Hotel had already prepared breakfast boxes for us to collect with such an early start, the tour guide Ahmed was very informative, and would update us throughout the day of the itinerary and timings. His knowledge was amazing, and was very approachable, the drivers were brilliant and very friendly, all made sure we enjoyed our day. We wish we had done this trip at a cooler time to really appreciate the history. Brilliant overall, and food was fantastic on the Nile!

It was a great tour, the guide was knowledgeable and the sites were fantastic. I think more could have been done on the riverboat, perhaps more information about the river itself and was we were passing by. Lunch was nice. It was a very long day made longer by the number of pick ups and drop offs. We were on the coach for at least an extra hour collecting people both ends of the day

The tour guide was excellent, the coach thankfully had a very good air con system and the drivers and security guard were very attentive. It was a very early start and exceptionally hot but worth it.

We didn't like being taken to a shop that demonstrated stone cutting but is was process to get us to buy things. Despite being told it was a no pressure situation and there would be no haggling. There was pressure and haggling . It was stressful situation. I don't know why we went there when it wasn't on the trip schedule. It wasted time

The whole experience was great except the traveling from the resort and back,the trip on the Nile with lunch was great ,the valley of the kings was very hot but worth it,well worth the money ,the guide was ok would do the trip again at a cooler time of year.

Visites express. 15 minutes au temple d hatchepsout. Vallees des rois survolées. Colosses non visités, juste un petit coup de frein dans le bus pour les montrer mais pas d arrêt. Arrêt supplémentaire non indiqués dans un magasin d artisan, cette visite aurait pu etre sympathique si elle n avait pas empièté sur celles qui étaient prévue. La visite du temple de louxor était un peu plus longue et mieux expliquée mais de manière générale un sentiment partagé que tout à été expédié.

I did not enjoy the fact that there were two tours on one bus each with a different guide. A French group and English speaking group. Checking peoples fitness before coming on a tour as slower people held it up for others as did the different groups on the bus. The food on the Nile Cruise was average. Guide could have better control of the group and it should gave been a smaller bus for each group not one bbus for two groups.

We really enjoyed the trip to Luxor and loved the Valley of the Kings, paid extra to go in Tutankhamen tomb which we felt was worth the money. We also enjoyed going down the Nile on the boat, the lunch was great but for the price paid feel that drinks should have also been included.

Auch dieser Bus hatte leider kein Papier und keine Seife in der Toilette!!! Der Guide hat die Gäste sehr gut informiert und hatte jede Menge Fotos dabei. Der kurze Nil Trip war schön und das Essen an Bord sowie der Service waren excellence.

Unser Guide Reda war einfach große Klasse und seine fundierten Erklärungen haben großen Spaß. Besser geht es nicht. Auch sonst war die Tour perfekt organisiert wobei auch für die Sicherheit gesorgt wurde. Eine Tour die sich gelohnt hat.

Es war eine sehr kompakte Tour und man hat viel gesehen an diesem Tag. Was ein bisschen schade war, dass man bei der Nilkreuzfahrt nur 1 Stunde Zeit hatte, inkl. Essen. Das ist viel zu wenig. Dafür müssten schon 2 Stunden eingeplant werden. Ebenso hatte man am Ende viel zu wenig Zeit, um sich den Luxor Tempel und Spinhx Allee anzuschauen. Wo man Zeit einsparen könnte, wenn man nicht so lange in dem Souvenier Shop verbracht hätte. Das war eine Verkaufsschau wie in Hollywood.

Die Tour ab Luxor war klasse und atemberaubend. Die Fahrt war allerdings unterirdisch, da wir (2 Personen) zuletzt den Bus bestiegen. Der Reiseleiter "musste" leider mit seinem "Gerümpel" eine 2er-Sitzbank belegen, sodass wir die "Kindersitze" hinter den Radkästen bekamen. Die Beine mussten somit auf den Flur, da der Fußraum zu klein war!!!

