We were picked up at our hotel and when we arrived we printed our tickets and got in the line, which was fast and entertaining (music, free drinks ecc). The show was the best thing I've ever experienced in my life, with great music, great dancers and performers. We got lucky and had a lot of space, but the place was really crowded. The only problem was that although we waited for our bus at the designated point, the driver saw us, waved and proceeded to leave us there. We had to take a taxi home

Extremely expensive and CocoBongo is now basically a video show of Spanish artists and girls partially dressed strutting their butts. Service for Front Row was terrible and instructions to get the coach back really poor in terms of of location. Very disappointing all round

The dancers themselves were amazing, staff really did put on a show. However, there is some cons to the place. We got the regular package which ment unlimited drinks. The place was that busy, we were glad that we had gone to bar before the acts began as we couldn’t get back to it once it had. I wish they had made it clear where you would stand at the event as we were very cramped and squished and even unable to see the acts going on. Wasn’t worth what we payed, but the dancers were good

We really enjoyed ourselves overall - an epic show with classic American/Latino acts, incredible dancers and effects. It could probably do with updating, be a bit more inclusive, have more female leads as it felt very hetero male-orientated (with a token nod to an LGBTQ audience member who got to wave a flag) but that’s a cultural observation - and as a ********** couple we’re probably not the target audience!

Lo ofrecido no coincidía con lo abonado. Debimos salir del hotel sin cenar porque la recogida del hotel era 18.30 y luego pasamos dos horas esperando en el ingreso de la disco. Al abonar nos dijeron que podriamos ocupar los escalones alrededor de la pista de baile y no fue asi. La cena y la bebida libre, no existió. Dejen de mentir a los turistas! Fue una estafa! Para nada recomendable!

El lugar es bastante pequeño, la gente estaba toda apretada porque no cabíamos, la música sin canciones viejas y en inglés la gran mayoría. Los Shows estuvieron bien. Te dice que te incluye bebidas lo cual es verdad pero el tiempo de espera en la barra es demasiado. Y por último el conductor nos indicó que nos recogería a cualquier **********. Quisimos irnos antes de la 1am y no nos contestó nunca

We paid for front row and had to queue plus the drinks were awful not premium and got given a burger even though im vegetarian. Was not given the choice. Drinks so bad my daughter was sick and we left after 2 hours and had to pay 27 dollars for taxi so over 300 English pounds wasted

Good night out & good entertainment. Front row tickets are worth having but very slow service. Sadly us and everyone else from our hotel were told the wrong bus number when returning back to the hotel, this resulted in a shirty coach driver. Very unimpressed and ruined the night.

die Show war ein einmaliges mega Erlebnis. Wir hatten die teuersten Karten Front R. für 190 US $ die Karte. Ist schon viel Geld aber loht sich. Die zweite Kategorie wäre auch noch gut, aber nicht die billigen Plätze nehmen, wenn man sich so ein Erlebnis gönnt. Show fazinierend, Publik (ab der 2. Stunde auch im vollen Feiermodus), Snack wo es gab (muss man nicht haben, Burger schmeckte gar nicht, Pommes ok), aber wir waren ja nicht zum essen sondern feiern da. Getränke auch super, Mitarbeiter OK!

Other then the few decent staff and the good performances it was a mess no type of system in place for people standing they said open bar however during the 4 hour show I was able to get one drink because they had "vip" tables to cater for which I understand there package but it felt like all attention was for them and the couple hundred people at the bottom couldn't get past to the toilet let alone the bar absolute overpriced event!

Very well organised event and one of the best nights out I've had in years. It's like a Vegas show mixed with cirque de soliel style performances. I would recommend opting for the gold package you get your own area, own waiter and the best views, it's worth every penny! If you're coming to punta cana Coco bongo is a must do!

