What to expect
Tout Bagay means ‘everything' in St Lucian Creole and this catamaran cruise certainly offers a lot of activities. Kick off the day sailing down the west coast to Soufriere, home to the majestic Pitons. You'll also discover the Toraille waterfall and visit the Morne Coubaril estate. Sailing to Soufriere, you'll catch sight of the Pitons. Tucked behind them are the volcanic Sulphur Springs, where you can enjoy a mudbath. Next up is the famous Toraille waterfall – an Insta-perfect spot for some selfies. In the afternoon, you'll head to Anse Cochon beach. Jump in for a swim or use the snorkelling gear to explore the underwater world. Then, on the cruise back to port, you can throw a few dance moves to popular Caribbean sounds.

A leisurely cruise aboard the catamaran with open bar & music to Soufriere. On the way we saw dolphins and flying fish alongside the boat. At Soufriere we left the catamaran to board a bus which took us to the Sulphur Springs where we covered ourselves in volcanic mineral rich mud which detoxifies & exfoliates the skin. Once the mud was dry we entered the hot baths to wash off. On the way back to the boat we stopped for a creole buffet lunch in a local Plantation House. What a great day!

The trip a waste of time the moment we departed it started to rain by the time we got to the destination it was torrential, the mud baths and the waterfall were ok but very rushed. The meal was ok but not what I would have expected for traditional Caribbean food, the trip back was horrendous with 25 ft swell and the boat ascending and crashing back down my wife was petrified, all this in torrential rain. To top it off the experience I wanted the snorkelling was abandoned due to the weather.

Adequate time allowed at each experience, guides fantastic, food was good but not exceptional, couldn’t fault atmosphere and guides on boat , however cost of trip seems little expensive, cheaper on app , and easier to book , overall was a good trip and glad we booked

Overall tour was enjoyable, however there were two frustrating aspects:- 1. We were supposed to be in a catamaran but were put on a covered two storey boat. The tour photos all show a traditional catamaran type boat. It was called a catamaran cruise tour wasn’t it? 2. The tour was supposed to include a visit to Morne Coubaril Estate and plantation. This didn’t happen. As I didn’t receive the tour I paid for, what will TUI do to compensate me please?

The waterfall and mud baths very rushed, lunch wasn’t brilliant and didn’t cater for kids at all, only allowed one small glass of fruit juice so take cash for soft drinks. Lunch place couldn’t provide high chairs or any plain food for children. Otherwise friendly staff, boat was good value and great way to get around without sitting on bus.

Overall it was a good day. But thank goodness I brought my noise cancelling earphones. The noise on the boat was unbearable - the music so loud that my teeth hurt. The tours were good. Lunch was in a wonderful place - but pretty average grub. The boat guide told us not to visit the gift shop as they had no change. That was a lie, and the gift shop was great. BUT they promised no alcohol before lunch. I was handed a fruit punch about 1045am, and drank it. But it was alcohol. I could have died.Grr

All though there was a lot to pack into the day, would have preferred the option to. Not see the water fall and spend more time at the volcano and do the tour and mud bath and hot springs rather than choosing one or the other. The 20 minutes at the water fall could have been spent in the hot springs. Other wise the staff and food served at lunch time was great. The staff on the boat were great 10 / 10 .

The boat was lovely and there was plenty of room. There were lots of activities included in the day although some felt a little rushed it would have been nice to have a bit more time at the waterfall. The crew were brilliant, really good fun and really helped make the day as enjoyable as it was. Would definitely recommend this trip.

Fantastic party atmosphere, superb balance of sight seeing. Great selection for lunch along with punctual transfers and guides. We were missed off the original booking when we went to check in for the boat. Tui had not transferred the information - Lucky we had the conformation.

It was a full packed day, there was lots of activities and the guide provided lots of knowledge of the area even stopping so we could get photos. The lunch was very basic with only one small drink included (although there was a bar where you could purchase more)

Enjoyed the c whole experience But was extremely disappointed with the mud bath experience as it was getting the mud out of buckets which barely had anything in to some to put bodies. We did not have time to wait for it to dory before being rushed into the water to wash it off. A number of us expected an actual mud bath to go into therefore not worth the money for this

My partner and I thought this trip was brilliant. The waterfall was nice to see, but we are glad we didn't go just for that, as it was very small and really just a photo op! The staff on the boat were brilliant (they had a tip jar but a lot of people don't carry change so it's a shame) they got you into a party/fun atmosphere, wish they had diet drinks for people who cant have sugar. Didn't have long enough at the mud bath as was busy, and the lunch was nice. Our bus driver/guide was brilliant.

