Jeep was too full with 8 adults. We were the only English guest and although the guide spoke to us in English it wasn’t after every time he spoke German. Trip was enjoyable but I don’t think I’ll use TUI again .

The trip experience was fine made all the more enjoyable by the company with us as we all got on very well. The negatives were the van roof obscured much of the forward view until removed for a little of the off road journey; driving was 'spirited' at times(!); the canoe rower struggled to keep up with the rest of the group and spoke no English to point things out; meal venue - food good but there was a real issue with mosquitoes there given the location.

Unser Guide Iwan war in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich gut. Er war bestens vorbereitet mit fotografischen Merkblättern für alle Tiere und Pflanzen, die wir ggf. sehen würden. Persönlich war er bescheiden und zurückhaltend aber jederzeit für seine Gäste da. Sein Umgang mit dem ebenfalls besonderen Fahrer (der nicht nur sein Fahrzeug beherrscht hat sondern auch kleinste Tiere auf der Fahrt erkannte und für uns stoppte) und allen, die uns auf dem Weg begegnet sind, war herzlich. Bestens.

Der grundsätzlich sehr gute Fahrer ist auf der Schnellsrrasse für unseren Geschmack zu schnell gefahren. Man sitzt seitlich im Geländefahrzeug, es gibt viel Fahrtwind und es ist sehr laut, wenn der Fahrer schnell fährt. Statt 90-100 bitte 70-80 fahren.

Der Reiseführer hat es gut gemacht. Leider hatten wir uns mehr von der Tierwelt im Nationalpark versprochen, noch nie haben wir so viele Spinnenbilder geschossen. Gerne währen wir auch ein bisschen gelaufen, als nur einmal hochfahren Wasserfall schauen ( wenn man die richtigen Schuhe an hat, wir leider nicht) dadurch allein ein bisschen durch den Bambushein und zurück. Sonst gab es gute Informationen. Die Verpflegung war super.

Wir waren nur ein Fahrzeug an diesem Tag, daher konnte der Guide sich bestens sich um uns kümmern! Leider weicht die Ausflugsbeschreibung auf TUI von der des örtlichen Veranstalters ab und es wurde als erstes ein Tempel angefahren. Somit waren wir nicht richtig gekleidet! Das Baden am Wasserfall fand auch nicht statt. Der Abstieg/Aufstieg zum Wasserfall war abenteuerlich! Auf das richtige Schuhwerk sollte vorher hingewiesen Generell sollte in die Ausflugsbeschreibung bei TUI verbessert werden!!!

I was the only English person on the tour, but it didn't matter our guide made sure that I was involved. This really is only a small world and was fantastic to share my time with other nationalities and all enjoying it. It rained for most of the day but that did not detract from the tour one iota, it is monsoon season still what do you expect

The guide and driver were lovely, the day started well with a calm canoe ride through the mangroves, we then took the 4x4 ride in to the rain forrest which was fantastic. The lunch was amazing. However, the hike to the waterfall was nothing less than dangerous, both my daughter and I struggled to navigate the steep , treacherous path to the waterfall and thought we were going to die climbing back up the mountain. My daughter fell and hurt herself. Not a trip for anything other than Olympians!

Staff kept stopping to buy their breakfast or sort money - shouldn’t have been done in our time Also k kept going to the toilet at side of roads and trees - toilets were ample on trip no need Trip stated waterfall one of reasons we booked and we weren’t able to go because of rain this wasn’t adapted at all We went on a trip a few days later with a waterfall in rain with no issue. Just felt it wasn’t very good value for money , wasn’t a true off road

TUI sollte dringend den Tour-Plan überarbeiten, ea fehlt ein Besuch im Tempel. Ebenso sind feste Schuhe notwendig denn der Weg zum Wasserfall ist sehr holperig und stellenweise sehr glatt

Unter einer Safari verstehe ich etwas anderes. Es gab keine nennenswerten Tierbeobachtungen, die Wanderung durch den Dschungel war ein Witz. Es wäre genug Zeit gewesen, den zweiten Wasserfall für einen Badestop anzusteuern. Der deutschsprachige Guide verfügte nur über unzureichende Tier- und Pflanzenkenntnisse. Zu lange Zeit im Auto.

Unser Guid Olli hat uns sehr viele Sachen super und Fundiert erklären können. Die Kajaktour war sehr gut. Auch das Mittagessen war gut gewählt. Wir waren die einzigen mit unserer Truppe. Gute Qualität und keine Touristenmassen. Auch die Fahrt in den Naturschutzpark war sehr Interessant.

