Absolutes no go. Keinerlei Vorteile, ausser einem Kaffee, einem Stück Kuchen und wer will, ein Glas Wein. Unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin. Keinerlei Service bzgl. Info zum Boarding, nur unfreundlicher Hinweis auf vorhandenen kleinen Wandbildschirm. Nach Boarding - check in Flughafengebäde verlassen und auf dem Wartesteg zum Bus 40 Minuten im Freien, in der Sonne gestanden. Absolute Frechheit und Unverschämtheit!!!!!! An anderen Flughäfen gab es wartefreie Zugänge aus der VIP -Lounge zum Zubrinerbus

Früher konnte man den Koffer am Eingang vom Flughafen abgeben und konnte seitlich den sicherheitscheck machen. Jetzt muss man sich anstellen ganz normal den sicherheitscheck machen. Dauert ewig. Aber jetzt hat man diesen Service nicht mehr. Zahlt aber trotzdem soviel. Finde ich nicht ok

Leider war die Zeit der Nutzung der VIP sehr kurz, da die Anfahrt zum Flughafen sehr lange gedauert hat und dann noch gleichzeitig 4 oder 5 Flüge an nur 4 Schaltern abgefertigt wurden. Hätte unser Flug nicht Verspätung gehabt, wäre die Buchung umsonst gewesen.

We did not get chance to go into the Lounge. Our pick up time from the hotel was 7.15 . We arrived at the airport at 8.15 . We got our luggage dropped off by 9.00 then due to the queue and the fact the gate was closing at 9.30 we could not risk going to the Lounge when we still had to go through passport control. It then took 30 minutes to get through passport control.We should have been picked up earlier and the Lounge should be the other side of passport control. We should get a refund.

Lounge was very good. Was quiet with a small range to eat and drink. Because of its location before passport control you don’t know how long to allow before going through to gate. We ended getting through quickly after leaving the lounge early but while sitting the queues got pretty bad, you never know!

Unsere zeit in der lounge war durch gepäckaufgsbe und sicherheitskontrolle und der späten abholzeit insgesamt auf 15 minuten beschränkt, das da boarding auch eine halbe stunde eher losging. Früher hatte man mehr zeit, da man das gepäck ohne zu warten abgeben konnte und auch priorisiert dirch die sicherheitskonttolle konnte.

Wir waren nicht so begeistert. Keine sauberen Toiletten, kein Raucherraum, wo ist das bitte V.I.P. - sowie keine Abholung wie in Kreta u. Gepäcktragung. Es ist einfach nicht das Selbe. Dann hieß es, die Lounge ist vor der letzten Passkontrolle, da glaubt man vor dem Sicherheitscheck, in Wirkl. gibt es danach noch eine Passkontrolle in Rhodos (was normal nicht üblich ist), so irrten wir herum u. suchten die Lounge, da wir uns auf Tuis Worte sehr verlassen haben!!

The lounge was excellent. Would definitely recommend it. Only downside it is on the wrong side of passport control. We left as it was announced the gate was open for our flight which meant by the time you had joined the queue they were already saying last call for our flight.

I'm so angry as I travel with you a couple of times each year to Rhodes and this year for the first time I thought I'd treat myself to the executive lounge. As it's only £33 I thought I'd save plus free WiFi etc. The TUI representative told me to go after passport control but did seem a bit confused. I went through then was told I'd missed it and they wouldn't let me back through as my passport was stamped now. I'm now sat with one drink which cost me 10€ and no food plus poor WIFI!! ????

The lounge was very pleasant, nice seating and an area for working as well as mobile phone charging. A good selection of food and drink.
My only issue was the noise level from children and the fact that some were allowed to run around the lounge. I would prefer adults only.

Es ist für mich kein VIP Service wenn ich erst mein Gepäck ganz normal ( ca.90 Minuten ) aufgeben muß um danach durch die ganz normale Sicherheitskontrolle zu gehen. Danach hatten wir noch maximal 10 Minuten um die Lounge zu suchen um festzustellen das kein Sitzplatz mehr zur Verfügung stand, war nicht so tragisch denn 5 Minuten später war dann Boarding. Diese 2 mal 37,-Euro waren für die Katz, der einzige Erfolg waren 2 verärgerte Kunden. Ich bitte Sie höflichst mir mein Geld zurückzuerstatten.

To be honest it was extremely basic , when we arrived we were told there wasn’t much room we were a party of 7 and had to sit separately as there were not enough seats together which was very poor as I had booked this well in advance 3 weeks in advance so was not impressed and also most of the food had already run out however the staff were very polite

We actually didn't get in. Transfer took nearly 2 hours, transfer was with TUI, on arrival at the airport at 8pm it then took another 45 minutes to get through check in due to the number of people, then we had to get through the hand baggage check we arrived at 08.50 to be told our slot was until 9pm so wouldn't have enough time to do anything. We had to be at our gate by 09.30 so then had to go through passport control. So I wasted £64.00, we know Rhodes aport is bad hence booking the lounge!

This was great. We escaped from the complete chaos that was at the gates with two delayed flights. There was a good choice of food regularly replenished. A nice range of drinks too.
Friendly welcome and the woman at the desk most helpful about delayed departure times when the boards said nothing.

