Cancellations/refunds may be requested on unused tickets up to 365 days after the date of purchase

The first day of use for your tickets must occur within 365 days of the date of purchase

Der Pass ist echt hilfreich, vielen Tips stehen dabei. Der Preis lohnt sich auch, aber nur wenn die angebotenen Attraktionen einen auch interessieren. Viele Museen mit dabei.

We had a wonderful time! I wish we would have done the Intrepid over the Gugenhiem. Than I feel the pass was worth it. The Museum of Natural History is a suggested donation, so if you're on a budget, than you can donate a dollar and get in and save your money for another attraction.

The New York pass was excellent, easy to use saving time and very helpful to the staff at the five places I visited. I enjoyed the Empire State Building the views were amazing. I would recommend the pass to anyone visiting New York.

It was great and helps you plan a trip where you don’t know where to start. It would be nice to have a few more options of experiences and more clarity about booking time slots but all staff at all the attractions were very helpful.

I had an overall great time, but I had some problems with the app as well as with the time limit of the pass.
I think it should be better announced that there is a 9 day limit on the pass and it could be good to make the pass a bit longer (12/15 days?) so that it can be better used

Met de Citypass ben je zeker goedkoper uit. Bij de ene attractie kun je net wat sneller naar binnen en bij de ander moet je gewoon achteraan in de 'gewone' rij aansluiten. Het is daardoor vooraf niet goed in te schatten hoe veel tijd je kwijt bent aan je bezoek.

Ontzettend makkelijk kaartjes van te voren te bestellen/reserveren en plannen. Zeker van te voren doen als je de excursies nog nooit hebt gedaan of graag nog een keer wilt beleven. Wel voor de zekerheid naast je telefoon de kaartjes op papier uitprinten en meenemen.

I bought four CityPass Tickets and had a great experience in NYC. I wasn't sure if we would see five attraction in five days but we did it. Had a great time. Still had to wait in line to receive a ticket at the cashier but ours were already paid for.

Der CityPass war super hilfreich und die Vorabbuchungen für Tickets extrem erleichtert und völlig problemlos. Eine Vorabreservierung ist allerdings dringend zu empfehlen. Sie ist zwar möglicherweise nicht „conditio sine qua non“, aber vor Ort kommt ohne Vorabreservierung nicht rein oder aber wartet

It was a great week using the pass although it could of been better if the places visited showed how and where to go when you had a pass as we ended queuing loads of times in ques that were for people buying tickets it was not clear at all what was expected

The whole trip was brilliant, only prob was trying to check in with the airline, so we printed off all the documents required and checked in with them at the airport instead of online,at Heathrow and at Newark .