Fantastisk guide. Lite för mycket bilåkande och kändes lite otryggt att åka bak på jeepen på motorvägen. Kajakpadlingen var toppen och vi hade tur att se många apor under färden.

Die Tour war abwechslungsreich und interessant. Insbesondere die Fahrt in den Bambuswald und die Kanu-Tour durch die Mangroven haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Stop am See zur Mittagspause hätte gern eine halbe Stunde länger sein können, um auch dort das Gelände ein wenig zu erkunden.

The hike down to the waterfall was quite frankly ridiculous. A very steep decline down to the waterfall with a very slippery path. Once at the bottom my wife slipped on the rocks and hurt her arm bleeding. Quite surprised TUI allow this trek as its really difficult.

Even though its called a 'safari' we didn't really see any animals, you can see snakes and spiders on the canoeing but you wont see anything else. Going up the hill in the back of the 4x4 was fun, it was a cliff edge, there were children on our tour and they didn't seem to feel unsafe or unhappy at any point so that's fine but it is a rough track high up with no barriers or anything. i would rename this tour to 4x4 adventure instead of using the word safari.

Je zit meer dan een uur in de Jeep op de grotebaan eer je off Road ga.eens je off Road ga is het een lange weg tot je niet verder kunt. Dan ga je langs die zelfde weg weer terug. Dan weer op de grotebaan 45 min rijden om te lunchen 25 min te kajakken wat ook maar een rechterlijn was. Dan wordt de trip gecanceld en keren wij terug naar het hotel. Kort samengevat je zit Max 1 uur in de Jungel de rest in de Jeep op de grote baan echt zielig zou dit niet durven verkopen. Heb dit ook gemeld aan de

The trip info should state that people need to be abled bodied as the trek to the waterfall is very steep with many trip hazards (it is in the jungle). The post supporting the rope hand rail broke causing me to fall

Guiden er meget vidende, men taler af og til så hurtigt, at det bliver svært at forstå, men hun er meget indlevende. Den samlede køretid er lidt lang når komforten ikke er den bedste, men naturoplevelserne er fantastiske. Badning v vandfaldet var lækkert, og vi var så heldige at se firben, ørne, fugleedderkop, leguan og derudover rigtig mange aber på kanoturen. Den samlede tur var på 10 timer, så hav det in mente, da turbeskrivelsen siger 4-8. En god tur som vi vil huske.

Großartig war die Kanufahrt in den Mangroven, der Paddel-Guide spitze, hat Tiere entdeckt, die ich kaum ausnehmen konnte. Mittagessen war sehr gut und das Untertauchen beim Wasserfall ein besonderes Erlebnis:)

Viele Affen gesehen und Kobra. Toller Ausflug, super Guide. Leider konnte am Wasserfall nicht gebadet werden wie versprochen da Strömung zu stark. Das sollte vorher mitgeteilt werden das es keine Garantie gibt.

Ik vond het personlijk erg leuk, de guide toer was erg vriendelijk en had veel ervaring en informatie over thailand. Er is ten alle tijden drinken beschikbaar en medicine als het nodig is. Kwa veiligheid was het wel erg overdreven maar verder was het een super leuke toer en raad het echt aan.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t enjoy. Maybe just advise that due to dry conditions and lack of water in the waterfalls an alternative activity may be offered, having said that it was a fabulous day and Izzy our guide along with our driver made it a great experience

It wasn't quite the 'off road' experience we expected even though we had a lovely fun day. To us 'off-road' means through rough track, undergrowth etc, what we actually had was up a dirt track and not through the undergrowth etc. As I said though we still had a great fun day. The guide was brilliant, had a fab sense of humour & knowledge and made the date that much more fun filled.

Tolle Erfahrung in einem Wasserfall im Regenwald zu baden, doch der Tempelbesuch stand nicht in der Beschreibung und passte für uns nicht zur Tour. Daher hatten wir auch keine tempeltaugliche Kleidung dabei, das war sehr ärgerlich. Wir wollten an diesem Tag Off-Road Erfahrungen machen und das hätte gerne mehr Zeit ausmachen können. Die Paddelfahrt war nur 30min lang.

Positiv: Sehr Informativer und sympatischer Guide. Alles gut organisiert, Essen war top. Wir waren im Jungle, in den Mangroven und beim Essen die einzige Gruppe. Kayak Fahrer sehr hilfreich und nett. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Nicht alle Sicherheitsgurte im Transportjeep haben funktioniert. Es muss unbedingt kontrolliert werden, dass alle funktionstüchtig sind! Man fährt mit 120 km/h auf der Autobahn und sitzt seitlich im hinteren Jeepteil. Ohne Gurt beim Schlagloch würde man einfach rausfliegen.