Ich bin total begeistert von der Lounge. Super Essen und Getränke Angebot. Kein Vergleich mit der Lounge auf Kreta. Toiletten in der Nähe und auch sehr sauber. Personal super aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Werde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und in Zukunft nutzen.

Left the hotel at 20:30 for an hours transfer to the airport hoping to get and hour or so in the lounge. Had booked and paid extra for the lounge between 21:00 - 23:00 but due to the disorganisation and absolute chaos and mayhem of Rhodes airport, we were actually lucky we made a 00:50 flight.

The lounge was very nice and clean the staff were really friendly the food & drinks were good the only problem was our gate number came up on the board so we left early to find out more than 2 hours later that our flight was delayed even though it was saying go to our gate there were no help from the Tui staff what so ever if we had known that our delay we would have had more time to enjoy the experience

Wegbeschreibungbzur lounge ist sehr schlecht. Kein Mitarbeiter weiß wo die lounge ist! Essen ist sehr schlecht, z.b. Kuchen waren sehr trocken oder sandwiches waren schon lange hergerichtet und somit auch sehr trocken. Beim Alkohol kann man ja nix falsch machen. Einmal und nie wieder.

Es gab keine Möglichkeit das gebrauchte Geschirr abzustellen, es wurde auch nicht absolviert, Rezeption kümmert sich nicht um Info, dass haste öffnet nur um Einlass. Aussicht ist Baustelle. Man muss es selbst finden nicht so toll beschildert. Sonst sehr erholsam mit umfangreichen Angebot.

Airport was very busy and as soon as we entered the lounge on the second floor it was such a calm and relaxing environment. The lounge itself was very clean, staff was very kind and helpful. There was a small selection of food choice but for a smaller airport I was very impressed and enjoyed the food a lot! There was a large choice of hot and cold food including free branded alcohol included and other snacks. There was private toilets for the lounges guest which were very clean and quiet!

In der Beschreibung steht das vor der Passkontrolle die Lounge genutzt werden kann. Selbst die Mitarbeiter vom Flughafen kennen die Lounge nicht und geben an das diese erst nachdem Passkontrolle kommt. Die Beschreibung sollte von TUI geändert werden, dann kann man auch den Zeitslot besser angeben. Da man aber erst 2 Stunden vor Abflug die Koffer aufgeben kann und danach die Passkontrolle erfolgt ist der Aufenthalt in der Lounge nur von kurzer Dauer. Das Gepäck kann man nicht selbst aufgeben

It was peaceful and away from the chaos of the rest of the airport. The terminal itself is so full of people that it doesn’t feel safe so we do not enjoy flying from here, however the airport lounge prevents this issue for us.

Ich bin von der VIP Lounge in Heraklion etwas anderes gewohnt. Es gab dort ein umfangreicheres Angebot. Zudem gehörte eine VIP Check in dazu. In Rhodos musste man sich den Weg selber suchen, wodurch ich erstmal in die falsche Lounge gegangen bin. Das positive ist, dass es in der Nähe eigene Toiletten gibt. Allerdings ist der Flughafen Rhodos sehr gut ausgestattet: klimatisiert, ausreichendes Gastroangebot und Sanitäreinrichtungen. Dadurch benötigt man die Lounge nicht.

Die Lounge an sich ist gegenüber der vorherigen Jahre sicherlich deutlich moderner geworden und der Blick, wenn auch durch den Dachvorsprung etwas eingeschränkt,auf die Landebahn, positiv zu bewerten. Die Auswahl an Snacks fand ich okay, könnte aber noch etwas reichhaltiger sein. Leider hatten wir durch die langsame Busanreise nur etwa 30 Minuten Zeit, dafür waren 111€ für 3 Personen schon stolz. Nichtsdestotrotz würde ich aufgrund der unerträglichen Umstände am Flughafen selbst, nochmal machen.

Lounge was small with not a lot of food , plenty of drinks , was hard to find as there are 2 vip lounges at the airport . Lounge had no tui sign on it so ended up at wrong lounge and they couldnt direct me to the correct one even tho it was next door . By the time we arrived at the airport ,only had about half an hour in it before gate closed for flight . Airport has plenty of shops and eateries so vip lounge total waste of money

I honestly don’t think it’s worth the money. My husband and I smoke & we had no where to go for a smoke, we we had to wait from when we got into airport at 9.30 until we landed at 3.40pm for a cigarette.There should either be a room or there was plenty of space on the roof you could build a lean too there.But people who smoke should be able too.There were no pastries.You had,cake,Greek biscuits, but not danish pastries which would have gone down well.had jams etc but nothing other than crackers.

We could only go into the lounge for 20 minutes before the flight was boarding although we arrived at the airport 2.5 hours before the flight time of 2.40pm we asked the reps at the bag drop to take us through to the lounge as the local rep had told us to ask and they said we had to go to the back of the bag drop queue. We took 1 hour 10 min waiting to drop our bag after going through security 15minutes we got to the lounge at 1.30pm a total waste of money the rep would not help us. Disgusting.
