What to expect
Learn the full magic of creating chocolate from the raw bean itself to making actual chocolate. Your guide will share with you the secrets of the chocolate-making process to create your very own chocolate recipe. You'll work with the base chocolate ingredients of cocoa nibs to make your own signature blended chocolate that you can take home to use in your own chocolate creations.No previous knowledge is needed for this masterclass, as it's the perfect introduction to the mechanics of working with chocolate, especially for any cake maker who wants to understand more about how chocolate works.

Please ensure you wear clothing you don't mind getting chocolate on. Long hair should be tied back securely. Protective aprons and hairnets will be provided upon request

Your workshop includes all equipment and materials to craft 500g of your own chocolate, as well as the recipes and technical worksheets to be able to make your own and perfect your skills at home