It stated that the event would be in english, but the whole trip to Luxor was in French. The english guide only came on board in Luxor. So all the comnentry whilst travelling to and from Luxor was in french which we do not speak. The mini bus seatu g was small with very little leg room which when travelling for over 11 hours was very uncomfortable. The lunch and nile trip was very good. The tombs and other attractions was rushed by our guide and we always ended up waithing for the french guide .

Brilliant day, guide was fantastic and overall the trip was amazing. The only downside was the transport. The minibus we spent 9 hours travelling in was very uncomfortable, it had to be pushed to restart at the petrol station and was very cramped. I had to have a massage the following day to relieve the stiffness in my body from driving at speed over bumps and potholes. That aside, an excellent experience.

Besichtigungen Tal der Könige und verschiedene Tempel waren interessant und gut organisiert. Erläuterungen des Reiseführers waren einfach verständlich. Nilfahrt und Essen auf dem Schiff waren Bus war zwar o.k. und gut klimatisiert. Die Sitzplätze waren für große Menschen zu eng und für alle Reisenden etwas unbequem.

Es war ein perfekter Tag. Das Team (2 Busfahrer, 1 Reiseleiter) haben großartiges geleistet; es gab nichts zu kritisieren. Das Schiff war makellos, ebenso das Essen darauf. Momen our guide made the day extra special, he really knows his stuff. What we didn’t like was being stuck on the coach with 49 really rude French people when the tour stated 6 to 8 people max. It made us feel as if we had just been stuck on there to make up the numbers.

This is an excellent way to get a taste of many of Egypts highlights. Luxor temple is an amazing place to visit and our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic to share information. It is advertised as a small bus tour but we we were only on the small bus for 10 mins max before being transferred to a coach. That didn’t bother me but I just add this for information. Would recommend this trip as you will not be disappointed.

Take Egyptian money in a range of note sizes for toilet stops and tips. I used about £500 EGP but didn't buy anything from the markets/shops.

Wir hatten eine Privat Tour 2 Personen. Sehenswürdigkeiten lohnen sich wirklich anzusehen. Aber in dem Preis kein Wasser zu bekommen ( steht auch bei Buchung da) ist nicht so gut. Alles war gut bis auf das anregen zum Kaufen. Wir kamen zu Steinmetz was sich nur als Verkaufsttategie entpuppte...gehört habe ich das die Guides Provision bekommt... Wir wurden 30 min versucht zu überreden da etwas zu kaufen. Und war eine sehr doofe Situation. Mittagessen/Nil fahrt war sehr kurz. Sonst war alles schön

This is not a cruise, you will be driven 4.5 hours to Luxor to have and medioca lunch on a boat. You'll go up the Nile for around 20 minutes then turnaround and come back. You'll be shipped to shops in between seeing the sights you paid for and hounded for money!

Nous avons adoré l’excursion. Notre guide Moheb parle couramment le français et donne des explications très précises en plus d’être incroyablement gentil. Il fait évidemment très chaud (46 à l’ombre lors de notre expédition au mois d’août) et il s’agit d’une visite purement culturelle pour explorer l’histoire pharaonique, si vous êtes trop peu intéressé et/ou sensible à la chaleur abstenez-vous afin de ne pas gâcher la visite de ceux qui apprécie le moment, à bon entendeur. On recommande à 100%

Der angebliche Besuch einer Familie, die Handwerkliche Dinge verkauft, entpuppte sich als Fake! Nette Präsentation zu Anfang, aber dann die üblichen Souvenirs, die man bei den Straßenverkäufern um einiges Günstiger bekommt (oder bei Temu). Ich mag Ehrlichkeit und keine Wir-halten-den-Torristen-zum-Narren! Dann lieber eine Besichtigung des Karnak Tempels statt des Fake-Familien-Handwerkbesuches.

Der Ausflug war extrem gut organisiert, alles erfolgte ohne jegliche Zeitverzögerung und war gut getaktet. Dennoch war für alles genug Zeit und der Guide hat viel erzählt. Das Tal der Könige und die Tempel sind sehr beeindruckend, das Mittagessen war gut und die Nilfahrt dabei nett. Der beste Ausflug den wir gemacht haben!

