Die Hola Barcelona Travel Card haben wir online gebucht. Es reicht aber nicht den Barcode vom Handy oder ausgedruckt auf Papier zu zeigen. Dieser muss am Flughafen in einer Maschine eingetippt werden und man erhält einen Ticket, den man dann überall bei den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln nutzen kann. Man hätte uns den Ärger ersparen können, wenn wir beim online Kauf erfahren hätten, dass man diesen in einem physischen Ticket umwandeln muss. Sonst alles super, einfaches reisen.

Die Karte ist einfach mega praktisch. Ich habe nur bei der Einlösung des Gutscheins vergeblich den Begriff Voucher auf den Automatenanzeigen gesucht. Stattdessen steht da was von Online-Code oder so ähnlich. Da muss man den Code aus dem Gutschein dann eingeben.

Es sollte direkt einen Hinweis geben, dass man die Karte nur an den Automaten ausdrucken kann. Also am besten buchen, wenn man schon vor Ort ist und nicht erst mit dem Bus oder der Bahn dort hin muss. Ebenfalls kann man die gelbe Linie nicht nutzen mit der Karte, da die Busse weiter weg fahren. Das war für uns nirgends ersichtlich

On manque d’explications sur la manière d’utiliser les tickets. On se retrouve avec des codes barre qui ne sont identifiables dans aucun scanner donc on trouve quelqu’un qui nous explique enfin comment composer les numeros dans la machine. on se dit qu’il aurait été plus simple d’acheter sur place.

Très facile à récupérer sur place, il suffit d’introduire le code barre dans une borne de station de métro pour récupérer la carte et pouvoir commencer à l’utiliser. Les bornes peuvent être réglées en français ou anglais également. La carte est valable sur tout le réseau TMB donc sur le métro mais aussi les bus, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter la ville.

It was easy to use the card to get around . We had a bit of difficulty figuring out how to use the machine to input our authorization number, but once we did that the card worked fine. Sometimes the machines to get to the metro would not recognize the card so we had to reinsert card a few times.
