What to expect
While you are visiting Madrid, you cannot miss Spain’s National Art Museum and Reina Sofía Museum.At the Prado Museum, you'll learn about the museum’s history as you walk around admiring the artwork inside. You'll experience the Museo del Prado’s huge collection of Italian, Dutch and other international masters, the largest concentration of masterpieces per square meter in the world.At Madrid’s Reina Sofía Museum, you'll get to see the work from some of Spain’s finest 20th-century artists, including Pablo Picasso and Salvador Dalí. Your guide will explain 20th-century Spanish art, from abstractionism to cubism, surrealism to modernism. Today, the Reina Sofía Museum holds a large number of works: explore the hallways and galleries with your guide and learn how and why these talented people created their art.

A visita guiada foi ótima!
A Ana Matia é ótimas.
Só houve um problema mesmo tendo confirmada nossa visita nosso nome não constava na relação da guia.
Tentei ligar mas não atendeu.
Já tinha desistido quando a guia nos disse wue 3 pessoas tinham desistido e nós poderíamos fazer a visita. Não entendi!

Elena fue muy amable y nos guió con conocimiento
Quizás por momentos la visita fue muy rápida y no vimos obras iconicas cómo las majas
Pero en general bien el Prado. El Reina Sofía solo foco en artistas españoles por lo cual después los visité por mí mismo. No fue la misma guía que en el Prado

En su publicidad indican visita de 2 horas y "sin hacer colas". En realidad el grupo no hace la cola pero espera a la puerta hasta que el guía recupera las entradas.
Esto, añadido a la preparación de la visita equivale a acortar la visita de 30 min (25 %)

No era el mejor día para visitar ambos museos, por la masificacion, pero aún así valió la pena. Tanto Fernando como Bea, la guía en prácticas, se merecen un excelente, especialmente tengo que agradecer a Bea sus comentarios y recomendaciones sobre los pequeños museos de Madrid.

No nos dejaron entrar en el Reina Sofía por la tarde porque la pegatina del grupo dijeron que no servía. Habíamos preguntado al guía y a una señorita de seguridad si podíamos volver después de comer, dijeron que sin problema, después no fue así.
Me disgustó bastante lo ocurrido.
