Bra och tydlig kommunikation med bekräftelse innan resdagen. Enkelt att kommunicera förseningar eller förändringar, jag gav dem flightnumret och då kollade de själva upp ankomsttiden och föreslog en justering av upphämtningstid. Så summerat fukade allt mycket bra!