Poor drop off just left to find our own in and tickets and collection was poor had to walk around trying to find transport as was not in location told and very poor organised for our group of eight also prior to trip could not get hold of tui rep was taken to another resort and tui rep did not show after a 1 hour wait

The trip was targeted to non English, as all instructions were given in Spanish so we did not know what was happening. Luckily another person on the coach was able to translate for us. If a trip is being sold to English instructions should be provided in English for safety. The club was over subscribed which made it very dangerous inside.

The best part of the evening was the food we got given, we have been to Coco Bongo 3 times never again far to many people in the standing area that couldn’t enjoy, staff were so rude and kept telling us no we couldn’t stand where we had the smallest amount of space and the show it’s self wasn’t as good as previous years we have been. Not Tui’s fault will never book again simple as that due to being over priced for lots of Latina music and screens showing music videos!

A lot of money for nothing. Paying for premium was an absolute waste of money, got one drink and only one bar honours the free drinks. Way too crowded, no seats- had to pay even more if we wanted to sit down. Feel like the way the experience is sold through the excursion offers is nothing like what it is. Venue small, over stimulating and overall a waste of £85 per person to be honest.

The staff and our waiter were excellent, however, we booked Gold membership and it was sold to us that could sit with a table and have a meal. Yes we had a seat but it was a stool in military position in a row and you had to literally sit on the knee of the stranger sat next to you. Severe overcrowding and the heat was unbearable. The seats where very high and this should have been explained clearly at the of booking.

Bus didn’t arrive to pick us up. Waited 40 minutes and then called the hotel tui rep who got a minibus to eventually pick us up. When we arrived nobody knew what was happening and we were lost and confused. We were instructed to sit up on the highest benches and was very cramped with little room for moving. The drinks were very watery and ended up not drinking anything. We asked for vodka and orange and honestly don’t think there was any vodka in it. The orange was very weak horrid squash

Nach der TUI Buchung in der APP muss man bei einem Coco Bongo Häus-chen beim Eingang die Buchung erst in eine Eintrittskarte umwandeln. Blöd, wenn man dies nicht weiß und man für den Eintritt in einer riesigen Warteschlange ist und so rausfliegt. Der reguläre Bereich ist billig aber war EXTREM überfüllt. Definitiv über dem erlaubten Personen Limit. Hatte da wirklich Angst, bei einem Zwischenfall ums Leben zu kommen. Daher verließ ich Coco Bongo frühzeitig. Zudem verlangt man für alles extra was.

The acts and atmosphere of the whole place was absolutely fantastic. Facilities were really clean and staff were on hand the whole time. Transfer from hotel was on time and took us directly to the show and gave very clear instructions for return journey. Our ticket included a free snack which wasn’t great but that wasn’t the point of the show anyway.

Fas Coco Bongo war ein absolut unbeschreiblich. Man kann es nicht in worte fassen wir genial das ganze ist. Für alle Altersklassen von 18-99 ,dort kommt jeder auf seinen geschmack. Die Shows waren unglaublich gut, der DJ hat sein Handwerk verstanden und die Stimmung war extrem gut. Cool war auch das auch Gäste auf die Bühne geholt wurden. Man hat trotz dem Gold member ticket recht wenig Getränke bekommen, der Kellner war irgendwie nicht so motiviert .Die Snacks waren aber mega gut !

The show and entertainmentmotself is amazing. It seems its over sold and no room to move once they pack everyone in... some didn't even make it into the arena. And very very loud . Some were sold a "fantastic table" which unfortunately was way to close and almost under the stage so was not a good upgrade, and then we were told we needed to buy a bottle.

We went to coco bongos last year and had a better experience We had a host on the bus with us who spoke English, we didn’t have that this time so was confusing to know where and when we was getting picked up The bus was also late. The show started at 8pm we didn’t get to our seats until 8:45pm so felt like we missed the opening

Great night out, good service. The only problem is we paid for premium ticket and did not get a seat or even table to stand at. We did not get premium drinks either, even although we were wearing wrist band. We still had a good evening but when we asked for seating we were told to pay 120 US Dollars. This is not right

Good variety, great atmosphere. Disliked the 60 min pick up that takes 15 mins to walk, over 2.5 hours to get there. Inside we had to keep asking for a drink, when we went to coco bongo in carmen the server ensured our glasses were never empty and was very attentive, not the same in Punta Cana ??

