Booked wrong date for airport lounge at Corfu, missed deadline to cancel but musement changed date regardless and sent new voucher so received an excellent service. Nice not to be met with attitude of we have your money so nothing can be done about it.

After long queues at security, it was so nice to relax in the lounge. It was very quiet and very comfortable and clean. We both had vegetable soup, sandwiches and salad. Beverages on offer was tea, coffee, water, soft drinks, wine and a good selection of spirits. Would definitely recommend,

Lounge is a little hard to find no signs until you walk to the end of what you think is departures. Then you see passport control for gates 1-5 and it is on the wall Lounge this way. The lounge itself was lovely. Was empty when we arrived, didn't have long as getting checked in at Corfu airport is chaotic. Staff were friendly, good choice of drinks hot and cold, soft and alcoholic. I would say there was not much food choice, a soup or three sandwich/wrap choices and biscuits or cake slice. 7/10

I was really impressed with the Corfu Lounge...the perfect end to our holiday. The main reason for booking the Lounge was to ensure that my neurodivergent daughter had a quiet place to sit whilst waiting for our flight to board. The Lounge was very quiet, there were probably only 6 other people in there. You could help yourself to alcohol and soft drinks, and there were a small selection of snacks to choose from.

The exclusive lounge itself was great, the bad part was the queues going through the airport. Left the hotel at 09:05 for a 13:20 flight and only got 30 minutes in the lounge due to picking up at other hotels and the constant queues at Corfu airport.

Could not use loungevdue to tui. Check in chaos. Security chaos. Passport control chaos. Delayed flight. Speaking with tui rep whilst trying g to cancel booking whilst trying to check in. On coach transfer from hotel 9am. Arrived at airport 11am. Finally checked in, through security and passport control at 1330 hours for a flight departure at 1320 which was delayed thanknfully. Inablevto use the product paid for and no help so far from tui for the refund. Terrible service that I will never book

The lounge itself is lovely but barely any food. A few rolls. One vegetarian option and no gluten free. Limited hot drinks. No hot food at all. There were jams but no bread. A sign for tea but none. A few biscuits not even any pastries. Very expensive for not a lot.
