Nous n’avons pas aimé le temps de ramassage de tout les couples et le passage forcé dans une bijouterie d’OR pendant une heure. La vielle ville d’Antalya est absolument à voir , très belles explications de notre guide ( anglophone mais assez compréhensible) flâner dans les vielles ruelles et descendre jusqu’au port durant le temps libre est conseiller .

Tour guide not so happy with the her and told her off. Felt really bad for the the lovely lady who was just trying to be nice.

Es ist einfach ein Unding, dass es nicht möglich ist wenn man ungefähr 25 mal nein gesagt hat und einen simplen 585er Goldring mit 3 Steinchen, der angeblich erst 9700 Euro dann 7600 Euro und dann zu einem absoluten Schnäppchenpreis von 6500 Euro kaufen sollte. Die Verkäufer dort sind zwar freundlich aber hängen an einem wie die Kletten.Der Führer war sehr selbstvetliebt und verbat sich, dass ich einem englischen Paar übersetzte,die hätten ja eine deutsche Tour gebucht. Daher nicht zu empfehlen.

Can't believe Tui are associated with this. Supposed to be a your of Antalya old town but started with a tour of a diamond place which no-one knew about. Ushered us through where loads of people descended on us obviously trying to get us to buy stuff.We just carried on and got on the bus and sat there until we went to Antalya.Were taken to a cafe and a clothes shop where again people descended on us to get us to but things.The day was the guide taking us to places so he could earn commission.

We were taken to a gold and jewellery store on the way to town which took a hour of our time even though no one was interested in buying anything, then into town we were taken to two shops which we felt was unnecessary , the guide tour round the old town was ok ,the guide was good and friendly but was disappointed with what we saw, as not really nothing historical

Bus kam deutlich zu spät. Guide ging viel zu schnell durch die Altstadt und erklärte wenig. Preis für die Tour ist sehr angemessen. Juweliershop war ausgezeichnet.

Guide was interesting with the info he gave us. Driver nearly had a crash outside our hotel!!! The jewellery visit was a complete waste of time..that should be an extra trip for people who are genuinely interested in purchasing top end jewellery…8 of us were on the bus and nobody wanted to stop there! We didn’t do the old town tour so had 3 hours to spend in Antalya which was fine. But a 73p bus ride in to town would have given us the same experience.

Jewellery stop to begin with is pointless one massive sales pitch and rings starting at 35k no thankyou. Got to antalya turkey prices have gone up considerably to point it's cheaper buying the actual thing at home. But when you say no you will be insulted and escorted out of shops. Uns wurde gesagt ein halber Tag und wir sind mittag wieder zurück. Leider waren wir erst 16 Uhr zurück. Wir wurden zu einem angeblich einheimischen Basar geführt, wo komischerweise sehr gut deutsch gesprochen wurde. Es wurde außerdem vorher von einem Shoppingcenter gesprochen, den wir dort nicht gesehen haben. Wir wurden direkt in ein Geschäft geführt wo sich die Verkäufer an uns hefteten. Auf Preis nachfragen kamen keine konkreten Auskünfte und ich fühle mich da über den Tisch gezogen.

Travel Rep was exceptional and very informative. Visit to Jewellery store was interesting and slightly annoying as we would have bought something, but they wanted to sell us some things way above our price capacity and then just as we were about to leave for next stage of our journey offered us a more realistic option but had no time to purchase. Tour around old town Antalya was informative and interesting.

The jewellery shop is not needed on this trip. Brings nothing to the experience of Turkey. People just want to shop in the old town, and see the old town. Which is both amazing, but more time is needed.

The free timeyou get is the only thing enjoyable on this trip. The visit to the jewellery store is pointless, you just have sales people bothering you to buy stuff. Even the guide told us this part of the trip was pointless and to get in and out as quick as possible,(which wasted an hr of our time) The tour around the old town you can do on your self as he just spoke about the other 2 hotels tui provide. (Thought it was a tour not a sales pitch) Highly disappointed and wont recommend

Basics were great. Had spoken to the tour guide on the journey into Antalya and said I was wanting to buy yarn. She said check the shops and then compare at the textile centre. I couldn’t find any shops (asked lots of people) but unfortunately she didn’t say that the tour at the end included the actual textile centre ?? so I missed out. Can’t believe I came all this way wanting to take yarn home and couldn’t get any. Must admit this part was disappointing.

