What to expect
The volcanic island of Santorini lies north of Crete. And this daytrip by fast cat is a great chance to take a close-up look at it. Curved around a colossal, sea-filled caldera that was formed by a massive volcanic eruption 3,500 years ago, it's all black cliffs, whitewashed villages and blue-domed churches. It's picture-postcard Greece.Once you're on dry land, you'll take off on a scenic tour, exploring many of the island's attractions and learning about its history. Explore a town where whitewashed houses, cobbled streets and tavernas cascade down the cliff-face in steep terraces.You'll spend about 90 minutes in Oia – the village with the most magnificent views on Santorini. From its lofty clifftop perch, the panorama over the volcanic caldera is pure wow-factor. Then it's on to Fira, the island's capital. You'll have an hour or so to snap up treats in the quaint shops and boutiques.

If you can get to Santorini any other way than seajet from Rethymno then take it. 3hr ferry ride was horrendous and should come with a warning and an advisory to take sea sickness tablets. I don’t exaggerate when I say over two thirds of the people travelling were vomiting for the full 3hrs the sound and smell was terrible. Arriving at Santorini you were herded off the ferry.Santorini it’s self is stunning but not enough time to fully appreciate it then back for another 3hrs of the same

The SeaJet boat service really needs to come with a warning of sea sickness. On both trips many people were vomiting to such an extent sick bags were being handed out on rotation! Please include a warning to ensure people take seasick tablets prior to boarding. We feel this massively hampered our trip to the island

Man muss wissen, dass die Fähren Überfahrt sehr schaukelig ist und sollte den absoluten Massentourismus ankündigen. Die Aussicht und die Fotos entschädigen aber für alles und unser Reiseleiter Bruno war sensationell

De bus die ons op kwam halen was 20 minuten te laat. Er kon geen gedag van af. De bus kwam in de haven, stopte en zei verder niets. We moesten verder door de haven naar de boot lopen. Dan lange rijen voor het afhalen van een ticket. Op Santorini hadden we reisleidster. Slecht Engels en soms niet te volgen. Ze wist ons gelijk naar restaurants te brengen waar ze waarschijnlijk commissie voor krijgt. Veel te druk ondanks naseizoen. Voetje voor voetje door de straatjes lopen. Eind september.

Service minimum sur le ferry. Aucune info en français. 1 seule personne au service bar. La vidéo en boucle Sur les animaux pourrait être remplacée par des infos sur Santorin en plusieurs langues. Trop peu de temps de visite sur l'île par rapport au temps de transport. Affluence touristique démesurée. Trop de différences entre les classes sociales sur le ferry notamment. Peu de respect de la part de certains touristes pour les photos surtout. Je ne conseillerai pas cette excursion.

Die Überfahrt war mit einer Fähre und nicht mit einem Katamaran. Man konnte nie raus auf Deck, so brsucht es weder Jacke noch Hut. Die Insel Santorini war sehr schön, jedoch war kein Durchkommen, wenn 20 Cars gleichzeitig an den gleichen Ort fahren. Idealer wäre, die Hälfte zuerst nach Oia und die Anderen zuerst nach Thira. Wäre ein Vorschlag!! Den Pass mussten wir nie zeigen, also auch nicht notwendig zum Mitnehmen.

Bewertung: Enttäuschend – nicht empfehlenswert Wir haben den Santorini-Ausflug bei einer TUI-Beraterin für 4 Personen gebucht und über 700 € bezahlt. Leider entsprach das Erlebnis überhaupt nicht unseren Erwartungen. Die meiste Zeit des Tages verbrachten wir im Schiff und im Bus (ca. 9 Stunden reine Fahrtzeit). In Oia hatten wir nur 1 Stunde 15 Minuten Aufenthalt – Es gab keinerlei genaue Erklärung zum Ablauf der Tour du wir diese Information vorher gehabt, hätten wir den Ausflug nie gebucht.

Atrakcji nie polecam dla lokalizacji spoza portu wyplyniecia. Czas podrózy dominuje reszte. Bardzo malo czasu na miejscu, zwlaszcza w Oia- co przy aktualnych tlumach sprowadza czas w miasteczku do gonitwy za zdjeciem. Santorini zdecydowanie warte odwiedzenia, piekne widoki, urokliwe uliczki, ale zeby docenic miejsce potrzebny jest czas ….

Czas zwiedzania Oia byl zbyt krótki, nie zdazylismy zobaczyc wiekszej czesci atrakcji w miasteczku, godzina na zwiedzanie to stanowczo za malo, natomiast czas w Fira zdecydowanie za dlugi, przewodnik sympatyczny ale nie przekazala konkretów zwiedzanych miejsc. Niestety jestesmy bardzo zawiedzeni.

