Uns waren 4 Stunden Aufenthalt zu lang. Zwei Stunden im Aquarium haben wir nicht gebraucht. Aber rs ist sehr schön aufgebaut und interessant. Dann haben wir einfach die Zeit irgendwie rumgebracht. 1 Stunde weniger hätte uns gefallen

Aquarium excellent tui guide not so good said she was giving out maps of the Aquarium she handed 2 to the seat directly behind her but no one else. When I asked her for one before going into the Aquarium she said she had handed them out snd didn't know where they had gone.

Toller Ausflug, megaaa Aquarium-super Erlebnis- einfach zu empfehlen! Großartig,!! Danach noch gute Zeit durch Las Palmas zu bummeln und sogar am Strand zu verweilen. Sehr nette Reiseleiterin, die auf der Fahrt alles gut erklärte. Guter freundlicher Busfahrer! Danke für dieses tolle Erlebnis!

We could not take part in the trip because thd TUI agent in Orquidiea did not clearly communicate where the pick up bus stop is. Although we asked twice to confirm. We were waiting in the wrong bus stop with our 2 year old from more than 30mins. As tourists, there should be clear communication to us when we book a package with TUI which was missing. And we were also not reimbursed our 108€ which was a waste. Such a pity!!

L'aquarium est beau à voir, le temps sur place est trop long vu que la visite dure environ 1h30 ou bien il faudrait prévoir une visite des alentours. C'est malheureux de na pas pouvoir bénéficier d'un guide parlant français.

Het aquarium is prachtig, indrukwekkend, goed toegankelijk ook voor mensen met een rolstoel. De sevice van Tui vinden wij super, dit geld voor zowel de gehele reis alsmede voor deze excursie. Alles gaat op tijd, uitleg is duidelijk, de gids vertelde naast het uitstapje veel wetenswaardigheden over Gran Canaria en ook de bus chauffeurs zijn ervaren bestuurders, helemaal top. Wij vinden dat 4 tot 8 uur excursie de beste optie is, je hebt dan nog tijd om Las Palmas te bezichtigen.

Bus transfer was goed geregeld, bus was mooi op tijd. De gids vertelde tijdens de busreis naar het aquarium nog wat dingen over het eiland en de dorpen onderweg. Het aquarium zelf was adembenemend mooi en goed verzorgd. Je krijgt ongeveer 4 uur de tijd voor het aquarium, wat echt ruim voldoende is.

Das Aquarium ist toll und ohne jeden Zweifel einen Besuch wert. Lediglich die 2 Stunden Hinfahrt und 2 Stunden Rückfahrt mit dem Bus (durch die Abholung aller Teilnehmer) nerven.

Aquarium heel leuk als je van zeedieren houd. Moet je gezien hebben. Voor jong en oud. We hadden 4 uurtjes voor aquarium en shopping mall vlakbij. Shopping mall stelt niks voor. Zou wat langer rond lopen/zitten in het aquarium en dan uurtje in de shopping mall lopen en dan terug naar de bus gaan. Gids was oke. Mevrouw vertelde in Duits en daarna Engels. En ze was goed te verstaan en te volgen

The lack of information meant that we didn’t even get picked up for the trip, we waited where all the other coaches and trips were picking up. Nowhere did it say we needed to leave the hotel and go to some random bus stop down the road. We were also left for an hour sat in the sun and the heat at a bus stop waiting for a reply, they offered us to reschedule for next week, knowing we would be home by then, and that was it, they said NO REFUND. Awful service ruined our last day

Buschauffeur Fernando had wat moeite met de bus, uiteindelijk goed aangekomen. Aquarium is supermooi, je kunt er prima een paar uur vertoeven. Shopping mall stelt niet zo veel voor, prima om wat te drinken en broodje te eten maar daar heb je het dan wel mee gehad.

Das Aquarium ist einsame Spitze. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail gebaut und ausgestattet. Die riesige 36 m Scheibe zu dem Tiefseebecken ist atemberaubend. Wir haben allein 2 Stunden damit verbracht, die Haie und Schildkröten zu beobachten. Ein tolles Erlebnis. Was nicht so toll war, war die 2 Stunden Rückfahrt. Bei knapp 30 Grad im Schatten in einem vollbesetzten Bus ohne Klimaanlage nur mit Gebläse mit warmer Außenluft, war schon sehr übel. Hinzu kam dann noch die sehr laute Musik.

Die Abholzeit um 8:40 Uhr ist deutlich zu früh für einen 5 Stunden Aufenthalt für den normalen Urlauber, wer möchte im Urlaub extra um 6:30 uhr aufstehen um vor Abholung noch frühstücken zu können. Freunden würde ich empfehlen ein Taxi zu nehmen um nach seinem eigenen Zeitplan das Aquarium zu besuchen.

Aquarium was erg mooi de dieren daar hebben het heel goed met ruime Aquariums en ze maken ook goed schoon daar alles is gewoon netjes daar en hebben aandacht voor de dieren het was echt leuk wij waren met 2 uurtjes wel klaar toen zijn wij nog even gauw ergens na toe gelopen voor een broodje alleen gids ze was opzich wel aardig maar ze kwam niet geïnteresseerd over ze bleef ook niet in de buurt als je vragen had maar buschauffeur heeft ons goed en veilig terug gebracht naar het Hotel

Met de bus naar Aquarium Poema del Mar in Las Palmas. De gids deed op de heenweg in de bus zijn best, maar zijn Engels kwam onduidelijk en onsamenhangend over en hij zei na elke zin "ja". Op de terugweg hield hij gelukkig zijn mond. Het Aquarium was heel leuk om te zien, maar na 1,5 à 2 uur heb je dat ook gezien. De resterende tijd kon je in Las Palmas wat rondlopen of lekker op het terras zitten. Ik vind het fijn aan de excursies dat je vroeg vertrekt, en halverwege de middag weer terug bent.

We was sold the trip as 4 hours of time to explore the aquiirem and surrounding areas, however we got collected at 9am instead of 8.43 as stated I understand traffic delays etc, we arrived at the fish got told must be back on coach 2pm the coach left at 1.57 returning to the hotel by 3 ish we was told we wouldn’t return back til 4.30? Guide was unfriendly & unapproachable