Shopping wasn't great foe me as it was pretty much a pretty arranged visit. So I went around the local area and did different shops and had some food. Tour wasn't for me as walked around in a square of four side streets. Would have been better having a tour of the old town marina instead.

Die Tour ist sehr schön. Das einzige was wir nicht so toll fanden war das die Mitarbeiter in der Schmuckfabrik sehr aufdringlich waren. Man wurde regelrecht verfolgt von denen.

Die Tour war von der Buchung ab perfekt gestaltet. Herr Kahraman hat uns im Hotel geduldig und ohne jegliches Aufdrängen einige tolle Ausflüge vorgestellt. Am Ausflugstag wurden wir pünktlich sogar direkt an der Hoteltür abgeholt. :0) Erkan, unser Reiseführer mit fließenden Deutschkenntnissen (hat einige Jahre in Deutschland gelebt) hat uns bereits während der Fahrt zum eigentlichen Ausflugsziel schon einiges Interessantes über die Gegend erzählt. Er ist wirklich sehr nett und sympathisch. Danke

Den Besuch der Schmuckfabrik muss man einfach stoisch über sich ergehen lassen (die hatten aber tatsächlich tollen Schmuck), die Händler auf dem Markt sind sehr aufdringlich. Dass man vom TUI-Guide bewusst zu einem Kaffee, einem Gewürzhändler und einem Kleidergeschäft geführt wird um möglichst hier einzukaufen, finden wir sehr speziell. Erhält der Guide dafür Provision von den Geschäften? Die Altstattführung war kurz, aber gut und sehr interessant.

The tour guide was brilliant as only my wife and I decided to go on the old town tour so we had a personal guide who also took photos of us both together which was brilliant The shopping time could have been longer The jewlry gold center was good to see but not to our taste or spend. The tour guide was outstanding and should be given a pat on the back as his knowledge and ease of address for the day was more than excellent. Good work. Admit

Ahmed the Tuo tour guide left us at the old town with 3 children crying and feeling vulnerable. 3:00pm was the agreed time we need to be back and our family was there at 2:20pm early. No Ahmed TUI tour guide, no bus. He left us behind not considering our safety in a foreign country. Truly a very stressful and scary situation for us. This is not acceptable at all especially we have paid for the service but not delivered properly and again with 3 children to consider.

The guide was fantastic, very well informed and had the weather been slightly cooler we would have enjoyed the walk around the old town even more. We hadden een halve dag geboekt omdat wij een kindje hebben van 1jaar we dan nog op tijd terug zouden zijn voor hem te laten eten en slapen in het hotel, dit was ons ook gezegd dat we zeker terug zouden zijn tegen 13uur. We hebben een stop gemaakt van meer dan een uur in een juwelierszaak, na we reeds een stop aan een tankstation gemaakt hadden om mensen van een andere bus af te halen. We were expecting to stop off at a jewellery market in the old town, but instead were taken to a very high end jewellery show room where we were expected to listen to listen to a talk about gold silver and platinum. None of us enjoyed it and all of us had worked our way to the exit within five minutes. Dans l'ensemble c'est une sortie sympa sauf la visite d'une heure de la bijouterie qui est imposée dans plusieurs sorties et qui est en trop. Nous avons effectué trois excursions et nous avons visité la bijouterie lors de deux excursions sans en avoir été informés. Dommage, on perd du temps pour les visites qui nous intéressent vraiment, en particulier la cascade de kursunlu où nous avions uniquement une trentaine de minutes pour se promener dans le parc.

Started with coach carnage, waiting for a larger coach in a petrol station for around 20 mins. Then a 2 min journey to a jewellery place where unless you are ridiculously rich you can't afford anything. Then a long journey where you finally get to the old town. Led into a bazaar (money trap, its optional) and free time (3 hrs) to roam the local market before coming home. We did go on the guided tour of the old town which was interesting and we learnt about the culture,, architecture etc.

1er stop: 1 heure dans 1 magasin de bijoux. Ça ne nous interessait pas donc nous avons juste profité de l'airco. Notre 2me stop était un magasin dans le bazar soit-disant moins cher et de meilleure qualité. Une pure arnaque à touristes.... En fait ce sont les mêmes vêtements partout et dans ce magasin c'était bien plus cher qu'ailleurs. Seulement après tout ça nous avons eu du temps libre dans la vieille ville d'Antalya. Tous ces petites arrêts profitent au guide qui reçoit une commission.