The pick up was great. The tour guide on Santorini talked too much and eas very teacher like. The seajet was excellent, however if we had been informed that you had to pay extra to go on the top outside deck before we went on the trip, yhen we would have paid it. This is a first, we have done this trip several times before, 2022 being the last time and we've always been allowed on the top outside deck with no chsrge

Organisation au top ,un peu de stress au début mais vite dissipé. Guide (Marco) très compétant vous avez une valeur très sûr, je recommanderai la visite à des amis . Bemol hors de vos services, prix produits sur le bateaux exorbitant. Ex: bouteille eau 500ml 0,50 eau sur terre, 4,50 sur le bateau Mais on a passé une excellente journée

Santorini ist echter Überturismus pur. Wir empfehlen, wenn überhaupt, abzucheken, wann am wenigsten Kreuzfahrtschiffe Santorini anfahren. Dann nur an diesem Tagen eine Tour anzubieten. Essen, Trinken und Shopping wxtrem zu teuer. Ist auf unserer Wunschliste abgehackt, 1 x im Leben reicht.

Wycieczka atrakcyjna, czasu wolnego malo, ale inaczej sie nie da bo trzeba zdazyc na powrotny prom na 17 do portu. Santorini w pigulce, ludzi tlum. Zwiedzanie 2 miast Fira i Oia. Prom bardzo szybki ,2.5,h z Rethymno na Santorini. Jak jest wiatr bardzo buja, jest to dosc uciazliwe nawet dla osób które nie maja choroby morskiej.

Mario (Polo) a été un guide adorable , attentionné et très marrant. Mais comme il fallait s’en douter , sites trop touristiques . Il fallait faire 15mn de queue pour pouvoir prendre des photos. On a même assisté à une dispute entre touristes . Le temps de visite sur le 1er site (Oia) est trop court malheureusement . Par contre l’île est magnifique avec un panorama à couper le souffle . Le personnel à bord du bateau désagréable au possible dommage …

Santorini is for sure an amazing destination. No doubt about it. However, it was above and beyond crowded. In my opinion it should not be offered as a day tour. You would be in total 5 hours sailing 1.5 hours driving by bus 3 hours visiting Santorini spots Means 6.5 hours on the road for 3 hours in haste visit which is not inexpensive. I would only plan 2 day tours or would stop offering it in over crowded season

Die Tour an sich ist super, Santorini ist überfüllt, aber das wussten wir. Reiseleiterin Pia ist sehr nett und erzählt viel Praktisches. Top! Was man verbessern könnte: Auf dem Rückweg von der Fähre mit dem Bus zum Hotel wurden die Haltestellen durch Busfahrer nicht angesagt, jeder musste erkennen, wo er raus muss. Wir sind das erste Mal in diese Richtung gefahren und sollen trotzdem gleich wissen, wo wir aussteigen müssen. Das war nicht gut. Sonst gute Tour!

Morgens eine halbe Stunde Verspätung ohne sich zu entschuldigen,vor Ort in Santorini musste direkt der Bus getauscht werden weil das Mikrofon nicht ging . Dann hatten wir die Vulkan Tour gebucht und mussten über eine halbe Stunde in der prallen Sonne warten auf das Schiff ( haben jetzt heftigen Sonnenbrand ). Allgemein war die Organisation eine Katastrophe.

Kupujac wycieczke mnie i jedno dziecko dano do autobusu angielskojezycznego a maz z drugim dzieckiem byl w autobusie polskojezycznym. Bardzo nam sie to nie podobalo. Na szczescie przewodniczka Stella pomogla nam znalezc sie w jednym autobusie. Nie poinformowano nas tez ze rejs trwa prawie 3 h i nie moglismy przygotowac sie na chorobe morska zazywajac odpowiednie leki. Na szczescie przewodniczka pomogla nam i w tym temacie. Rejs powrotny dzieki temu byl juz ok.

Sehr gefallen hat uns das Ziel. Die Abholung und die Organisation insgesamt waren sehr gut. Nicht gefallen hat uns die Schifffahrt. Hier wurden uns von unserem TUI-Mitarbeiter Sitzplätze im VIP-Bereich versprochen. Stattdessen saßen wir im Economy-Bereich (auf der Hinfahrt vorne ohne Fenster). Betreten des Außendecks war verboten.

