What to expect
Unlock all the secrets of Cyprus by both land and sea. By road, you'll visit the old town of Famagusta and the ‘ghost town' of Varosha. Then, by sea, there's time to chill out on a relaxing cruise to the Blue Lagoon.Travelling in an off-road vehicle, you'll pass through the UN buffer zone to the northern part of the island. Your first stop will be a walk through the deserted streets of Varosha, which was once a popular beach resort.Afterwards, you'll head to Famagusta old town, where you can explore the Venetian city walls, its collection of church ruins, or the Gothic cathedral turned mosque. Finally, you'll trade exploration for relaxation with a boat cruise to the Blue Lagoon, where there's lunch on board and plenty of time to swim, snorkel or sunbathe.

What to remember
Just so you know, because of local restrictions at Strovillia checkpoint, only passport holders from EU member states, the UK, Iceland, Norway and Switzerland can travel to and from the northern part of Cyprus
Please note, single parent families or those travelling without both parents need to provide extra documentation for anyone under the age of 18 when travelling into the northern part of Cyprus. This includes a 'letter of authorisation' from the missing parent, as well as supporting documents including birth certificate of the child, passport copy of the missing parent or a copy of a court order. Templates of these letters are readily available on search engines however we recommend you consult a lawyer prior to travelling on holiday

Very knowledgeable tour guide (George Micheal) had the same stage presents just not the voice. Looked after us all day making sure we knew what was going on at each point. Taught us so much about the history of the area. I would go again next time I am in cyprus as i am sure there are some bits missed.

Unser Guide war der pure Wahnsinn. Mit seinen geheimen Tips und sein Wissen nur Top. Die Bootscrew war auch ganz nett,einziger Minuspunkt,die Musik war etwas laut. Im großen und ganzen aber wirklich sehr zum empfehlen!

Guiden George Michael var fantastisk. God til at formidle historien, masser af humor - og viste stor interesse for gæsterne i jeepen. Han fik alle til at føle sig trygge. Bådturen var dejlig. God mad og vin - og vi var heldige at se skildpadder i havet. Guiderne havde det godt indbyrdes og gjorde alt for at gæsterne fik en skøn oplevelse. Kan klart anbefales

Wir haben eine Farmagusta Tour u.a Varosha und eine Bootsfahrt zur blauen Lagune gemacht. Es war eine wunderschöne Tour, mit viel historischem und tollen Spots auf Zypern. Das Team auf dem Boot war sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir allerdings unseren Tourguide Fanos! Er sticht durch viel Kompetenz, guter Laune und einer mitreißenden Herzlichkeit hervor. Sowohl auf Englisch als auch auf Deutsch ist der Trip mit Fanos ein Erlebnis wert. Absolute Empfehlung

Kierowca świetny, sama wycieczka ok, piękne widoki. Niestety pani przewodnik nie nadaję się do prowadzenia wycieczki. Gnała jak opętana nie czekała na resztę grupy, mówiła cicho i nie wyraźnie, większość osób zanim doszła do miejsca gdzie stanęła to okazało się że już skończyła opowiadać. Jeszcze jeden minus na rejsie było za dużo osób, wszyscy się przepychali do drabinek żeby wejść do wody, najgorzej miały małe dzieci każdy je popychał. W wodzie taki tłok że można było się utopić.

Jeep-Tour: sehr informativ, interessant und lustig - Guide Markus war top!!! Bootsfahrt: auch sehr cool, aber ein ziemlich großes Boot. Der englische Guide kündigte u.a. die Bridge of Love als Ziel an, was aber dann nur Crow's Arch war - er behauptete, das wäre auch eine "Bridge of Love"...wenn man das eine erwartet, fühlt man sich da schon "vera..." Letzte halbe Stunde - unangenehm, weil die Musik furchtbar laut aufgedreht wurde, was 5 Leute lustig fanden. Sonst absolut gelungen + wunderschön!

