Poor

The package was sold with an inaccurate description of activities and times. We were sold snorkeling, there’s was no snorkeling. We were sold the activity time longer than it actually was. The pictures cost an extra $65 per person! At the next station are told an extra $60 to get our group pictures. Each station at the aviary, which was a mini zoo with only 1 iguana locked up was requesting tips and selling additional pictures. Lunch was old and cold, did not include beverage, $5 for a soda!

Great

Excellent spent with the dolphins. Felt ripped off how much was charged for the photos (£168.00 in Sterling as well as paying for the trip which was 100.00 each). Could have provided refreshments with our meal. Not enough time spent in the park due to an accident which was no one’s fault.

Great

In the booking it states we were to receive a welcome drink and a photo package. However upon arrival we were told that the photos would be $65 American dollars each and they were not included in the booking price. Also we did not receive a welcome drink and were charged $10 American dollars for the drinks. Very disappointed as we hadn't taken a huge amount of money to the excursion so therefore we were unable to purchase photographs.

Our ride to the park from the hotel was 2 hours late but we left the park at the same time so really we just paid the same amount of money for 2 hours less. Then the wait time at Dolphin Cove was ridiculously long just to check in. We waited an hour and a half just to check in. The dolphins and dolphin staff were great. But after Tui being 2 hours late and then the hour drive there and 1.5 hours to check in we didn’t even get to eat the meal we bought with the package before we had to leave.

We booked the Gold Dolphin package through TUI. The actual dolphin experience which lasted 40 mins was amazing. Pretty much everything else not great. They advertise a jungle trial but literally one small aviary and 1 rabbit. The dinner included was just a plate of rice and chicken, no options, no drink included. The general service was as expected, ok but desperate for tips!! This shouldn’t be a gimme if the arrive and attitude is poor! The small pool and ja

It took 10 minutes from start to finish to go around the mini zoo. The really small beach area was dirty with empty plastic bottles, crisp packets and rubbish. The pool, small pool was also dirty. We arrived around 9 am and told our dolphin encounter would begin at 10.30. After the 10 minute zoo we were left standing around till 10.30 with nothing to do. When we arrived we were told it would cost $150 for pictures as we couldn’t take our own. This was extortion after the price we paid to go

No guide, zoo has 5 canaries, 1 lizard, 2 parrots and a rabbit. The place was deralict, I have pics and showed the rep on return, it was a rip, off. Pools were green, mouldy and full,of **********. Beach had empty bottles and empty Pringles tubs on. All bars apart from 1 was empty and Denali T. The slide was closed and had been for years. The place was dirty and the toilets were closed. On entering they push you mega hard for photos for $140 before you enter, if you get in first you would laugh.

This trip was very disappointing, the bus was late so we missed our slot, couldn’t then see the animals/slides. Lunch no vegetarian or children’s options. Photos very expensive and tried to say we had agreed to digital photos which we hadn’t and when we asked for a proper photo instead they said their printer had run out of ink. Told the drive was 1hr but it was more like 1.5 hours. Very expensive for what it was and someone in our party was bitten by a fish.

Great experience with the dolphins and great guide/dolphin trainer. Too much emphasis on trying to get you to buy photographs. Lockers cost a lot. Lunch included is jerk chicken and rice which was good but drinks and alternative food choices were expensive. Oh and everyone wants a tip!

Great

Very unorganised when we first arrived. Nobody really knew where we were meant to go. Lots of pressure to buy the photos which were very expensive. Didn't have time to have the lunch. It would be much better if the trip price included at least one photo and maybe allow more time afterwards to have lunch since it was included. However the actual experience with the dolphin was lovely.

Great

The offer is good, as was the TUI agent we dealt with. Most of the groups there seemed concerned about the lack of direction at what to do, and if they were waiting in the right spot at the right time. The employees didn't really get with anyone until about 15-20 minutes after the scheduled start time. Food took a long time to arrive too which made people nervous that they weren't going to have time to eat. Activities and food were great once underway and received.

Great

Whale guides were great especially the staff with Pasteur on 12/27/23 around noon. The price of the pictures were ridiculous! Dolphin Cove wanted to charge $238.00 for photos of myself & daughter along with photos of my husband and son. The lunch arm band only consisted if jerk chicken, rice and peas and vegetables. Soda or water was not included. My kids are small so they don't eat that. We ended up paying cash to get a drink and food the kids would eat(nuggets, hot dog& fries).

It was amazing however it was advertised that the price included a dolphin swim and when I got to there they told me my ticket was for entry only and I had to pay an extra $80 which I was not happy about simply because the voucher said admission only! If it didn’t include the swim it should not have been advertised as such and I would not have chosen the excursion. However dolphin cove itself was amazing because of the wildlife interaction, swimming and lunch.

Collected over an hour late, not ideal with a 4 yr old. We arrived and found out what we booked was not what we recieved. Booked dolphin encounter with buffet. When we arrived we were told we had admission only. Even on the confirmation email it states we had encounter and buffet included. Instead we had to pay an extra £60. Due to being collected late, we couldn't have the buffet we'd now paid twice for. Had half hr after dolphin so couldn't use slide, beach, see parrots. Badly organised.