The catamaran was superb with all inclusive bar; staff very good at checking if you had enough water, although at times it could be difficult to hear what the guides were narrating during the cruise. Waterfall was great, but mud bath was VERY fast and the mud bath and volcano were an either/or, which was very disappointing, as we thought we would get to see the volcano too. We did not get to walk around the Morne Coubaril Estate as advertised and ziplining not offered, but lunch was very good.

It's a full day starting from 8am to 5pm. Positives: :) Great atmosphere. Sailed out the activities side where we got a bus to the falls, you get a choice between mud bath and volcano history (chose mud bath) - amazing experience. On to do snorkeling where we got to use the slide on the cruise - awesome! Party was turnt up on the way back! Good mix of music. Negatives: A lengthy cruise on the way to the activities. Only 20mins spent at the waterfall. On the way back I do recommend this!

We had an amazing time the guides we fab kept us informed the whole time! We had DJ as our guide from the boat up to the mud pools and then the waterfalls he was both entertaining and knowledgeable! He was fab thank you ?? we would highly recommend this tour book with tui !! Not the beach Venda boys (we booked in advance and saved 20%) take you towel, wear the little water sport shoes as it’s rocky in the waterfalls and steps slippery at the mud pools!

From the offset the staff on the boat were very informative safety came 1st then came the tunes boat was very lively good mixture of passengers and everyone having a great time. The mud baths and sulpher springs were amazing followed by the waterful and a delicious lunch. Back on the boat and the party continued really great excursion already reccommended it to people at the complex.

The tour of the volcano was immense. Seeing the Pitons was amazing and enjoyed the waterfall and lunch. We did have to wait quite a while before the boat departed as we were waiting for other guest to arrive? We were waiting for at least 45 mins albeit it was soon forgotten once the tour started.

Such a great trip where we saw so much of the country and its coastline. The crew were brilliant, we were so well looked after & the day ran like clockwork. The only thing we would say is we could have done with a little more time in each place but it was absolutely brilliant. It doesn’t advertise that you have the option to do the sulphur springs or learn about the history on the volcano - you can’t do both. Highly recommend this trip

While your was excellent, Sulpher springs great fun, the boat trip and crew were amazing, the DJ making it great fun. One slight negative, felt a bit rushed at the waterfall, another 10-15 mins would make all the difference. Very good day and great value.

Great trip but disgusted to pay a large fee for an under 3 who did not eat or drink anything or take up any space when the tour company itself rightly do not charge for under 3’s. Blatant and unwarranted profiteering by TUI and left a very bad impression.

The trip was very well organised. We thoroughly enjoyed the boat trip itself, the volcanic pools and snorkelling. I felt that the time at the waterfalls felt too contrived. Everyone formed a queue stood in the waterfall, had a picture taken and then filed out the other side rather than just being able to enjoy it. Lunch was very disappointing. For the amount of money that we paid for the trip (and having done similar in other places) it was very basic

The catamaran was good, clean and the staff were friendly. The toilet was old and could be replaced. The coaches had seen better days but were functional. The guide was entertaining and informative. The waterfall experience was good but a bit rushed and more advice could be given to wear shoes as there are sharp stones underfoot. The food was good. Overall an enjoyable experience and I would recommend it to anyone unless they have mobility constraints. An enjoyable day.

The actual day as a whole was lovely. Did not enjoy the coach that collected us from the hotel and took us to the Mariner. There were seats missing and parts of the ceiling had come away. The crew on the catamaran who also looked after us during the experience did very well and were super organised.

Tour Bagay catamaran trip was everything we hoped it would be. The boat trip in the morning was just beautiful as we followed the coast line right upto the Pitons. There were refreshments available, the staff were excellent. Our bus driver who drove us to the mud baths and waterfall was brilliant, giving lots of local info and history to the island. The local lunch was enjoyable and the snorkelling on the way back finished off the day. Great experience.

Lots packed into the trip in one day. Good for sightseeing and experiencing new things (Waterfall, mud bath, etc). Nice boat with excellent staff and lots to drink.

The catamaran staff were fantastic, waterfall was lovely, mud bath exceptional, food at the plantation was a good mix with soft drinks available, the snorkelling was brilliant absolutely love the whole, beware of the rum punch !!!!

Sold as seeing doing the mud bath, touring volcano and having the (pay extra) option of zip lining. Actual experience was mud bath only - stopped from entering the volcano area and zip lining was not offered at all.

Felt a bit "herded" not enough time in each place, lunch ran out of chicken and dessert so we didnt have the full lunch, just time for photo at waterfall and hurried on

It’s was lovely to see different parts of the island and the waterfall plus mud baths but we didn’t like how quickly you were put through like a convey about. We had done our reach and we struggled to find a tour that was just right so we went with TUI. We would have loved at least 10 minutes more at each place. Need refreshments on land (take bottles of water with you, as you don’t get anything) should stagger tours by 15 minutes at least so people could enjoy more!