Koszt wycieczki dla dzieci był za wysoki. (13 i 14 lat), Famagusta - bardzo mało informacji od przewodnika. Cała reszta bez zastrzeżeń - rejs super, kierowca auta (starszy pan z wąsem) kapitalny, przekazał nam więcej informacji o Cyprze jego historii i zwyczajach niż przewodnik polskojęzyczny.

Wir haben die Tour für fast 100 € pro Person gebucht, da uns eine deutschsprachige Reiseleitung wichtig war und dies vorab bestätigt wurde. Vor Ort gab es diese jedoch nur kurz in Famagusta, sonst überwiegend Englisch/Polnisch ohne Übersetzung. Jeepfahrt: voll besetzt, Dach geschlossen, kaum Sicht. Die Bootsfahrt zur Blauen Lagune war extrem überfüllt, wenig Sitzplätze, sehr eng beim Essen. Schildkröten haben wir leider nicht gesehen. Insgesamt enttäuschend für diesen Preis.

Na duży plus: przejazd jeepem (rewelacyjny kierowca Louis), sprawna odprawa graniczna, zwiedzanie Varoshy (robi niesamowite wrażenie), pobyt na tureckiej stronie Cypru, rejs statkiem, obsługa rejsu włącznie z lunchem. Niedosyt związany z błękitną laguną (jest sporo zatok i plaż bardziej uroczych). Ogólnie bardzo fajna wycieczka godna polecenia.

Pani przewodnik oprowadziła nas po mieście Varoscha, co oceniam pozytywnie. Negatywnie oceniam podróż jeepami bez klimatyzacji, co przy dwójce małych dzieci jest bardzo uciążliwe. W Famaguście otrzymaliśmy 30 minut na samodzielne zwiedzanie, zakupy i skorzystanie z toalety, co nie było możliwe do spełnienia przy kolejce do toalety z całą wycieczką. Zdążyliśmy zobaczyć mur obronny, zrobić 2 zdjęcia i przejść kawałek uliczki, na której znajdowały się sklepy. Nie doszliśmy do katedry. Rejs był ok.

Zunächst ging es mit dem Jeep zur Geisterstadt. Tolle Führung durch unseren Guide und viele Informationen von unserem Fahrer. Im Jeep selbst war es sehr eng durch die Personen und Taschen. Gegen Mittag ging es aufs Boot. Viel zu viele Menschen, wenig Schattenplätze. Mittagessen war okay. Stopp an der blauen Lagune enttäuschend. Partystimmung statt Schnorchelfeeling.

Jeep Tour echt schön, wobei 11 Leute in einem Jeep übel eng ist, Guide war sehr sehr nett und kommunikativ, leider viel zu heiß um in Famagusta umher zu laufen, aber dafür kamn ja keiner was, die Menschenmenge auf dem Boot war wieder eine Massenveranstaltung und ist nur cool wegen der Wasserrutsche und der blauen Lagune, mit entspannter Bootsfahrr hat dieser Trubel aber echt nichts zu tun

De jeep ging niet off road deze tour had denk ik net zo goed met een busje gekund dat was dan comfortabeler geweest. Jeep is leuk als je dan ook echt de bergen ingaat. De gids / chauffeur was Top ! Famagusta en Varosha een bijzondere beleving. Zeus wist heel veel te vertellen en was ook erg vriendelijk.. De veiligheid op de boot met zwemmen , springen glijden was heel goed geregeld. De lunch op de boot was erg lekker . Al met al dus een prima expeditie. Moe maar voldaan weer teruggebracht!

Wszytko w biegu. Mieliśmy poznać wspaniałą historię Cypru i miasta duchów. Zamiast tego bieg za przewodnikiem, ktory jedyne co powiedział to „tu był bank” , „tam salon Toyota”. Pomyłka za tak dużą cenę. Gdy poprosiłem panią przewodnik o trochę wolniejsze tempo bardzo się oburzyła. W Famagusta mieliśmy mieć 1,5h czasu wolnego, mieliśmy tylko 45 min. Chora pomyłka!! Statek zatłoczony, 3h z dzieciakami na stojąco w przejściu do łazienki… tragedia, tragedia. Szkoda pieniędzy.

