience particularly when also with 2 young children. The guide was very friendly and helpful. We would possibly have benefitted from a slightly earlier arrival time in the morning as one of the shows started soon after but overall a very good day, thank you!

You don’t get long enough in the park going by coach with TUi. We only managed to get on 3 slides due to the queues, even though we were told this is a quiet day by TUi! To enjoy it fully, buy a fast pass at the park. Very different experience and get a taxi back!

Aquaman is echt top. Zoiets bestaat niet in België. Unieke locatie en wat een massa’s glijbanen, veel met band. Het golfslagbad en kinderbad waren ook erg de moeite. Neem zeker waterschoenen/slippers mee want de stenen zijn heet. Qua eten is er vooral fastfood. Kluisje is apart te betalen en kost 5€. Ook de ligzetels moet je apart betalen en kost 7€. Je kan foto’s aankopen en als extra massage/ haarvlechten/ vispedicure laten doen. We vonden het een fijne dag, hij had zelfs langer mogen duren.

Palmitos Park. 2 adults, 2 children (9yo/4yo.) Nice park with good birds of prey display and dolphin show. Walking through exotic bird enclosure was also great - and the birds like to try and sit on your head! Pretty grounds, but very steep hills all around the park so wear decent footwear. Would recommend.

Aqualand (2 ad/2 ch-9yo/3yo) journey from Playa Feliz quick & easy. Guide sorted entry park. Lockers v.small so had to get 2 @ 7euros each! In hindsight should have got 1 locker for valuables & 1 sunbed (5euros) for all our towels etc as that's what we ended up doing later in the day - easier to get to water bottles etc. We'd read food was expensive (& it was - around 17euros per meal) so took a packed lunch - so did locals. Rides great and queues not bad, well run, worth a trip.

Aqualand ist zu überteuert vom Essen und Trinken. 5 Euro für die Liegen extra zu verlangen finde ich eine Frechheit. Palmitos Park wird sehr hoch angepriesen, allerdings ist die artgerechte Tierhaltung dort nicht in Ordnung. Die Kaimane sind zu zweit in einem ziemlich kleinen Bereich und die Greifvögel sind arm weil die Gehege zu klein sind. Unser Guide hat nur Englisch gesprochen und das viel zu schnell und undeutlich. Man hat ihn nicht verstanden.

Leuk water park, een halve dag is wel genoeg voor heel het park, soms lange wacht rijen mede door premium klanten die voor mochten wat erg duur is.

The park was set out nocely and the dolphin show was very good. All other shows were cancelled due to heat, would have been nice to recieve a partial refund for missing out a major part of the attraction. Food massively overpriced.

We loved everything, thanks .. bird show was so excited for children, it was so nice too see place like this where you can find everything. From gifts to restaurants. Many exotic birds, snakes and many other animals

Palmitos Park was beautiful so much to see and do. It was a very hot day, 35° but there was plenty of shade. It is very hilly and steep in areas so glad we wore trainers! Beautiful views from the bird show area. The guide on the bus was excellent, we really enjoyed his commentary and pointing our things of interest on the way.