Wycieczka bardzo ciekawa, przewodnik na Santorini wspaniala, jednak zostalismy wprowadzeni w blad przez pracownika TUI który powiedzial ze bez problemu na statku bedziemy mogli wyjsc na zewnatrz a takiej mozliwosci nie bylo. Zostalismy poinformowani ze w czasie wolnym bedzie mozliwosc plywania jednak nikt nie wspomnial ze plaza jest tak daleko ze czas wolny który sie ma jest nie wystarczajacy zeb do niej dotrzec.

Viel zu wenig Zeit, um Oia und Fira zu besuchen. Der Ausflug zum Baden war gute Entscheidung. Den, in Fira angekommen, haben wir die Tomatenköfte gegessen und gerademal geschafft zurück zum Bus zu kommen (zwei Minuten vor gepl. Abfahrt). Alle die, die Reise organisiert haben, waren großartig! Sehr professionell. Es tut mir Leid, dass ich Bruno einwenig Kopzerbrechen gemacht habe, da ich eher das richtige Bus als ihn selbst gefunden habe - er hat es aber wirklich toll erklärt!! Ein schöner Tag!

Brak transferu z hotelu, bardzo malo czasu zeby cokolwiek zobaczyc: 1godz w oia i 2,5 godz w fira. Reszta wycieczki to transport. Niektórzy, którzy pojechali na dodatkowo platna wycieczke na wulkan mieli jeszcze mniej czasu. Do Oia przybylo ok 25 autokarów ludzi, w porcie 4 wielkie statki pasazerskie. Nie dalo sie isc chodnikiem który miescil dwie osoby. Bylo za malo czasu zeby zrobic zdjecie przy niebieskich domkach. Planowane przybycie autokaru 5:30, przyjechal 6:45. Brak informacji o zmianie

Der manglede generel information om de mange skift fra bus til færge og retur. Folk var venlige og alt gik fint, guiden Bruno på santorini var fantastisk. Meget lang transporttid, presset program, men nok svært at gøre anderledes. Havde drømt om en indlagt badetur, som ikke kostede ekstra.

Die Abholung mit dem Bus, das Einchecken auf dem Superjet, die Führung auf Santorini durch Pia mit ihren Tipps- alles eine Schulnote 1* Nur sollte der Ablauf etwas angepasst werden. Die Zeit in Ia war deutlich zu kurz und die in Fira zu lang....der Preis mit 185€ unserer Ansicht nach hoch angesetzt, dafür dass es keinen Imbiss gab. Vielleicht einen Stop mit typisch kretisch/griechisch/santorini Snack mit Getränk einfügen?! Viel Erfolg weiterhin!

TUI nie dotrzymalo warunków umowy. Musialem na wlasny sposób i koszt dotrzec z hotelu do portu i z portu w miejscowosci Rethymnon. Pod opieka TUI bylem tylko na Santorini. Brak kontaktu telefonicznego, a czat z pomoca zajal wiekszosc czasu z wycieczki wiec nie moglem w pelni tak jak inni uczestnicy korzystac z uroków Santorini. Dla mnie to nie do pomyslenia.

Jag tycker guiden var supertrevlig, men det var för stressigt på stoppen. Min familj och jag hade hellre varit på ett stopp i 4-5 timmar istället för att vara 1,5 timme på första stoppet och 2,5 timme på andra. Det är inte tillräckligt med tid, och dessutom har båda stoppen väldigt lika varandra och jag vet att många höll med om att det var för kort tid. Då kändes det synd att man betalat så mycket! Bättre med ett ställe att faktiskt hinna gå runt på

Beaucoup de transport par rapport au temps passé sur place, nous étions prévenus pourtant. Un monde fou sur Santorin, il faut faire la queue pour prendre une photo ! Heureusement c'est magnifique.

The guide was really informative and entertaining. Waiting in the coach area to board and access to the ferry was full of exhaust fumes because the engines on the buses were already running and access to the ferry was via the vehicle deck

Super organisierter Ausflug. Der Transfer lief reibungslos, die Speedfähre war auch sehr angenehm und jeder hatte fest reservierte Plätze inkl. einem Kaffee. Auf den Ticket befanden sich auch bereits die Busnummern für Santorini. Unser Guide Bruno war einfach Spitze. Er hat uns viel über die Insel erzählt und uns Tipps gegeben, z..B. dass man die leckeren Tomatenfrikadellen probieren sollte. Klar war, dass dies eine typische Touri Tour wird, die sich dennoch lohnt. Mütze und viel trinken!

Zeer mooie uit strap, zeer aangename gids ter plaatse, de. Begeleider van Tui op de bus deed bijna niks, geen uitleg niet vriendelijk, de buschauffeur was wel vriendelijk en behulpzaqm!
