What to expect
Experience Switzerland's Mürren-Lauterbrunnen Valley from the air with this tandem paragliding panorama flight. You'll soar past Gimmelwald, Mürren and Trümmelbach Waterfalls before landing in Stechelberg, all whilst taking in views of the iconic Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau peaks.Your adventure begins at Stechelberg cable car station, where you'll ascend to 2,600 metres to reach the Birg takeoff point. A short 10-minute hike brings you to the launch site. After a five-minute preparation with your professional tandem pilot, you'll be airborne, gliding between the valley walls with Switzerland's most famous mountain trio rising before you.

What to remember
Know in advance:
The minimum age for paragliding is 6 years old
The minimum weight is 30 kgs (66 lbs) and the maximum is 115 kg (253 lbs)
Paragliding is suitable for anyone who can run 20 metres
Flying time: 20-25 minutes. Total activity time: approximately 2 hours
This activity is subject to favourable weather conditions. Should the local operator decide to cancel a tour due to bad weather conditions, they will contact you in advance
The staff speaks English, French, Spanish, German, and Polish
Remember to bring:
Comfortable clothes and sports shoes, preferably boots that support your ankles
In winter, bring a coat and gloves
