All very rushed, and visit to the gold centre was absolutely not needed, it’s just a place which is obviously partnered up with TUI just to get you in there and they pester you to buy some jewellery.

Bezoek aan goudctrum met agressieve en onbeleefde verkoopster, je moest iets kopen of buiten. Geen meerwaarde bij een activiteit dat wat mee op kinderen is toegespitst met het aquarium. Gids neemt groep mee naar cafetaria en winkels waar je korting krijgt maar waar ze met tientallen je staan op te wachten om te verkopen. Zo een heel vermoeide dag waar je constant wordt aangeklampt

Het verplichte nummertje bij de goudwinkel, dit mag echt geschrapt worden. Bij het rondwandelen in Antalya, krijg je zeer duidelijke uitleg. Gids is super!! Hier zou gerust meer tijd voor vrij gemaakt worden. Wel miste ik bv een plannetje zodat je weet waar we afspreken en je je een beetje kan oriënteren. Het aquarium was een tegenvaller, echt klein. Wij waren zeer geïnteresseerd, maar op 1 uur ben je erdoor. De moeite niet waard. Face to face Dat mee in de prijs zit is niet goed.

Das Aquarium an sich war wirklich schön und sehenswert. Der Stopp beim Juwelier war wirklich eine Katastrophe. Ich bin noch nie so bedrängt worden, was zu kaufen. Alles schreit förmlich nach Betrugsmasche. Rein in den luxuriöswirkenden Tempel und schon ging die Verkaufsveranstaltung los. Wir wurden auf Schritt und Tritt von Verkäufern verfolgt. Die Schmuckatücke in den Vitrinen waren nicht die, die man dann eingepackt bekam. Eine Schande, dass Tui das unterstützt!

Guido war nicht überzeugend,hat alles 3-5 wiederholt,ist nur so durchgerauscht durch die Altstadt von Antalya.War alles sehr unschön Ja,das Aqurium war schön,aber jetzt auch nicht so überzeugend,wenn man Sealife kennt ist das nix neues,nur größer und im Tunnel sehr wenige Fische.

Te weinig tijd in centrum, aquarium rap rond en extra kosten om nog andere dingen te doen daar ter plaatse. En de Juweliers zaak, moet je volledig laten vallen, te opdringerig om te kopen. Wij hebben er uiteindelijk gekocht en hoop dat het degelijke kwaliteit is, want achter af niet veel goede reviews gelezen. Dan is het nog een grotere ********** of dat het nu al was

Die Tour mit dem Schmuck Halt ist für Kinder nicht so toll, weil einfach ein Tageszeit eher nichts für Kinder ist. Es ist langweilig für sie und setzt Eltern unnötig unter Stress. Der Besuch im Aquarium war sehr schön auch wenn man ganz schön durch rennen muss, wenn die Zeit knapp bemessen ist.

Het bezoek aan het goudcenter vonden wij absoluut niet aangenaam. Mensen boeken deze excursie voor het aquarium en de binnenstad van Antalya. Het goudcenter wordt er bij betrokken maar weinigen vragen daarnaar. Dit bezoek heeft maar liefst een uur en drie kwartier in beslag genomen. De verkoper was heel irritant, volgde ons bij elke meter die we zetten en liet niet los. Aquarium, wassenmuseum en binnenstad waren wel leuk. We gaan excursies met goudstio nooit meer boeken. Jammer.

1st part of excursion was good. Old Town, stood outside no shade whilst explained history., for around 20mins/30mins. Saw roof tops only of Old Town. Then left to wander unaccompanied for 2 1/2 hours at shops and told to meet up at cafe. Rep took us all to one shop. Didn’t see Old town ??? Very disappointed and frankly unnerving as 2 females left in a forgiven country with no guidance or assistance whatsoever. Female English speaking rep.

aquarium was heel mooi we hadden ook ruim de tijd om aquarium en het wax museum te bekijken oude stad antalya is wel leuk maar iedereen is er wel opdringerig en souveniers veel te duur minpunt vond ik de goud juwelier die waren ook opdringerig om te kopen en tot de uitgang was het door iedereen achterna gelopen worden om iets te kopen dat vond ik wel wat minder

Jestem zbulwersowana tym, że obowiązkowym elementem wycieczki byla wizyta w centrum jubilerskim, gdzie byłam osączona i wręcz wymuszano na mnie zakup biżuterii, wartej kilka tysięcy złotych. Każda dodatkowa atrakcją- wzdłużona ponad konieczna miarę do jej zobaczenia, po to, aby zakupić cos w tych miejscach wszystko "ze zniżką" TUI. Cały sens wyjazdu- zwiedzanie Antalii - przebiegliśmy stare miasto by nas sciagnac do wskazanej restauracji. Rozumiem folklor Turcji ale nigdy więcej wycieczek TUI!

