This experience is available as a shared or private tour
The shared tour is available for up to 15 adults, up to 15 children, and up to 15 infants
The private options are structured from option one (solo traveller) up to option six (groups of 6 to 15 participants)
Due to the exceptional nature of this event, high visitor numbers are expected in Luxor, and timing may be adjusted according to operational conditions
If possible, you may want to arrange a takeaway breakfast box and a late dinner with your hotel reception before the tour date
Special solar eclipse glasses are required for safe viewing and are already included in the price, they will be distributed in Luxor
Please remember to never look directly at the sun without solar protection
Guests using cameras, telescopes, or binoculars should ensure they have suitable solar filters to avoid damage
The tour duration and pick-up times are simply guidelines and are subject to change due to operational conditions and your hotel location
Your passport with a valid Egypt Full Visa sticker. If, when you arrive into Egypt on holiday, you only get the free stamp (Gulf of Aqaba Stamp), then you will still need to buy the Full Egypt visa at Sharm Airport when you arrive for your outbound flight for the tour. Staff will help you to amend the visa type at the airport, but please be aware that visa fees are not included in the tour
