Whether you’re into hidden beaches, food markets, or family-friendly days out, your TUI Local Expert will help you shape the perfect trip based on your interests. They can also recommend the best experiences and excursions to suit you or give tips on restaurants, car rental services, and lots more besides.After booking, you’ll get a short survey to let us know what you’re curious about – then you can leave the magic to us. Just so you know, our local experts come from different countries, so appointments will be in English.

Your local expert won’t be able to make changes to your TUI booking (flights, hotels, etc.)

The TUI Local Expert service is only available before you travel – not while you're on holiday
What to remember
Book your chat with a TUI Local Expert in advance – Pick a time and date before your holiday that suits you. All appointment times are listed in your home time zone
Choose your vibe – After booking you’ll receive a confirmation email including a quick survey to share your travel interests and whether you’d prefer a phone or video call. Please fill this in at least a day before your appointment
Use the same email – Make sure to book your TUI Local Expert session with the same email as your TUI holiday booking – it keeps everything nice and simple
