The lounge is an absolute waste of money you pay a lot of money for a VIP EXPERIENCE to help guide you through the airport, flipping nightmare, had to wait in long queues, hosts did not have a clue as to where we check in would NOT recommend, servers in lounge were rude and not of any help at all, snacks were a joke a choice of cooked veg at 11.30 am, no croissants, no butter had to eat dry rolls. Stewed tea, OVERALL A NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
