What to expect
Explore one of the largest catacombs in Naples on this 1-hour guided tour. The San Gaudioso catacomb lies under the Basilica of Santa Maria della Sanità (St. Mary of Health), at the heart of the district, and inside this cemetery, early Christian and 17th-century elements coexist.On this tour, you get the chance to admire these early Christian elements, such as the tomb of San Gaudioso, frescoes, and mosaics of the 5th and 6th centuries. At the same time, you'll see special burials reserved for the aristocracy and the clergy, dating back to the 17th century, when the catacombs resumed their function as the sepulchral site. Discover the special process behind the burials of nobles and members of the clergy.

Il presepe dei fratelli Scuotto è fenomenale. Sicuramente da vedere. Le catacombe, poi, ti avvolgono in una atmosfera surreale, ma contemporaneamente, terrena. La guida è stata fantastica.
Sono felicissima di aver vissuto quest'esperienza, la raccomando ai turisti, ma soprattutto ai napoletani.

Die Geschichte hinter dem ganzen ist sehr interessant und verblüffend. Dachte es ist dort wie in den Katakomben von Paris, wo überall Gebeine gestapelt sind. Das ist fast nicht der Fall. Der Guide ist super nett aber durch die Maske ist es bisschen unverständlich. Würde die Tour aber wieder machen.

Fuori dalla chiesa di Santa Maria alla Sanità la vita caotica del quartiere, dentro l'ordine e la disciplina imposti da un luogo di culto con alle spalle secoli d storia, la sfida è contaminare i due mondi. So che già avete fatto molto, ma non basta bisogna fare di più.

Interessante Tour mit einigen Informationen zu den Katakomben, Ticket beinhaltet noch weitere Eintritte in andere Katakomben etc., Guide konnte gut Englisch.
Jedoch sehr laut in Kirche(wegen Messe), sodass man dort leider nichts verstehen konnte, Guide hat nicht immer auf alle gewartet beim Reden.