Wahiyn and the 2 drivers were fantastic considering I overslept and they had to wait 35 minutes for me before we could set off, when they could have driven away long before that. Wahiyn was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable all through the day and it was a fascinating and interesting experience.

Der Trip nach Luxor war einsame spitze, hauptsächlich lag dies an dem zur Verfügung gestellten Guide. Dieser hat sich vor jeder Sehenswürdigkeit die Zeit genommen sehr viel über die Geschichte und Hintergründe zu erzählen und hab beim Tal der Könige gute Tips genannt welche Gräber man sich anschauen sollte. Die Nilkreuzfahrt mit Mittagessen war ebensfalls gut geplant und lecker. Dass man 3.5h mit dem Bus braucht ist zwar unschön aber dafür kann der Reiseanbieter nichts.

BEWARE: They don't advertise the trip to the scam souvenir shop. The tour guide Momen was amazing; the trip itself was great, had good transport and the boat cruise was alright; nice views. However, like a few others have mentioned we were made to go to the Amon Ra Alabaster showroom. They do a show and dance where they pretend to make handmade souvenirs when in fact they are the same as the cheap ones sold in shops everywhere. Then significantly overcharge you for them.

My biggest worry was being stuck on a bus for that time, but thankfully a full size coach was used with good aircon and a toilet. Plenty of room on the Bus. Bus arrived on time and we were quickly onboard and on our way, just a few pickups from other hotels. The coach was split in two, the french at the front and the English speakers at the back. Although a long day, it did not seem it and created good memories.

One of the best excursion we have ever done, the guide Wael was so knowledgeable and friendly as were the drivers. It is a long day especially as it was very hot but so worth it for what we experienced and lunch on the Nile was really good. The whole experience was fantastic and we’ve come away with even more knowledge on this fabulous country, its history and people. We would definitely recommend this trip to everyone

A great mixture of sites and things to see and all in one day. Guide Mohammad was a top man, Nile boat brilliant, valley of kings excellent and Luxor temple stunning! No real hassle like some reviews. Highly recommend this trip, yes it’s a long day but well worth it - take a hat!

Wir waren ziemlich enttäuscht. Wir hatten den teuren Ausflug mit einer kleinen Reisegruppe von 8 Personen gebucht, wurden aber in einen großen Bus mit französisch-sprachigem Reiseleiter gesteckt, der uns auf der Hinfahrt 2 Stunden lang auf Französisch die ägyptische Kultur erklärt hat (ich spreche aber leider kein Französisch). Die Route war eine andere, der Tempel von Karnak war nicht dabei, dafür eine einstündige Verkaufsveranstaltung. Meine Beschwerde bisher leider ohne Erfolg

The guide was excellent had lots of knowledge and friendly. The tour included lots of different experiences and didn’t feel rushed. It’s a very long day 5.00am to 20.30 as it’s a long coach journey each way which is the only negative.

Very enjoyable tour and saw some amazing sites. Lunch on the Nile was great. The guide, Ahmed, was extremely knowledgeable and interesting. We were told that we would be back at our hotel by 8pm. This was never going to happen. There were no discernable hold ups but we didn't get back until 10.30pm. The tour information should be amended to reflect this

Not enough time at Valley of Kings as guide made us visit an alabaster showroom to buy things. When challenged I was shut down and told I had to do it. This was never mentioned before and I resented being dragged away after just 50 mins from the Valley of the Kings. It made the whole experience really rushed.

Ich würde den Ausflug weiterempfehlen. Man kommt viel rum und schaut sich dadurch viel an. Leider ist der Zeitplan sehr eng, wodurch an den einzelnen Stationen nicht so viel zeit ist, sich alles alleine anzugucken. Es wurde an einer alten Werkstatt angehalten, um uns das Handwerk zu zeigen. Leider wurde viel Zeit in dem Store verbracht, damit auch jeder eine Kleinigkeit kauft. Diese Zeit hätte ich gerne mehr an den Gräbern verbracht.