The experience was a let down, I had booked the trip expecting to go directly to the town to look at the old city and shopping excursions then home. It’s was a long drive collecting others then to a lorry park to wait collection to be driven 30secionds up road, cattle market to look at jewellery store which thrives on vacationers. The store visit was, get them in and if you get one customer you have earned your reward, which it felt like. 80’s cash cow trips !!

bonjour la visite de la ville était prévue de 9 avec retour à l'hotel pour 13H30. Or nous avons fait un arrêt non soliciét d'une heure dans une bijouterie et ensuite dans un bazar, résultat nous sommes arrivés à Antalya vers 11h en pleine chaleur et la visite de la ville a pu commencer sous une grande chaleur. La visite guidée par le guide fut intéressante mais courte 1h. Nous sommes rentrés à l'hôtel à 15h30 avec le sentiments d'avoir fait un tour shopping et non une tour de ville

We were very disappointed with the trip. The bus was late and not at the meeting point, so we had to search for it. The rep scared us into visiting only three shops. At the jeweller’s, we were overwhelmed by pushy staff and expensive items. The T-shirt shop was overpriced, and we were told not to trust other shops. We were even warned to buy ice cream from just one place, which made us feel unsafe for our child. The rep left us early, and we never saw the old town despite trying to find it.

In the experience you are first taken to two different locations one is a gold shop and the other one is a clothes shop, after that you can walk around in the old town. We walked to the harbor and the view was fantastic. It was a nice break from the hotel but extremely hot, so bring caps and lots of water with you.

The main disappointment was being taken to an out of town jewellery store with pressure to buy and left there for 1hr of what is described as a half day shopping trip to the old town. This was an unpleasant experience and a waste of holiday time. In the old town the walking tour did not include details of the clock tower, mosque or visit to the harbour which was disappointing. It also followed on from the free time with no guidance on what to do whilst there. She did tell us how to keep safe.

Being bullied and hounded in a jewellery warehouse for an hour where they wouldn’t let us leave and the rep had left us and gone on bus. Half day tour turned out to be pick up 8 am return 4pm NOT half day !!!!!! Tour of sites was 1/2 hr at end of day , no help with where we. Should go in our own free time This was not suitable for young children at all a lot of very unhappy children on the day

We were sold it as a morning tour with a 45min tour then time to shop, instead got take to jewellery shop where you were followed and pressured to buy something. Unless you went to buy something in particular then this would be good but not everyone can afford to buy £5000 jewellery. I felt this trip was pointless and unnecessary. The guide was good but didn't start until 1pm when its most hotest and was told it was going to be morning to avoid this. Instead we met at 8am and got home at 4pm.

Didn’t enjoy it he jewellery visit, we felt we were hounded by the sales man who followed us all around the shop, we couldn’t look at anything without him pouncing on us and bringing items for us to look at, In the end I left the shop. Other than that I enjoyed the old town visit and the guide was lovely

Den Besuch in der Goldfabrik kann man sich absolut sparen. Die Verkäufer dort absolut penetrant und aufdringlich. Wie hatten ständig einen Verkäufer an der Backe der permanent um uns herumgeschlichen ist und uns andauernd was versucht hat auf zu quatschen. Absolut unterirdisch. Wir fühlten uns so bedrängt das meine Frau und ich diese Goldfabrik fluchtartig verlassen haben. Der Guide war klasse und Antalya zu sehen auch. Wie gesagt Besuch der Goldfabrik absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Als Urlauber bezahlt man im Restaurant sehr viel mehr am Hafen in Antayla wie die Einheimischen! Wir hatten zum Mittagessen 1 Flasche Wein Scampi und Pulpo! 150€ ist sehr viel Geld und da hätte ich mir ehrliche Bezahlung gewünscht!

Der Tour war eigentlich nicht mit Antalya Altstadt Besuch zu tun. Im Bus hat der Reiseleiter paar Sachen erwähnt. Das war schon. Im Altstadt hat der Reiseleiter uns gezeigt wo das Basar ist. Keine Geschichte, kein Kultur,kein Tradition, Wir haben das ganz anders vorgestellt.

Absolutely appalled that we were forced to enter a jewellery warehouse where doors were closed feeling pressured into buying diamonds etc. One and a half hours later came put, this should have been a choice !! A poor couple and child were ushered into a room door closed, and they didn't return to the coach. Apparently the factory were arranging a private transfer strange! It was very awkward. However, Antalya lovely, we enjoyed this part,would have liked longer there and no jewellery visit!
