What to expect
Mauritius already looks like you're in paradise, this trip just adds to it. Aboard a swish catamaran, you'll discover the island's blue lagoons, thick jungle and powder-white beaches. Along the way, you'll enjoy lunch on board and have plenty of time to swim, snorkel or top up your tan.Casting off from port, you'll set sail down the east coast of Mauritius. This patch of Indian Ocean once played host to historic naval battles between 18th Century France and England. Nowadays, it's a treasure-trove of Insta-worthy snaps. Grab your camera as you cruise past backdrops of mountains, lagoons and hidden coves.Then, you'll tuck into a barbecue lunch before heading to Ile-aux Cerfs – translated in English as Deer Island. The deer disappeared some hundred years ago but you'll still find some of the best and most secluded beaches in Mauritius where you've free time to swim, snorkel or just spread out your towel and relax on the sand.

Wat een leuke dag. De catamaran ligt niet aan de kade, met een kleine boot wordt je er naar toe gebracht. Aardige crew, mooie trip. Let op als je in Flic en Flac logeert. Moet je rekenen op 1 uur en 30 minuten reistijd, wij werden om 7.15 uur opgehaald bij Sugar Beach hotel.

Mooi programma en hele leuke bemanning. Zeer gastvrij. Lekkere bbq en volop drankjes. Hele relaxte dag. Omdat het in de ochtend druk was bij de waterval werd er geïmproviseerd en het programma omgewisseld. Alles was top geregeld

Tijdens snorkelen geen vissen gezien ondanks dat wel in vooruitzicht was gesteld en het eiland waar werd aangelegd was nou niet een echt mooi bounty eiland, de gehele boottrip was wel goed verzorgd

Was onduidelijkheid over de tijd dat we werden opgehaald. Toch een zeer belangrijk verbeter punt. De excursie was wel top. Misschien wel handig om even te vermelden dat het handig is om contant geld mee te nemen. Er werd op het strandje geld gevraagd voor ligbedjes en uiteraard voor eten en drinken.

Heerlijke dag uit op een catamaran met een groepje mensen. Lekker stuk gezeild, gesnorkeld, gegeten, wat gewandeld op het eiland en weer verder gezeild. Snorkelen is echt super in het rif, veel oorten vissen gezien.
