Great

Overall the trip was good and the tour guide Hector was excellent and very knowledgeable. However there was no boat available for the lake cruise so we didn’t have that. How do we claim back for that part that was cancelled?

Best part of the trip was Gabrielle- our tour guide on coach- he made the tour so memorable and enjoyable- you must be very proud of him. We were so impressed by him and your company that on return from the trip, we booked the trip including everything for Chamenix and Mont Blanc- excellent