Geplant war ein entspannter Ausflug mit kleinem kind daraus wurde eine Verkaufs Tour bei der der spass fürs Kind erst dann kam als das Kind keine ********** mehr hatte und müde war. Aquarium Ankunft 14.20 Uhr !!! Für Kinder viel zu spät!!! Sehr aufdringliche Verkaufsmasche im Schmuck Center. Fazit: Tour mit Kind nicht zu Empfehlen!

Booked trip to entertain a 4 year old. Wasn't told theres a bus transfer stop or told that we would be left at a jewellery shop for a hour, thats a long time to entertain a small child! Aquirum was good. Free time in old town was nice but again only because we asked where a local park was, my child couldn't handle 2 hours of busy shops.

Centrum jubilerskie - Niestety bardzo negatywne doświadczenie. Od samego początku wyczuwalne było nachalne podejście sprzedawców – ciągłe nagabywanie, próby zatrzymywania i wywierania presji na zakup. Atmosfera mało komfortowa, wręcz męcząca. Dodatkowo ceny zdecydowanie zawyżone, często kompletnie nieadekwatne do jakości i wykonania produktów. Trudno mówić o swobodnym oglądaniu – raczej o próbie „sprzedaży za wszelką cenę”. To miejsce zdecydowanie odstaje poziomem od pozostałych atrakcji.

The old town and aquarium were lovey and worth our time. The gold centre was awful, the staff were pushy and would not let my husband leave until he wrote a good review. We didn’t buy anything and didn’t have time to look around without 5 salesmen following us. Also, the coach driver when dropping us off demanded a tip and when he was given one did not like the amount and asked for more

Your was in German with no English commentary we had no idea what was going on. The tour of the gold shop was literally a waste of time to attempt to get us to spend money. The aquarium is the whole point of the trip and we only spent an hour and 10 minutes there. The tour if the old town involved being dumped there and told to be back in an hour. Tour guide spoke german even though me and my daughter dont understand, the aqarium takes 30 mins at most to get around, was told we had to wait til half 12 and the time was only around half ten. We left after the aqarium as we didnt want to ruin one day of our holiday, we didnt want to sit on the tour bus with this lady speaking german non stop through the speaker. We paid decent money for this and the fact it was accommodated for others and not me and my daughter is outrageous

Sehr netter Guide. Hat alle Fragen beantwortet und auch während der Busfahrt immer wieder neues erzählt. Die Zeit in Antalya hätte statt 2,5h lieber länger sein können und das Aquarium lieber kürzer. Das Aquarium und das Wachsmuseum haben mich nicht überzeugt. Der Besuch bei dem Goldschmuck Hersteller war eine Verkaufsveranstaltung, auch wenn das Personal extrem nett war. Ich würde dir Tour nächstes Mal lieber privat organisieren.

The visit to the gold and diamond centre is nothing more than a lurid tourist trap and a complete waste of time in what could otherwise be a lovely day. The aquarium itself is overrated. Our tour guide was absolutely fantastic but there was too much messing about with busses in the morning to collect guests of different languages. I booked an English language tour so we didn’t have to do that.

I wasn't told about the gold centre jewellers - I would not take my children to that jewellers if I had known and it was a complete waste of an hour and a half! We were tired by the time we reached the aquarium. The old town was nice but they should have known it was a marathon that day as the journey took another hour! The gold centre visit was unnecessary and was a very pressured selling environment. The jewellery was extremely expensive and it sounded more like an advertising sales pitch rather than an experience. I though we may have seen how the jewellery was made etc. Even at the end we were pressured all the way through the shop to buy tea or fake fragrances. It was quite unpleasant and I was relieved to leave.