Allt var super. Kombinerad tur med historia och sedan båt och bad. Kan verkligen rekommendera kombinationen. Guiden var bra och tog även in sin egen historia. Gripande. Negativt var: Jeepen var alldeles för trång och man såg inte så bra genom fönstret när man satt bak.

Collected by tour guide George Michael, he was charasmatic, friendly and engaging as well as being knowledgeable about the area. The drive and walk round Famagusta was really emotional and interesting. The boat tour was in the afternoon with lunch provided, which as nice and well organised. There were two opportunities to get off the boat into the sea, either via steps, jumping in or using the slide. The water was so lovely clear and warm.

Wycieczka jest godna polecenia. Rejs statkiem wspanialy. Jeśli chodzi o same Miasto Duchów no to tu jest gorzej. Pani Przewodnik za wiele nie mówiła oprocz klasycznych szybkich regółek. Bardzo szybkie tempo zwiedzania z brakiem informacji. Napewno nie polecam rodzinom z małymi dziećmi. Mówiąc szczerze żałuje że nie pojechaliśmy na własną reke na miejscu mozecie wypozyczyc meleksy, rowery i zwiedzac sobie na spokojnie :)

Unser sehr gut deutsch sprechender Guide Fanos hat mit viel Gefühl und Herzblut seine persönlich erlebten Eindrücke dieser traurigen Geschichte geschildert. Man ist beeindruckt und zugleich fassungslos und bleibt zum Teil ratlos zurück, warum der wunderschöne und damals florierende Stadtteil Varosha nun so umwirtlich vor einem liegt. Die anschließende Bootsfahrt bringt durch Badestopps, gutes Buffetessen und Musik und Tanz wieder etwas Lockerheit in den doch eindrücklichen Tag. Efcharisto Fanos!

This excursion is the perfect balance of history, site seeing and fun. Walking through Varosha is surreal experience and very sad, the beach area is beautiful and you could easily imagine the bustling holiday resort it once was. Farmagusta old town is beautiful and steeped in history. The second half of the day on the boat is very relaxing, the lunch was delicious which came with a complimentary wine or juice, the rest of the drinks were very reasonably priced. The swim stops were perfect.

Unser Fahrer und Tour-Guide FANOS war überpünktlich. Er spricht hervorragend Deutsch und Englisch, ist sehr sympathisch und bietet jede Menge an Information über Varosha und Famagusta, inklusive historischen Fotos zum Vergleich mit dem heutigen Zustand der besuchbaren Teile Varoshas. Empfehlenswert! Die anschließende Bootsfahrt bot bei 2 Bdestops Spaß beim Schwimmen, Springen von Bord des Bootes und 1x eine aufblasbare Wasserrutsche. Das inkludiert Mittagessen war ok, aber nicht herausragend.

Picked up on time, our guide George Micheal was brilliant, gave us lots of information, his father lived in Famagusta before 1974. Looked after us very well all day. The afternoon boat trip was good fun, lunch simple but very nice. Enjoyed the swim stops, one in the bay opposite our hotel. Party boat on way back. All the staff were very friendly. A good day out with a good mixture of history in morning and fun in afternoon.

Väldigt intressant upplevelse och lagom högt tempo. Vår guide var otroligt bra på att inkludera alla i gruppen och såg till att vi hade det bra hela dagen. Mixen av bil till Famagusta på förmiddagen och båttur med flera badstopp på eftermiddagen var lyckad. Maten som serverades ombord var jättegod.

George Michael, our guide was very informative, entertaining and attentive. Travelling in a 4x4 made it feel very personal. It was very interesting and a nice mix of land and sea. The boat's crew were also excellent and the lunch was very good. Would absolutely recommend this excursion.

