What to expect
Join this trekking tour of the Caminito del Rey, including transport from Seville. This trail was once known as "the most dangerous hike in the world" before its renovation. Discover dramatic scenery along this seemingly impossible path. Enjoy this safe hike in an small group, where you'll receive personalised attention from your guide, with round-trip transportation from Seville included.Depart from Seville at around 8:45am and travel by minivan to the Caminito del Rey. After a journey of approximately two hours, you'll arrive at the start of the trail near the town of Ardales. Before beginning the 7 km hike, you'll have time to enjoy a coffee or breakfast (not included). The Caminito del Rey is now an easy route suitable for most visitors, following a wooden boardwalk suspended above the spectacular Los Gaitanes Gorge.Along the way, marvel at rugged rock formations, take in breathtaking views of the Guadalhorce River, and test your nerve as you cross the famous Hanging Bridge. After approximately 2 to 3 hours of hiking, you'll reach the area near the village of El Chorro, where you'll take a shuttle bus back to the trail entrance. There, you'll have time to enjoy lunch at a lakeside restaurant (at your own expense) before returning to Seville, arriving at around 7:00 pm.