Centrum jubilerskie warto usunąć z trasy atrakcji. Atrakcja miała być typowo rodzinna, a centrum nie wpisuje się w styl rodzinny wycieczki. W centrum tylko próbowano na siłę coś sprzedać, za wszelką cenę. Był z Nami przewodnik który mówił po polsku, ale gdy dowiedział się że rozumiemy po angielsku to pojawił się tylko na początku i na końcu wycieczki (dzieci chętnie posłuchałyby po polsku o starym mieście, ale ostatecznie mąż tłumaczył im z angielskiego na polski)

The first place we went to was a jewellery centre where we were assigned a personal salesman who tried to sell us jewellery persistently and it was very uncomfortable. The exits in each room were hidden. We were in here for 90 minutes and this ruined the experience. The aquarium was good, the wax works were amusing! The time in Antalya was great although again we were taken to a clothes shop for another hard sell before we got free time. Old town was beautiful

I'm writing to express my disappointment and frustration with our Tui trip to Antalya yesterday. The day didn't meet our expectations, and we felt misled by the itinerary. The jewellery manufacturer's shop visit was overwhelming and pressured, making us feel uncomfortable. The sealife centre was too noisy, with no consideration for those wanting to enjoy the experience. The old town trip was rushed.

Der Ausflug war spitze, wir haben die Tour zum zweiten Mal gemacht. Beim Schmuckhersteller war es diesmal entspannter, die Mitarbeiter waren nicht so aufdringlich und man konnte durch gehen und draußen auf die anderen warten. Das Aquarium ist definitiv immer wieder einen Besuch wert. Im Anschluss genug Zeit zum bummeln und shoppen und wer wollte, konnte noch einen Stadtrungang machen.

Die Altstadttour war sehr gut und auch der Grund für den Ausflug. Das Aquarium war nicht spektakulär, aber dazu sagen wir auch nicht nein. Der Juwelier ein absoluter Reinfall und dann auch noch zum Start. Ich hätte nie vor dort Edelmetalle zu kaufen und es war reine Zeitverschwendung. Die Verkäufer fallen wie Tiere über einen her und belästigen einen durchgehend. Wirklich schnell raus da ging es auch nicht, da man von Geschäft zu Geschäft musste, um raus zu kommen. Reine Abzocke, kein Ausflug!

Das Gold Center ist nur eine Cathing metode. Das Aquarium nur eine Touristengerarsche. Kaum Fische und Attraktionen. Die Tour in Antalya war in Ordnung. Man wird beim Bazar gleich wie abgesprochen zu jemanden geführt der versucht einem was zu verkaufen.

Der Reiseführer war sehr gut. Seine Essen Empfehlung war sehr gut als auch seine Führung durch die Altstadt. Beeindruckend war auch das größte Tunnel Aquarium.

dat bezoek aan het diamand centrum dat wordt door niemand gevraagd , is puur tijdverlies en het opdringend gedoe van de verkopers is zeer storend , wij betalen voor een bezoek aan het aqarium , wassenbeeldenmuseum en old town , de rest hoeft niet , liever wat meer tijd in het aqarium of old town dan dat gedoe in het diamantcenter (BTW 45 min kwijt)

Enttäuschend! Man wird als erstes zu einen Juwelier gebracht in diesen Punkt kann man als Person nicht selbst entscheiden ob man darein will oder nicht (Der Bus fährt weg). Giude hat keine wichtigen Informationen über Antalya Altstadt gegeben man ist schweigend im Entengang hinter her und danach auf einen Bazar geleitet wurden Im Aquarium ist nur Sea World und Wachsfiguren im Eintrittspreis beinhaltet alle weiteren Aktionen muss man noch separat bezahlen :( .Da für 63€ p.P verlangen

Also das Gold Center kann man wirklich vom Programm nehmen. Man fühlt sich wie ein Tiger im Käfig das was sie in den 5 min erzählt ist gut. Face 2 Face 0 Sterne schlecht gemacht. Auararium war ok. Antalya war super die Führung perfekt. Nur den ganzen Tag unterwegs ohne eine Möglichkeit kurz was zu essen war nicht so toll. Und das ich mich im Preis betrogen fühle. Bei Mehmet 130€, er hat uns 10% gegeben und in der App hätte ich originalpreis 126 gezahlt ohne prozente

Das Aquarium war super! Es war leider sehr voll, da am 29.10. am Nationalfeiertag sehr viele türkische Familien mit sehr lauten Kindern es besuchten. Der deutche Reiseleiter hat sich sehr gut um uns wenige Deutsche Gäste im Bus gekümmert.

