What to expect

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly have all blown through with the tumbleweed in Oasys MiniHollywood. Anthony Quinn, Sean Connery and Brigitte Bardot all ‘got the T-shirt'. Even Clint Eastwood scuffed the dusty streets in spaghetti western, A Fistful of Dollars.And now his cigar-chomping hero is replaced by rootin'-tootin' cowboy stunt shows that'll have you gunning for more. Once a Hollywood movie paradise and based around an old Wild West town film set, this theme park puts on exciting shoot-outs, can-can shows and stunt riding, recreating legendary scenes in cinema history all with a beautiful desert backdrop.Once the show's over, there's a miniature zoo with more than 800 animals from 200 different species, located in among lush vegetation of over 400 trees. It's interesting stuff, as the centre supports an educational, research and conservation programme. Plus if you wish, you can take a dip in one of the pools, refuel in the restaurant or poke around one of the souvenir shops.

Very enjoyable day. Shame that the parrot show and the cancan show was only in Spanish. Lovely zoo and plenty of time to stroll round and see the animals.

From the start with the coach trip the tour guide was very knowledgeable, she gave us information for the area. The whole setting there was amazing and felt so real. Prices for food and drink in the park where very reasonable, you can dress in old costumes again very good price. The oasys pool was a welcome treat and the zoo gave plenty of space to the animals

The western side was fabulous and the food and drinks prices reasonable. The zoo was disappointing it was a hot day so all the animals stayed in their homes, understandably , so we saw very few, and those we did were just sleeping. Some of the enclosures looked a bit small as well.

Enjoyed the fact that the array of animals on display it quite large if you can except captive animals. Not sure if singular animals is possibly the right thing.? Tui as a large provider of guest visitors might wishbto discuss this with the owners of this this.

Oasys was great our issue was with tui we felt rushed around the park we were suppose to be picked up at 9am and the bus turned up nearly 40mins late we were first pick up then we had to go other hotels for pick up getting to the place at roughly 11am the placement massive and we had to be back at the coach for 16.40 we had no guide as apparently sick so a member of oasys has to relay to the group what the bus driver was trying to say

I have enjoyed my trip with my family especially animals and cowboys show as well as pool with slides and definitely you should have your pictures done in style Wild Western Paulina
