Der Anfang war holprig, da die Fahrer der Fahrzeuge sich wegen der verschiedenen Sprachen der Gäste gestritten haben und so bestimmt 30 Minuten verplempert wurden. Die Gäste auf der letzten Bank bekamen während der Fahrt von den spärlichen Informationen wegen der Fahrtgeräusche nichts mit. Positiv waren unbekannte Ziele die angesteuert wurden.

Great guide, Jose Manuel, so relaxed, full of information and fantastic bilingual language from German to English. Passionate about Lanzarote and tailored to the groups needs. We stopped 10/11 times places we would never find on our own. Definitely would do again 👍👍

Enjoyed - island tour and seeing places. Not enjoy- Horrendous and disgraceful start to our day. Not with others from hotel but with French and German speakers. Driver quite rightly annoyed, said not 3 languages. He argued with office. Said would change at next stop. No English commentary to north. . Boh drivers refused to take us. Loud and aggressive argument about us. Noone wanted us. 2nd driver eventually took us. I was upset. Husband wanted to find own way back. Spoilt the whole day.

Nice seeing other areas of the island, in particular the remoter parts. We thought the guide could have been more informative. Last choice of stop seemed an odd choice (puppet house) seemed pointless.

The guide Manuel was very experienced & had excellent knowledge however there was a less abled person on the trip & the onus was left on the driver to assist them at all stops. Many of the stops were unsuitable for them as they had a walking frame & could not access the stops & the guide having to make amendments which added time to our overall experience. The overall atmosphere was not very pleasant but our driver was very pleasant & professional throughout the day

I enjoyed the the fact that only 8 people were on the tour. Also the guide could change locations if the weather was adverse. The guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about the areas we visited. I thought the trip was good value, shame about the rain and cloud cover up the mountains but that's nature.

Miguel wusste sehr viel, zeigte uns schöne Plätze ab von den Touristen - hatten immer genügend Zeit zum Fotos zumachen und spazieren - ging auf seine Gäste ein. Es war ein Ausflug ohne Zeitdruck, SEHR ENTSPANNT.

We really loved this whistle stop tour & would definitely recommend. Lasted c. 7.5 hours Ended being just 4 of us on the tour as a group of 3 didn’t join because they thought it would be finished by 2pm. Really nice guide & tour ran at our pace. Saw a lot:Casa Juanita,Aloe Vera museum, Caleta del mojon blanco,mirador de Guinate viewpoint,new radar viewpoint,playa de famara,timanfaya visitor centre,el Golfo,salt lakes.Only issue was scariness in a couple of places,wish guide had been aware of it

We had seen some of the visits before. The guide was pleasant and informative. The vehicle was not a Mercedes as in the brochure. It would appear that no one on the island observes any speed limits and prefer to drive on handed. Every taxi we took was the same. We all enjoyed the day though.

In aller erster Linie möchte ich den Tour Guide sehr positiv bewerten. Er war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend er hat alles perfekt erklärt und ein sehr gutes Deutsch gesprochen. Mit ihm würde ich zu jederzeit wieder eine Tour buchen wollen. Die Tour war sehr interessant trotz des Kalimera an diesem Tag hat der Guide uns eine unvergessene Tour gezaubert. Den Guide würde ich mit zwölf von zehn Punkten bewerten.??????

Yannick was fantastic. Very knowledgable. Got a super overall feel for the island and its people. Good to see the smaller towns, resorts etc and learn about sweet potatoes, grapes/wine,aloe vera, volcanoe types, soils, the salt flats, lava flows, the cracking views. Money well spent. Only 5 visitors on the ttip sp easy to ask Yannick questions. Vant go wrong. Enjoy. UK

It was great to be in a small party but too many stops with insufficient time. Yes, we saw the smaller towns and villages but our guide didn’t give us much information and they weren’t very interesting. The stop at the Timanfaya Visitor Centre, where there was so much to see, was ridiculously short (20 minutes, I think) with an emphasis on making use of the toilets, whereas the stop at the surfing beach was more than half an hour. We also found the lunch stop a poor choice.

Soms onveilig gevoel in de kleine auto. Te snel rijden, rijden met één hand aan het stuur, niet gebruik van richtingaanwijzers. In feite is excursie met een grote autocar relaxer. Verder ok hoor. Meer persoonlijke babbel met gids was mogelijk en interessant.