I enjoyed absolutely nothing about coco bongo, the rep spoke in Spanish so had no idea what he was saying, had to ask another person on the coach that spoke a little English, when arrived inside it was packed to the brim, couldn’t get a drink as couldn’t move, I had my foot trodden on and a drink spilt down my back, left after 10 mins and paid £110 dollars back to the hotel, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The Mexico one is more organised and don’t cram people in!!

Coco bongos was a very good evening and would recommend it to all age groups. Unfortunately the transfer to and from it was terrible, I understand this is down to coco bongos but as the evening is sold to us by tui I would expect them to take some control over the transfer, The guide on the bus had no Mike and a quiet voice only heard by the people in the front seats Confusing at time of finding coach for return journey as coach not labelled with number we were told to look for .

Far to busy. Over crowded. Couldn't get to the toilet never mind the bar. Left after 50 mins and paid for taxi back to hotel. It would of been busy enough with half the people in the venue and would of been a good night. Such a same. Not TUI fault on the overcrowding I suppose

Me and my miss enjoyed the full experience. The only thing I can recommend is if the gold seat can have a back rest in the top floor as it's a bit uncomfortable to be the hole duration of the show with not back support, realistically if you pay gold tickets you suppose to have a bit more comfortable seats.

Horrific. No clear pickup location before or after event. Coach left 40 minutes late. Arrived and waited for 45 minutes despite having ‘gold’ tickets which stated there would be no queue. Watched Spanish speaking people be let in before us. No allocated seating inside. Refused service at bar. Had to bribe staff to serve us at a seat and got 2 low quality drinks during the 4 hours. Show was pathetic compared to the one in Mexico. Waste of money and an expensive waste of a night of our holiday.

Shocking night, most bizarre evening, if your 40+ this is certainly not a night for you. We thought we would be able to sit down and enjoy the show, left after an hour, and had to get a taxi back, as bus wasn't picking us up till 1.20am. far too small a venue for the amount of people crammed in. Couldn't get a drink its far too crowded. Do not waste your money. Don't get me wrong some of the show was good, just a really odd night.

Unfortunately Coco Bongo was not what we were expecting. While the show and acts were good fun to watch, the drinks were awful (cheap alcohol, wine and spirits) and the safety in the venue was appalling. In the event of a fire or evacuation, that many people would not be able to leave safely. The Gold Member seating area was not comfortable, and needing to climb over barstools on a balcony to get into your seat was uncomfortable and dangerous. The entire show I had a water pipe dripping on me.

This was a complete let down, and we were completely missold the experience. We paid for tickets after having absolute assurance we would seating and able to sit deon for the experience. Upon arrival we were told our tickets only covered standing and to switch to a table would cost 490 USD per person. None of us would've paid for this experience if the ticket price only gave standing. We left as aoon as we could ans had to pay for a cab as extra expense.We are seeking a full refund

Probably the greatest holiday excursion trip I have done in 40 years. Fabulous from start to finish and I will never forget this trip. Superb music, light show, attentive staff, where do I stop? Everything was fabulous from the pick up to the drop off!

Loved coco bongo. Definitely worth getting the gold member tickets or front row. Transfer a bit late and when the guide was explaining what coach will be picking us up and where forgot to repeat it in English so we had to find that information out ourselves.

O nosso evento estava marcado para 19h30. Quando chegamos à porta do hotel Bavaro Palace ao horário combinado e nao tinha ninguém. Entramos em contato com o vendedor às 19h40 e ele pediu para aguardar porque poderia estar atrasado e por fim, às 19h45 fomos informados de que o ônibus havia saído. O estranho é que o ônibus saiu antes do horário previsto, nós nao fomos contatados e ninguém tinha uma informação para nos passar. Tivemos que ir ao local por táxi particular. Nao indico mais a TUI
