Route 1 (Blue) dives into Historic Madrid. You'll roll past grand royal palaces, elegant plazas, and leafy boulevards like the Paseo del Prado – packed with art, architecture, and stories from Madrid's royal past. Expect wow-worthy views from the Royal Palace to the ancient Temple of Debod.Route 2 (Green) takes you through Modern Madrid. Think bold buildings, buzzing shopping streets and the capital's contemporary side. Spot the iconic Puerta de Alcalá and get a glimpse of Real Madrid's famous Santiago Bernabéu Stadium.Route 3 (Orange) will take you to discover Present-day Madrid. A vibrant itinerary through Madrid that highlights the city's most creative, dynamic and cosmopolitan side. From Neptuno and Puerta de Alcalá, passing through cultural landmarks such as Casa Árabe and the Goya district. The route continues through Colón and the lively Malasaña neighbourhood before ending at Callao and the iconic Gran Vía.

Accessibility:
Buses are adapted for passengers with reduced mobility as they are equipped with an automatic access ramp, reserved space for wheelchairs with safety clamps and fastenings, and an extended ramp and kneeling system to the right of the bus

Your ticket is valid for all routes for 24 hours or 48 hours after redemption, any day of the week
Please note that the itinerary may be subject to change due to events or celebrations in the city (cultural or sporting events, official acts or construction works)
You have the opportunity to join a guided walking tour of Madrid in English or Spanish. You can check information and reserve your spot using the QR codes available on the bus
Low season schedule (1 January to 14 March, 1 November to 31 December): Route 1 from 10am to 6.30pm / Route 2 from 10am to 6.10pm / Route 3 from 10am to 6.20pm
Mid-season schedule (15 March to 31 March, 16 October to 31 October): Route 1 from 10am to 7.50pm / Route 2 from 10am to 7.20pm / Route 3 from 10am to 7.20pm
High season schedule (1 April to 15 October, includes Easter Week): Route 1 from 9.30am to 8.30pm / Route 2 from 9.30am to 8pm / Route 3 from 9.30am to 8.00pm

Es gibt kein Hop on Hop off, nur eine Rundfahrt, das ist nicht dasselbe - und nur 1 Einstieg beim Prado, sodass sich dort alles zusammenschob mit Anstehen. Ich würde es nicht empfehlen, da kann man besser mit den öffentlichen Bussen fahren, z.B. Linie 001 vom Prado bis über den Plaza Espana zum Nulltarif und da kann man Ein- und Aussteigen, wo man will !!!!!!!!!! Keine Information, nur Werbung an den normalen Busstationen, wo die Busse der Citytour immer durchfuhren - sehr ärgerlich

Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit . Es gibt’s so viel zu sehen , dass man freu sein soll von Punkt A zu Punkt B schnell zu erlangen Statt zu Fuß oder mit Bus zu fahren . Da verliert man viel zu viel Zeit Die Zeit dass man was bewundern kann. Und selbst der Fahrt ist Bewunderung pur….

Brilliant service and it's great that there are 2 route options.
My only criticism is that it's not always indicated that City Tours stop at a particular place eg outide Hotel Riu Plaza Hotel. Once we had the map it was fine.
Apart from that an excellent service.

This was an excellent trip. The guides were terrific. We loved the scenery, timing, and detailed descriptions along the way. I don’t recommend the included lunch. It was a “traditional” meal, but was identical to an American beef stew. Spend time shopping in Avila. Lunch on your own.

Molto comodo per spostamenti e per vedere tutta la città anche in zone periferiche. Non tutte le postazioni audio funzionano. Ho apprezzato la puntualità e la frequenza dei passaggi.
Ho utilizzato varie volte tutti e due i percorsi, compresi quelli ampliati.

Tolle Stationen. Gute Erläuterungen. Sehr gute Map. Die Busse kamen sehr unregelmäßig ( mal drei hintereinder,dann wieder fast 20 Minuten kein Bus). Oft könnten wegen Überfüllung nicht alle Wartenden mitgenommen werden.

Als erstes muss ich sagen sie sind sehr kooperativ und zwar mir ist ein Fehler unterlaufen beim Buchung, ich wollte reservieren auf nächste Tag die Rundreise und dann ist mir der Fehler passiert am selben Tag ist die Reservierung passiert.

De reis zat goed in elkaar. De trip naar Toledo is een aanrader zeker met de gids die bij deze trip een uitstekende rondleiding verzorgde. Ook het online contact met Louise werkt heel goed en kwam met mooie aanvullingen en goede adviezen. De werking van deze adviseur op afstand is een zeer goed extra van een boeking bij TUI.

Was not very long, (the Historic route). Did not do the modern route as it was even shorter and bsically went up and down the same main road. So check out the rough distance before using them. We normally use them to help us orientate ourselves with the cities we visit. Lovely city

Auf der RUTA 1 (blaue Linie) wird viel erklärt, was toll ist. Dazu wird im Gegensatz auf der RUTA 2 (grüne Linie) sehr wenig erzählt. Leider kommt es am Morgen auch vor, dass die Busse so voll sind, dass an den Stationen sehr wenige Personen zu steigen dürfen. Wir mussten z. B. auf den dritten Bus warten, bis wir zusteigen durften. Außerdem ist uns nicht klar wann die Linien die kurze Strecke oder optional die längere (gestrichelte) Strecke fahren. Es ist jedem zu empfehlen, es zu nutzen.

Des bus non climatisés, fenêtres ouvertes par 40 degrés, des audio guides qui ne fonctionnent pas systématiquement et pas de carte ou plan envoyé par mail pour savoir où prendre le bus rouge la première fois. Plus d’une heure à chercher le matin et de nombreuses fois dans la journée…. Dommage

Klasse um sich einen ersten Überblick über die Stadt zu beschaffen. Der Bus fährt von morgens bis abends, so bleibt genug Zeit an verschiedenen Haltestellen auszusteigen und sich etwas anzusehen. Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zeigen die Wege, wenn man eine bestimmte Anlaufstelle sucht. Sehr empfehlenswert.