It was a really good tour of the north and south west of the island to see the real difference of the landscape and geology of Lanzarote. There was only 8 of us on the mini bus which meant we could access some areas not available to larger coaches. There were around 10 stops including an hour for lunch, which was just about right for the time we spent in the mini bus. The only downside was some of the journey was a bit uncomfortable in a mini bus due to the terrain off road.

Det var en rigtig god guide som fortalte meget på turen. Vi kom ikke til vinsmagning og kunne ikke købe frokost på en vingård i Ye. Det trækker meget ned. Mit bedste råd er: Hold hvad I lover. Vi kom til at betale turen 2 gange og blev lovet pengene tilbage søndag, men er stadig ikke kommet i dag onsdag.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Jose, our guide was both informative and funny. The pick up was on time, the tour covered so much and being a small group made it more intimate. Even though we were the only English couple on the trip we were made to feel very included by Jose. We would highly recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I sat in the rear of the minibus and it was very difficult to hear our guide tell very interesting stories and interesting facts about the areas and sites we passed and were visiting. My wife sat on the inside and didn’t see much of the views. We switched seats and she got a little more from the latter stage of the tour. Maybe a mic and speaker would help and switching around the seats at each stop could share out the good viewing positions. We were first there but let others on befo

Unser Fahrer Yannik (hoffentlich richtig geschrieben) war pünktlich. Wir wurden direkt vom Hotel weg abgeholt und auch wieder zurück gebracht. Unser Guide spricht super deutsch, französisch, englisch und spanisch. Es war eine beeindruckende fantastische Tour die uns die Menschen und die Natur näher gebracht hat. Für mich ist Lanzarote die beeindruckendste Kanarische Insel. Da wir zu 6 waren plus 2 Engländer konnte unser Yannik auf spezielle Wünsche (extra für uns nach Teguise gefahren) eingehen.

Can’t speak more highly of this trip… Saw so much of the hidden treasures of the island you just wouldn’t see normally… Guide Leo absolutely fantastic, he is so knowledgeable and knows so much about his native island. Amazing he can speak three different languages which obviously helps. Made my trip and will definitely come back to the Canary’s and Lanzarote again in the future, just couldn’t get over what an amazing place it was.

Het is ons niet duidelijk wat het VIP gehalte was. De wijnproeverij hebben we niet gehad. De slechte lunch werd ons opgedrongen. Er was geen andere keuze mogelijkheid. Jammer dat dit niet in een leuk plaatsje kon

Alles hat sehr gut geklappt, von der Buchung bis zur Reise. Jederzeit gute Infos auf der TUI App sowie ein großes Dankeschön an Frau Brockhaus im Reisebüro in Reutlingen. Wir wurden noch nie so kompetent Beraten wie von Ihr. Am Urlaubsort ist das Personal sehr freundlich die Anlage Super sauber, für uns gibt es keinen Grund zum Meckern.

Unser Guide / Fahrer Yannik war absolut Spitze. Wusste sehr viel über Land und Leute, wahnsinnig nett etc. Mit ihm würden wir immer wieder eine Tour buchen, können wir nur empfehlen

Die Lage des Hotels ist zu nah am Flughafen. Morgens und abends wird man erheblich vom Flugzeuglärm belästigt. Die Poolanlage ist zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste. Man liegt wie eine Ölsardine in der Dose. Leider wurde mir nicht mitgeteilt, dass der Schwerpunkt des Hotels Kinderanimation ist und hauptsächlich von Briten besucht wird. Die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut, jedoch ist die Organisation im Restaurant steigerungsfähig. Wellnessbereich ohne Worte

Der Guide war total nett und freundlich! Nur leider hat man ihn im selben Kleinbus mitfahrend, in der letzten Reihe kaum verstanden. Was vor allem am Dialekt lag. Das ist nicht böse gemeint. Es war leider einfach so. Dadurch dass man ihn nicht gut verstehen konnte, er aber fast ohne Pause geredet hat, war die Autofahrt teilweise echt anstrengend. Und da wir mehr im Auto als anSehenswürdigkeiten waren, war die ganze Tour leider nicht unser Fall.
