Know in advance:
After booking, you will receive an email with a link to select your preferred visit date for the Doge's Palace. Once you confirm your choices, tickets and additional details for your visit will be sent to you via email
Doge's Palace is located in Saint Mark's Square. Go directly to the entrance and show your mobile ticket for access
The Classic Gondola Ride is available daily from central Venice piers. Show your mobile ticket for boarding
The "Best of Venice" audio guide is available in English and German
The ACTV public transportation ticket is valid for 75 minutes from activation. You can access any ACTV vaporetto in Venice, Lido, and lagoon islands, ACTV land buses within the Venice mainland, Mestre, and Marghera, trams within Venice and Mestre, and the People Mover connecting Piazzale Roma to Tronchetto
ACTV services from/to Marco Polo Airport, routes 16 and Alilaguna lines, private water taxis or other non-ACTV transport services are excluded
The pass is valid for 7 days from your service date. You can use your pass at any time during the validity period
