After a long flight, there is no better way to cut the hassle out of travel than taking advantage of a premium service that offers VIP fast-track immigration process at Phuket International Airport.Meet and greet makes passing through this busy airport easy, and will ensure a fast arrival, a smooth departure, or a successful connection. The service helps bypass long lines and removes language barriers, making your arrival in Phuket as stress-free as possible.This pass can be purchased both for arriving and for departing flights. For arrival flights, your personal assistant meets you at the skywalk and guides you through all formalities, including passing through customs via the Premium Immigration Lane and navigating the arrivals' hall.Arrival to airport / Departure to Airport - This includes fast-track immigration assistance with luggage customs and a private guide from aircraft exit to arrivals or from departure at check-in to your departure gate airside.Standard Fast Track - This budget option includes a Fast Track immigration pass but no additional assistance. What to remember
Extra fees to be paid on-site:
For fast track arrival from 00.00am - 05.59am there is a supplement of 500 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
For fast track departure with Premium Lounge from 00.00am - 05.59am there is a supplement of 1300 Baht per person, minimum 2 people
Know in advance:
Fast track service is available from 06.00am - 11.59pm only (flight arrive or depart time)
Adult pricing applies to all passengers 2 years and over on the date of travel
All passengers 2 and over must pay fast track in advance. If there are extra passengers arriving spontaneously and not accounted for, this will be cancelled with no refund
For departure fast track, please enter your details under "Preferred start time" at checkout. The local reservation team will see this and reconfirm with you
If your flight is delayed, don't worry. The airport guide will be informed, as flight schedules are monitored actively
If your flight number changes, kindly notify the local operator at least 4 hours before your originally scheduled arrival so they can update the details accordingly. You'll find their contact data on your voucher after booking
Please be reminded that all travellers should complete the arrival card (TDA) online at least 3 days before your arrival. If you forget, your guide will be happy to assist you in completing the TDA upon arrival, just before entering the fast track area

Meeting point:
Arrival: your guide will meet you at the exit of the air bridge with a signboard showing your name. Departure: your guide will meet you outside Door 3 of the International Terminal with your name on the cart at a designated time. Standard arrival: please walk to the Coral Premium Arrival Lounge. The lounge is located in the middle of the arrival hall, approximately 150 meters from the arrival gate and before immigration. The guide will be standing by at this location to assist passengers. Standard departure: go to the Coral Concierge Counter – Row H, 3rd Floor (near the elevator), inside the Departure Terminal. Your guide will be waiting for you there.

There was nobody waiting for us so we were not able to use the fast track service we paid for. We contacted Tui customer service and are still waiting for a response. Apparently they are looking into it.

We used the Fast Track service at Phuket Airport and it was worth every penny. Met at the air bridge, escorted straight through immigration while huge queues waited. Cleared immigration and collected luggage in just 40 minutes. Fantastic, friendly guide with perfect English.

Der er for ringe at man ikke kan få priority tjek ind ved købe denne dyre pakke.. Burde være inkluderet . Fik at vide at det afhang af hvem af deres supervisor som var på job . Jeg havde forventet at det var inkluderet. Ellers super fin service af kontakt person alt gik glat gennem security og vi blev fint afleveret i Loungen.

If you do nothing else, this is the best thing I booked, from meeting the representative we just bypassed the long lines. There were hundreds of people queuing, we just went round them, straight to passport control, finger prints done, all in minutes.

Man saknar information från TUI var guiden står på flygplatsen är man lämnar planet. Man missar lätt guden som står med skylt i midjehöjd när det är mycket folk i gången då ser man inte skylten. En huvudbonad som markerar att man är guid kankse hade underlättat att se personen.

It really took the stress out of navigating a very busy airport, due to health problems it was great to have someone take my luggage direct to my taxi and help fast track via customs . The team member who met us was wonderful, she was kind and friendly and helpful. It’s a great way to start the holiday after such a long flight .

Fast track var jättebra för mig och min son som anlände Phuket Airport på kvällen och bara ville komma igenom passkontrollen som vi vet av erfarenhet kan ta lång tid att komma igenom. Nu mötte en person upp oss direkt när vi klev av planet och tog oss igenom passkontroll, hämta väskor och in i vår transfer på 10 minuter. Vi kom till vårt hotell mycket snabbt för att kunna slappna av och njuta av Thailand och vårt mycket fina hotell. Vi kommer använda denna tjänst varje gång nu. Du tjänar på det.
