Sao Miguel takes a cinematic approach to scenery. And this 4x4 tour's a blockbuster. You'll rumble around the rim of the island's vast volcanic crater, stop by the easy-on-the-eye Empadada Lake and soak up views fit for a monarch at Vista do Rei – translated, it means ‘King's View'. There'll be time in the tiny village of Sete Cidades, too.

Onze gids 'Sergio' verdient een dikke pluim! Hij gaf heel veel uitleg en hij stopte op plaatsen met een prachtig zicht en waar het helemaal niet druk was. De Tour zelf was prachtig! Dit is zeker een aanrader!

De 4x4 was na enkele km.in panne gevallen,uur moeten wachten op andere auto,helaas geen 4x4 meer,dus off-road werd niet meer gereden!
