Tuk-tuks are reserved exclusively for your group
The tour guide is multilingual: English and Spanish
Each tuk-tuk accommodates up to 4 people (if more people the tuk tuks will accompany each other)
Minimum age is 2 years; children must be accompanied by an adult

The tour starts and ends at the same meeting point (Parking Saba Plaza de Armas)
The itinerary may be adjusted due to street closures or public events; however, the overall experience will remain unchanged
In groups of more than 4, multiple tuk tuks will follow together
Tours operate in all weather conditions (tuk tuks are covered). In winter, tuk-tuks are equipped with blankets and protection against rain and wind
Delays over 20 minutes will result in cancellation without refund
It's recommended that you wear comfortable clothing depending on the season. Sunglasses and water are advised in warmer months

Meeting point:
The meeting point is inside the SABA Parking Plaza de Armas building. Enter the parking and take the stairs down to Floor -1. Once there, walk straight ahead until you reach the security office (‘Centro de Control’). Your driver-guide will meet you there, in front of the stairs. Please note that there is another nearby parking lot, so check the name and address carefully. Arrive 5 minutes early, as tours depart on time.
