What to expect
This state-of-the-art waterpark is one of those rare days out – an equal amount of fun for both adults and kids. With waterslides, pools and plenty of sunloungers everyone will love Aqualand El Arenal. Feel the gravity-defying kicks of the Kamikaze, or the adrenaline-pumping thrill of the Anaconda – two tangled up slides that pit riders against each other in a hair-raising race to the bottom. If you'd prefer to chill out, there's a Congo River, a relaxing hot tub, plus lots of space to pull up a sunlounger and do some serious lounging.A dedicated Kidzworld will have the little ones squeaking with the fun of Adventure and Dragonland, and pique their imagination at the Polynesian-themed area. Throw in a great range of eateries and snack stands, and you've got the perfect recipe for a fun-filled family day out.

Fue un día increíble, la pasamos muy bien y pudimos disfrutar todos los toboganes que queríamos. La gente todos tranquilos y amables, sin estrés. Volveremos!!

Fin plass passer for hele familien, fornøyd ?? litt vente tid på enkel område skilles at de som kjøpt pass(kort) bli prioritert noe vi synes ikke noe særlig om men sånn blitt verden , den som betale mer får mer . Ellers fornøyd som sagt ??

Im Aquapark sind die Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorragend. Die Preise für die Verpflegung sind, wie ja auch in Deutschland, etwas höher. Leider sind im Laufe der Jahre einige Rutschen verschwunden, aber es gibt ein paar tolle neue. Manche Attraktionen sind vorbildlich restauriert worden.

Mietwagen über tui gebucht. 155€ für großen Bus mit 2 Kindersitzen bezahlt. Kindersitze wurden nicht mitgeliefert. Musste dann noch eine knappe Stunde hin und her fahren. Fahrzeug musste dann auch noch am selben Tag um 20 Uhr abgegeben werden. Somit leihzeit nur 10 Stunden. Gespräche mit tui vor Ort haben überhaupt nichts gebracht. In Zukunft werde ich lokale Anbieter nutzen.

Der Aquapark bietet für Familien super Erlebnisse, viele verschiedene Rutschen und durch viel Personal vor Ort gute Abwicklung an den Stationen.Mit den gebuchten Ticket kam man schnell rein und musste nicht anstehen.Essen und Getränke sind teuer, aber okay (ist ja überall so).Tolles Ausflugsziel und ideal mit dem öffentlichen Bus zu erreichen.

Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen sich zusätzlich den Fast Pass für 38,- zu gönnen um die Warteschlangen bei 35 Grad zu sparen auf einer heißen Metalltreppe oder in der Sonne ohne Schatten. Du bist innerhalb von 3 Std den ganzen Park durch. Ohne Fast Pass schaffst du maximal 5 von 14 Rutschen.

Toller Park, aber ohne fast pass nicht zu machen, ds zuviel anlauf auf den einzelnen Attraktionen entfällt. Kaum Schattenplätze, und die Wege zu den einzelnen rutschen teils nicht ohne Sonnenbrand geschafft. Preise im Restaurant leider sehr teuer. Der Park ist aber ein Erlebnis wert.

Viele verschiedene Rutschen, teilweise Wartezeiten bis 1 Stunde an den Rutschen an dem Tag. Schließfach kostet 6€, Liegen auch mit Extrakosten. Gute Erreichbarkeit von El Arenal mit dem Bus für 2€ pro Person und Strecke.

Sehr schönes Erlebnis leider war in manchen becken schon Farbe abgebröckelt weswegen es nicht zu 100% schön war. Zudem fand ich es schade das nicht alle reifen benutzt wurden damit die Wartezeit verkürzt wird, ansonsten war es sehr empfehlenswert.

Der Aquapark hatte viel zu bieten und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Nur leider war der Eintrittspreis mit 34€ relativ hoch. Die Preise für Essen u. Trinken, ob im Shop, oder den Restaurants vor Ort, waren Utopisch z.B. einen kleinen Hamburger mit Getränk und Pommes 17,50€, oder eine normale Monster Energie Dose, kostete 5,50€. Damit man alle Rutschen auch wirklich schafft, haben wir uns ein Fast Lane Ticket zusätzlich geholt was p.P. nochmal 34€ kostete, wie der Eintritt. P.P 68€ ohne Ess/Tr.

Slides really good, great fun but very expensive 7 euros to park 17 or18 euros for a burger at lunch a lot of people who pay to jump the queue so you have to wait a long time and did not pay as it was 28 euros to pay for this.
the park is old and tired needs lots of work on it

The slides were very fun to go on but I wish the waterpark was clearer in terms of rules. Why were people taking photos when we were told of for trying? Why can't they inform through speech rather than confusing signs? Probably due to the staff not knowing any English.This isn't helpful when the majority spoke English... People should be aware they need water shoes as there are rocks and bird poo you can step on which wasn't nice. So as much as I enjoyed the rides I really expected much more!

Mostly was great and almost all the rides were amazing. The rapids were so dangerous however and there were too many collisions leading in injury. I had someone wack my head with their foot because there was no distance in between sending down the floats. More staff were needed for this ride to make it safer. Also tui did not give us transport to the hotel which is so disappointing as every other trip available had transport. Especially as outside the park we could see tui busses

As no transport was included we booked a taxi when I queried it with the rep she said it'll be around 8 euros. We got the taxi there it cost 45 euros! I asked him about a return pick up he said taxis are outside so we continued. When we left we were told to ring for a taxi my phone had no service or WiFi and the lady was extremely unhelpful. Another tourist kindly called a taxi but the ones that turned up inly took local journeys finally one driver did return us to our hotel which cost me €50!!

De glijbanen zijn geweldig! Erg leuk.. 10.000 stappen heb je zo gezet! Maar… het eten is erg duur. Een fles drinken voor 7 euro. Ga dus vooraf naar de supermarkt!