Everything was excellent except for the weather on the boat trip did not really allow you to go for a swim. The guide around the ghost town was excellent in the way he gave the history of the place. You were not hurried but given time to your own pace. The food on the boat was excellent.

Rejs zdecydowanie najlepszą częścią tej wycieczki. A w tym możliwość pływania obok statku oraz muzyka i tańce na statku. Jedzenie na pokładzie smaczne. Z kolei samej wycieczce do Famagusta czegoś brakuje. Było wejście do miasta, kilkanaście minut spaceru wśród opuszczonych budynków i czegoś brakło

Niby wycieczka z polskim przewodnikiem ale pani przewodnik nie tłumaczyła nam przewodnika cypryjskiego który bardzo ciekawie opowiadał. Przewodnicy cypryjscy bardzo fajni i mili. Rejs na błękitną lagunę nie powinien się odbyć przy tak wietrznej i zimnej pogodzie.

Fantastyczna wycieczka, kierowcy z dużym poczuciem humoru i bardzo pomocni. Szczególne podziękowania dla Lucasa za przekazanie masy wiedzy o historii Cypru, rozmowy z fantastycznym humorem. Naprawdę super ludzie i świetna zabawa. Jak wycieczki na Cyprze to tylko z lokalnymi przewodnikami i przestrzegam przed zakupem wycieczek u „lokalnych” polaków bo potrafią niestety oszukiwać. Z tui nigdy się nie zawiedliśmy tak samo jak z lokalnymi Cypryjskimi organizatorami.

Organizatorzy nie wzięli pod uwagę prognozy pogody Uważam,że przy planowaniu wycieczki statkiem gdzie dwukrotne postoje na pływanie w wodzie miały być jedną z atrakcji, organizatorzy powinni sprawdzać prognozy. Pierwsza część wycieczki przebiegła zgodnie z planem i bardzo nam się podobała. Natomiast rejs statkiem, który nas zachęcił do wykupu wycieczki okazał się wielkim rozczarowaniem. Była burza, wiało, padało i nie było mowy o pływaniu w wodzie czy opalaniu Bedziemy skladać reklamację

Uważam, że wycieczka jest bardzo słaba - 30 min w Varoshy (gdzie kierowca jeepa więcej opowiadał i mówił niż tłumaczyła Przewodnik), godzina w Famaguście gdzie Pani Przewodnik mówiła gdzie można kupić torebki czy sukienki - praktycznie nic o historii jedynie informacjje tam wejdziecie na mur, tam jest lew itp. Bardzo słaby lunch na pokładzie statku. Największym plusem tej wycieczki był kierowca Jeppa, który najwięcej nam opowiadał, plus jazda fajnym autem. Cena nieadekwatna do jakości wycieczki.

W Famaguście za mało czasu, wszystko w pędzie. Rejs w stronę Famagusty, uważam, że to strata czasu ponieważ i tak niewiele widać ze względu na odległość. Ocena przewodnika/personelu nie dotyczy Pani Blanki. Pani Blanka umieściła relację na żywo ze statku na swoim koncie na facebooku bez informowania uczestników. Ja nie posiadam konta na facebooku i nie chcę żeby mój wizerunek był tam umieszczany. O tym fakcie dowiedziałem się przez przypadek. Proszę żeby ta relacja została usunięta.

Wir hatten ursprünglich für die Deutsche Tour gebucht. Als wir am Hotel abgeholt wurden, wurde uns mitgeteilt dass wir es auf Englisch bekommen, da wir noch andere Touristen dabei haben und ob dies ein Problem für uns wäre, was natürlich keins war. Unser Guide hat trotzdem in 2! Sprachen alles erklärt und erzählt. Ich war total begeistert! Gerne wieder

Trochę mało czasu wolnego podczas pobytu w centrum Famagusty. Podczas rejsu statkiem brakowało aby grała cała czas muzyka, tworzyło by to lepszy klimat.