Unsägliche Verkaufstour beim Besuch von Olympic Jewlery. Schlimmer als auf einer Kaffeefahrt. Wir wurden sehr unter Druck gesetzt, überteuerte Produkte zu kaufen, insbesondere Tansanit-Edelsteine. Diese lagen im Schnitt doppelt über dem Marktpreis. Das Aquarium und die benachbarten Attraktionen (Eishöhle, Wachsmuseum etc.) sind nichts Besonderes. leider war der Ausflug zur Goldschmiede sehr schlecht und wir sind sehr erschrocken, dass sie eine Kooperation mit dieser haben. Die Qualität der angebotenen Produkte war sehr schlecht und wurde zu einem viel zu hohen Preis angeboten, um die Besucher zu überzeugen etwas zu kaufen, im Glauben, das wir einen guten Deal gemacht haben. Auch waren sie sehr aufdringlich und uns wurde nicht mitgeteilt vorher, dass er sich un eine Verkaufstour handelt. Leider werde ich nicht mehr bei TUI buchen.

Die Schmuckfsbrik war zwar nervig, aber bekannt. Aquarium völlig überlaufen, Wachsfigurenkabinett Solana und der Altstadtbesuch war eher eine Werbeveranstaltung vom Guide, der im Café und einem Klamottenladen schön Provision einheimst. Die paar Infos über die Stadt, die so viel mehr zu bieten hat, haben saß dann auch nicht mehr aufgewogen.

Ich würde an ihrer Stelle die Schmuckfabrik raus nehmen. Dort wartete ein Drückerkolonne von Verkäufern die uns zu überteuerten Preisen Schmuck verkaufen wollten. Es war ein sehr unangenehm. Der Rest der Tour war völlig in Ordnung. Der Guide hat uns gut durch die Stadt geführt.

Wie in jeden dieser Angebote besucht man vorerst für ca eine Stunde einen sogenannten "Sponsor" der Veranstaltung. In unserem Fall ein Juwelier-Geschäft wo auch alle Mitarbeiter auf sehr nette Weise bemüht sind, "Dinge an den Mann" zu bringen. Das ist eher überflüssig, aber gehört halt zu den Touren dazu. Aquarium war dafür super und das Wachsfigurenkabinett auch. Auch Zeit hat super gereicht. Für den Aufenthalt in der Stadt war hingegen etwas wenig Zeit. Hätte gut eine Stunde länger sein könn

Hela upplägget är fel, man börjar med guld centret först och stadsbesöket lämnas på eftermiddagen när det är alldeles för varmt för att gå omkring. Besöket på guldcentret är för att få turisten att köpa, ingenting intressant alls. Besöket på själva akvariet är värt pengarna och rekommenderas. Man börjar stadsbesöket i en bazar där man försöker få folk att shoppa och den guidade turen i gamla staden lämnas sist. En timme för den är för liten. Guiden och chauffören var trevliga.

I purchased a ring at the gold store for £600. It needed to be made bigger which led to a delay from the goldsmiths. I felt very uncomfortable during this time as it delayed everyone on the coach. After waiting for over 20mins with just me and my 8 year old boy the tour rep told us that we could leave and the jewellers will bring my ring to the next part of the tour. I was happy with this as I actually said after 10mins could they not deliver the ring to the hotel. As we where leaving

The TUI rep said the tour included waterfall, however this was incorrect information. The jewelers and aquarium were a waste of time as I was only interested in Antalya Old Town and shopping but the TUI rep there was no other trip for shopping than this. The guide on the day was amazing (AJ).

de gold-shop was verschrikkelijk hier heb je 1,5 uur, ze zitten aan je en zijn opdringerig. het is zeker geen aanrader voor kinderen om mee naartoe te gaan. ik vroeg om de uitgang en werd de verkeerde kant op geleid zodat ik langs meer vitrines kwam. ze sloten ons binnen op er gingen rolluiken voor de deuren en moesten met de nooduitgang naar buiten. dit was een onprettig gevoel. verder was het aquarium leuk en de oude stad is er mooi. tip: check het weer van tevoren bij ons was het warm die dag
