What to expect
The Express Rail Link (ERL) operates KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit, connecting Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA & KLIA2) with the city. KLIA Ekspres offers a non-stop 28-minute journey between KL Sentral and KLIA, while KLIA Transit stops at Bandar Tasik Selatan, Putrajaya & Cyberjaya, and Salak Tinggi.You can choose between the following options available in the order box:
- Option 1 = KLIA Ekspres Standard Single (one-way ticket)
- Option 2 = KLIA Ekspres Standard Return (round-trip ticket)
Guests benefit from frequent departures, onboard Wi-Fi, and an easy city connection. While KL City Air Terminal (KL CAT) check-in is unavailable, perks like EkspreSmiles Rewards, MyKad concession fares, and KLIA Transit TravelCard savings enhance travel convenience. A closed ticketing system ensures all passengers purchase tickets before boarding.

Know in advance:
With the revised schedule, the service frequency is every 15 minutes during peak hours on weekdays and 30 minutes during off-peak hours
KLIA Ekspres and KLIA Transit operate as a combined service and depart daily at 5.00 am from both KL Sentral and KLIA T2
The last train departure from KLIA T2 is at 12.10 am, while the last train departure from KL Sentral is at 11.10 pm
The journey time between KL Sentral and KLIA T1 is 35 minutes, 39 minutes to KLIA T2
At KL Sentral, all departures and arrivals will be through the KLIA Transit Station
Ticket counters will be closed 10 minutes before the last train departure
