What to expect
Welcome to a unique experience. The artist Yadegar Asisi has created an art form unlike any other in the world. His 360° panoramas transport visitors to different worlds and are considered the largest works of art on Earth.The 360° panorama “GREAT BARRIER REEF” brings one of the most fascinating yet fragile natural wonders of our planet into focus. With remarkable attention to detail and a true-to-life 1:1 perspective from a 15-meter-high viewing platform, it creates a striking, almost lifelike underwater world.Atmospheric transitions between day and night, combined with a specially composed soundscape by Eric Babak, merge into an immersive overall installation. An accompanying exhibition offers engaging insights into the biodiversity, ecological significance, and the threats facing the Great Barrier Reef. It is a truly unique experience at the Panometer Dresden.

Opening Hours: Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
The Panometer is wheelchair accessible, allowing visitors to view the 360° panorama from ground level. There is no elevator to take visitors up the tower.
Valid proof of eligibility is required for discounted tickets for students and people with disabilities.

Man hat nur 15 Minuten bis zum Eintritt gewartet. Aber ein nachträglicher telefonischer Kontakt mit der Einrichtung war trotz viiiieler Versuche nicht möglich. Der Anruf wurde zu keiner Zeit angenommen.

Ich hatte Karten vier das Panometer in Dresden reserviert. Die Kartenreservierung über Musement war unkompliziert und hatte den Vorteil, dass man nicht an der meterlangen Schlange anstehen musste. Das Erlebnis selbst in Panometer war spektakulär. Sollte man sich unbedingt anschauen

Nachdem wir Carol‘s Garten als erste Ausstellung dieser Art gesehen haben- der wir tatsächlich eine 5 Sterne + gegeben hätten- war dies unsere zweite Gasometerausstellung und gewiss nicht die Letzte!
Einfach beeindruckend! Ideal um die Stadt kennen zu lernen! 5 Sterne auch für den netten Führer!