Interessante Tagestour die uns viel von Luxor gezeigt hat. KlasseTourguid! Beste Busfahrer die man hier haben kann. Entäuschend war die Nil Kreuzfahrt. Durch das Essen sieht man nicht viel.. Es ist gefühlt 15 min in eine Richtung und wieder zurück. Kommunikation etwas besser gestalten: bspw. Lunchpaket im Bus essen, gibt keine extra Pause.. oder in Toiletten Pause essen.

Picked up at the hotel on time. Excellent guide and bus drivers. Very knowledgeable. Visiting the valley of the kings, Luxor temple and the tombs was absolutely fantastic. Felt completely safe and given enough time and space to see everything. It was worth every penny just to see this in real life. On the journey we got to see how the real Egyptians live which was also fascinating. From donkeys pulling carts, farming, sugar plantations and the area they call the Green lands. Brilliant ??

Fantastisk guide. Lækker oplevelse. Køretøj ikke ok til vejen. Havde forventet Tui egen bus med bedre stødbremse og benplads. Jeg er 165 høj, og sag på hjul. Chaufførerne var helt ok

Gute Darstellung und Erläuterungen durch den Guide. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Guide. Pünktlicher Service und gut organisiert. Essen war gut. Zeit bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten zu knapp bemessen. Alles etwas hektisch und getrieben. Leider wurde man wie bei einer „Kaffeefahrt“ zu einer Alabastermanufaktur gekarrt um dort Zeit zu verbringen, die man besser hätte nutzen können.

The tour was very well organised.The guide was very informative,friendly and helpful,he kept us well informed about each part of the day .It was a long day ,but a very enjoyable day experiencing the valley of the kings and Luxor .The cruise was enjoyable and over very quickly .we would have liked to have spent more time in Luxor ,the only thing that could possibly be improved on would have been an overnight stay in Luxor .There is so much history to take in ,one day doesn’t seam long enough .

It was great to see real Egyptian rural life on the bus journey to and from Luxor.
Our guide was El T, a local archeologist, whose family have been intimately involved in excavation since Harold Carter. A very knowledgeable and passionate man regarding ancient Egypt.

The Valley of the Kings Luxor tour was amazing. A very hot, very long day but so worth it. Our guide Wail was amazing and his knowledge was brilliant. I hated having to walk through the market areas of the places we stopped as some of the people were very full on and quite intimidating trying to sell or change coins for notes. The food on the Nile cruise was lovely and that was a nice break from the heat. Overall I would recommend ??

It was well organised and our guide was excellent and you could tell how much he enjoyed telling us about the history of each tomb. Like the fact there was 2 guides 1 for us English speaking guest and 1 for the French speaking guest. Only very little criticism I wish we were told there was a small pool on Nile cruise would have brought swim wear

a very long drive for us it was 6 hours each way,. A great guide with lots of knowledge. the nile cruise was great. a few suggestions. add the tutankhamun price into the ticket as well as a drink with lunch. would much rather pay upfront than on the spot.

Luxor, the valley of the kings and the cruise are great, the organisation was terrible. There were 10 English and approx 40 French speaking guests. For the whole 6 hours there and 6 hours back , we had no English speaking guide. Our English guide only arrived when we were in Luxor. It’s totally unacceptable to listen to French for the majority of the tour. We missed information on the journey and important housekeeping arrangements. The French guide wasn’t interested in us. A terrible shame

We were two of six English people on a coach of French people. Although our guide spoke perfect English for 4 1/2 hours on the coach, he only spoken French. The French people were laughing and looking out the window about what he was talking about we were all oblivious our guide finally got on about 15 minutes before We arrived at Luxor. I spoke to the guide and asked why he had not conversed with us. He said he told me our guide would be getting on later and it wasn’t his problem.

Mahamood was an excellent guide from the minute we got on the coach. Clean, comfortable transport for the long day. Valley of the Kings and Luxor Temple were amazing. As was our Lunch on the Nile. Would highly recommend this trip. Lots of sights packed into a full day in Luxor.
