What to expect
The 48-hour Rome Pass combines access to public transport and cultural attractions, allowing you to explore Rome at your own pace over a short stay. The pass offers unlimited use of the city's public transport network for the validity period, helping you move easily between different areas of the city.It also includes free entry to one museum, archaeological site, or experience of your choice, with temporary exhibitions included where applicable. During the validity period, reduced admission is available for all other participating museums, archaeological sites, and experiences, providing flexibility when planning your visits.Additional benefits include access to selected visitor services and discounts on exhibitions, attractions, and partner services. The Roma Pass App supports your experience by providing information on participating attractions, events, and available discounts throughout your stay.

What to remember
Know in advance:
You can use your Roma Pass 'till maximum 15 October 2026
Download the Roma Pass app and enter the PNR code and nr. of TITOLO code you'll receive after booking to activate the digital Roma Pass within the app. You'll see two QR codes: one static for museums/sites/experiences and one dynamic for transport, which requires an internet connection at the moment the pass is activated in the app
Please remember to activate your Roma Pass and redeem the museum and transport QR codes while connected to a strong, stable internet connection
To use the museum pass, open the Museum ticket in the app to display the QR code and choose whether to use a prepaid entry or a reduced ticket; the first scan by the venue activates the Museum section and starts its validity period
To activate the public transport pass, you must click the "Activate" button on the public transport ticket in the app, which starts its validity period. Remember to activate this pass only once you are on site and not beforehand, but before entering the metro
Multiple Roma Passes can be downloaded onto a single device, but the same Roma Pass cannot be downloaded onto two devices
The Roma Pass includes free use of guarded toilet facilities within the P.Stop network, and discounts on selected exhibitions, attractions, and partner services
Download the Roma Pass app to consult the list of all museums, archaeological sites, attractions, music events, major events, and tourist services affiliated with Roma Pass that offer discounts to Roma Pass holders
The local provider does not offer refunds for purchase errors or for passes that are unused or partially used for reasons not attributable to them, including strikes or partial museum closures. It is recommended to check the museum's opening days and hours in advance. Refunds are not provided in case of theft or loss of the device containing the digital Roma Pass, or for personal reasons

There is no fixed meeting point. To access the museums included in the pass, show the QR code from the app at the entrance to the selected museum. For public transport, use the transport QR code to access the public transport network and open the gates where required.

I am very happy to have my reservation at the Borghesi Gallery now for August on my 48 hour romapass. But I did not get adequate response to where I pick up the pass in order to begin using it when I arrive at the international airport in Rome. We are in the airport. Do I go?

Il Roma pass non conviene ai minorenni. Per quanto riguarda gli adulti: abbiamo avuto il 1' museo gratuito, ma non siamo riusciti a trovare il w' scontato. I musei vaticani non usufruiscono degli sconti Roma pass

Raccomando l'uso del pass a chi intende visitare musei e siti archeologici, non solo per il risparmio economico ma anche per l'accesso privilegiato che può evitare lunghe code (ex Colosseo-Roma). Molto comodo anche non dover comprare ogni giorno o ogni viaggio i biglietti di metro e autobus.
